由於疫情關係幾乎大半年沒有出過門口。這間是朋友推介的,說不錯所以趁午飯時間來試試。環境:和一般日本的壽司店一樣有壽司吧及普通枱,環境採用了楓木設計,給人感覺乾淨舒適,但沒有什麼驚喜。這次我們選擇了坐壽司吧枱。食物:食材新鮮,聽說每次入貨都是老闆親自挑選的材料,所以食物質素方面比較有保障。雖然是廚師發板但是他也會問你什麼你是不吃的。題外話,老闆很帥哦,他也是廚師之一。服務:服務態度非常好,無論是廚師或是服務員,特別是服務員,很勤快,我是水怪,所以很快就把茶喝完,他們每次很快就給我倒滿。總結:很少日本餐中午有廚師發板,而且價錢比晚餐便宜多了(附上價錢表),食物也很新鮮,老闆還送多了幾件壽司🍣我們吃總括來說是性價比不錯的,但晚飯價錢我就不太清楚了,有機會晚上也會來試試。

主廚兼老闆Tango san係見城出身, 開店前更專誠到東京西麻布Sushisho Masa跟Oka san “修練”。因為剛巧我曾到過壽司匠 . Masa, 所以最初引起我興趣一試, 比較一下, 後來更成為我其中一間定期拜訪嘅鮨店之一。

壽司方面最後兩張九公格相大概睇到今次午市Omakase嘅陣容。綜合之前幾次用餐經驗之後我尤其欣賞以下。呢度嘅海膽選料肯落本QC佳, 例如呢幾個月市面上充斥住啲劣質嘅馬糞海膽, 我之前亦不幸係另一鮨店中招。所以師傅呢段期間就決定主力選用成本較高嘅白海膽甚至赤海膽。當然呢樣會隨市場上面海膽質素再改變。小肌調味選向為強調鮮味而唔係傳統嘅重鹹重酸, 又係另一番景象。野生鮪三兄弟, 鯖棒壽司, 鰯壽司都好。而壽司匠嘅Signature piece鮟鱇魚肝配西瓜奈良漬就當然正啦。個人認為Tango san無論技巧, 入貨, 材料處理同與客人之間溝通上, 都非常出衆嘅一位師傅, 值得支持。

第一次喺香港食嘅omakase!


最近去唔到日本,於是好想係香港搵返去日本嘅感覺,適逢友人既生日,就同佢去食返一餐omakase。

我本來唔係好喜歡食日本野,原因係日本野大多數係生冷嘅食物,同埋我本人對「腥」嘅魚有反感,但友人自從介紹我食omakase之後,我成日都會好想去食,可能係因為服務,又可能係每一舊壽司,每一道菜,都由師傅喺你面前整比你食,感覺好好,而且食材新鮮,所以omakase比一般壽司🍣好食。

呢間omakase店,我覺得價錢合理,可能因為銅鑼灣地帶,2個人食15件壽司course, 一共$1500。唔係太貴又唔係太抵,下次再試其他餐廳,先再有比較。

食材新鮮,有大大舊海膽,大大舊帶子,好多不同種類鮮甜嘅魚🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

真係真係食得好開心,餐飯食咗2小時,開心嘅幾錢都抵嘅🥰
