今日lunch time約了朋友去銅鑼灣Fashion Walk 新開的鮨政x大湖吃omakase。食物味道唔錯,前菜酸酸地,好開胃 ! 最喜歡吃壽司🍣,尤其是蝦非常鮮甜,左口魚裙邊入口即溶,非常好味😋😋,鯛魚湯亦唔錯,魚味濃郁。👍👍餐廳比較細,但都算坐得舒適。壽司師傅很友善,與客人有交流,介紹食物特色。🙂🙂份量方面,如果份量多少少,就會令客人更滿足。😊😊會想再來吃晚飯,試吓餐廳的其他食物。😁😁

The sashimi The most impressive dishes were the akami sushi with shaved foie gras and the cheese tofu dessert with shaved foie gras.

最近写的第三家平价omakase了,这家怎么说呢,道数上是很够班的,但是质量上有赞有弹吧,总体感觉是比较一般,不会有特别惊喜的感觉。今天选择的是中价位的498套餐,再上的698套餐听上去就是多了一些海胆和一道酒肴,因此没有选择。498套餐包含了1前菜1茶碗蒸2酒肴3刺身9寿司1海胆三色寿司1汤和1甜品。前菜番茄水云和白饭鱼蒸蛋都比较普通,白饭鱼我甚至觉得有点腥和蒸蛋并不是很搭配。两个酒肴分别是吉列墨鱼和鲍鱼配鲍鱼肝酱。这两道都一般,墨鱼偏韧,鲍鱼则是风味一般,感觉来货质量一般?肝酱则是比较稀,与过往吃过的同类相比明显逊色。刺身包括赤贝(我不吃生蚝转的),牡丹虾和大托罗。其中赤贝质素很好,鲜甜,牡丹虾也很甜糯,大托罗则品相不加,像是边角料,吃上去也没有很肥美的感觉,问了是不是黄鳍,师傅说是蓝鳍,这里不是很确定。到目前为止是比较失望的,好彩后面的寿司环节有加回一些分数。寿司共有九贯,分别是深海池鱼,目仁奈,金目鲷,左口鱼裙边,甜虾,帆立贝,海鳗,赤身,鹅肝吞拿鱼以及一个海胆三色杯。其中目仁奈第一次食,是类似鲷鱼的白身鱼,不错。甜虾表现也很出色。鹅肝吞拿鱼几有gimmick,是将急冻过的鹅肝

最后的汤正常,甜品是鹅肝芝士豆腐,这个是有点特别的,也还挺好吃。

总体来说,以498的价格来说,绝对属于抵食,但是整体出品只能属于一般,感觉不如少一点道数增加一些品质来的更合适一些。是不难吃的,但是感觉也是不会特别想再访的一个店。

這間餐廳我之前去過2次,都是食$498的餐,覺得還可以,第一次去的感覺最好,所以第二次去是帶朋友去,佢地因為對日本餐認識最多,所以覺得佢地的食材唔係好得,但4月份的一個星期日我再去第三次,今次我們2人係食12點第一輪,人數唔多,大概有一半左右約6-7人,今次令我非常失望,今次我是試$398的餐,但覺得食物的質素和份量完全唔值這個價錢。而家我明白,怎解之前係多人幫襯,而現在確有咁多空位。因為$498的餐花巧多,但老實講食材並非中上等。$398的餐食材和份量就真係好唔掂。就連最後的豆腐甜品都要同$498唔同,上面的鵝肝粉都要鏗返,實在令人覺得非常小家,感覺好差。食完這餐。我們離開之後仲去了食炸雞,可想而知份量有幾少!以咁的價錢可以有好多選擇,所以絕對不會再幫襯。

與家人慶生,恰巧看到網上有人說銅鑼灣鰭政x 太湖性價比極高,於是決定一試。Omakase 套餐價錢由$198至$498不等,價錢分別為$198、$298、$398、$498。這次選了$498的Omakase。分別有兩道開胃菜一道前菜一道蒸物時令刺身 (瀨戶內檸檬醬拼生蠔、拖羅、大蝦)壽司8貫餐廳名物:慢煮紅酒鵝肝拖羅壽司把鵝肝放在紅酒裡以負72度慢煮,放兩天,然後磨到拖羅壽司上。口感軟滑綿密,狀似雪糕,非常好吃。餐廳附送的芝士豆腐甜品,如果生日可要求寫上生日驚喜。總結:性價比極高而且生鮮的Omakase,非常值得推介。(此非試食)

第二,當我哋食完頭十分鐘,兩個位已經堆滿至少6隻空碟同碗😮‍💨😮‍💨,當時只有一位侍應姐姐,但完全無意識到要幫手收一收,最後要舉手呼喚佢執。
第三,在我而言,Omakase同師傅既交流非常重要。但師傅一個打10個,只係默默處理食物,有介紹一下食物係咩,額外既交流就無咩,連最後食完都無講野就走左。
仲有其他茶壺放係枱面自己斟,無置物籃放係櫈底放便放手袋…等呢啲小事。
就正如標題所講,視乎大家想要咩經歷,想平平地,食物合格既,快快食完就可以,呢間絕對滿足到你。相反,想要慢慢食,同師傅有交流,可以享受到服務,咁就千奇唔好揀呢間。
(最後,甜品竟然係令我最深刻既一道,有驚喜🫢🫢)

順帶一提,唔睇唔知,原來呢間餐廳源自大陸?上面有8間分店,而銅鑼灣呢間係第一海外分店。有冇關係我就唔知,只係陳述出來for your information。

講左咁多,費時俾人話我只講服務態度,都講下師傅同食物。師傅手勢同態度ok,有介紹每道菜式,但好少同客人交談,且每次都係一次性準備全餐廳食物,未能依據客人進度調節 (老闆貴客我都唔知喇!)。食物方面,尚算新鮮,鵝肝吞拿魚壽司同磯煮鮑魚幾好食,但其他全部都普普通通。
