雖然壽司郎2019年已由日本進駐香港,但從未試過。聽聞好食而且抵食,但往往要排好耐隊先至有得食,所以沒有打算去。剛巧有個朋友搬咗去旺角返工,星期日晚有佢嘅幫忙替我哋先攞籌。看網上資訊攞到飛都要排幾個鐘,所以朋友2:30pm已經攞咗壽。當時已經要排二百幾個號碼。叫號碼比預期快,於是朋友再在3:30去攞籌。可能過咗唔飯但又未到晚飯時間,一樣比預期輪得快。朋友再次在4:30pm幫我地攞籌,今次籌號九百幾,同樣要輪二百幾個。我哋諗住預計應該7:00一定有得食。應該是越接近晚飯時間就叫得越慢,最後都要將近8:30先至入座,真誇張!但非常感激朋友的幫忙!食過一次就夠,要搞咁耐先至可以食一餐,怕怕!下次想去都係平日去好啲。原來入座時間限1小時,排咁耐真是有啲不甘心呢!限食1小時覺得有啲捉心理,客人必定怕唔夠時間會盡量叫多啲嘢食,我哋就係有咁嘅心態,所以短短一個鐘頭四個人就叫咗三十幾碟嘢。真心如果慢慢食,未必會叫咁多。好彩啲嘢都OK好食,比大型連鎖壽司店新鮮及好味,而且價錢平一截!我哋四個人都係食咗五百幾!但相信短期內唔會再去第二次,食得咁辛苦一次就夠,無謂再浪費寶貴時間去排隊。

醬燒帆立貝是鮮甜的,也是當天最出色的一款。螢光魷魚軍艦也有彈性不腥,松葉蟹蟹膏軍艦的蟹膏好creamy,不過鹹,又沒腥味,蟹肉雖鮮甜不夠,起碼份量不少及肉質有彈性,唯獨紫菜潮了一些,故就算,軍艦一到就立即吃,也沒有脆口感。

這兒的坐位較寬敞,醬汁也比其他迴轉寿司多些,員工服務也勤快有禮。若像我只等30分鐘之內,也可偶爾吃一次半次!等太久,也就不值得。

佐敦舖正式結業之際,旺角瓊華呢到就新開張,就係瓊華地牢,呢日係平日,下晝2點幾半多啲去到,都要等差唔多40分鐘位,去一轉銀行整少少野,開APP check住status~做緊大大大祭,即係某啲款會加大份量,會寫到明大切,或者有啲係寫厚切,我發現左,咦,壽司郎加左啲新款壽司,小肌,係日本個邊嘅壽司舖好常見,但係香港澳門大陸嘅壽司舖/日式餐廳都極少見到小肌,有啲驚喜不過呢日小肌質素一般,唔算新鮮,不過12蚊係香港食到小肌已經好滿足

今日係星期六,壽司郎10:30就開門,早左半個鐘嚟排隊,係佢一開嘅時候就已經可以入去食,其實都唔算等得好耐。入到去係有60分鐘嘅時間俾你食,所有嘅壽司其實都好抵,味道都唔錯。當中我認為最值得食嘅就係期間推出緊嘅特大油甘魚腩,特大拖羅同埋軟殼蟹呢三款都超大碟,而且魚無筋好新鮮,拖羅入口即溶都係27$ ,呢個價錢絕對係超值,軟殼蟹簡直係可以用誇張黎形容,啲蟹係完全蓋住啲飯,成半隻蟹咁。好好味佢啲甜品同雪糕都值得食。如果平時唔洗排隊,一定係會揀壽司朗。

📌除咗壽司,仲有啲小食炸物🍢、麵豉湯🍵、茶蒸碗🍥、拉麵🍜、烏冬🍲,價錢都係$12至到$32,完全係平民價。

📌登登,點完餐之後大概5分鐘就已經有食物由輸送帶送上嚟,而iPad都會提示,有邊款食物即將送上,食物由輸送帶送到黎食客張枱嘅位置,就會有音樂響起,要快快脆拎走碟食物,個音樂先會停止㗎🎵🎶。

今日去食壽司郎,平時都成日嚟開,其他食物同壽司平常質素,唔係話差,但以呢個價錢cp值唔低,但唯獨是甜品卡達拉挪唔掂,下便係芝士,上面係焦糖,上面個焦糖有一半係黑色,勁燶,個廚房應該係燒過頭,食落去完全係苦味,下面個芝士係幾好食,芝士味道幾濃,凍凍地,好似食緊雪糕咁,但係上面個焦糖完全食唔落口,個焦糖食咗兩啖之後都食唔落口,完全唔明白點解咁燶仲可以出比客,同埋1.5倍量嘅卡達拉挪份量太多,食得多會好滯,唔明白點解唔出返1倍量。

除了一般的手握 / 軍艦 / 細卷壽司外,還有一款押壽司,也有一些有點古怪的熟肉壽司。另外也有沙律/烏冬/炸物/甜品等~~
飲品方面除了免費的綠茶,也有汽水,但未有酒類供應,唔知係未有酒牌定點,全部酒類都寫sold out就是。

終於講返食物,大致上質素正常,未至於有驚喜,唔會覺得腥,亦無覺得特別鮮甜。
飯握得有少少鬆散,實返少少會好D。

靖魚押壽司 - 因為特別嘛~唔係間間壽司店都有。我個人頗喜歡,唯咸了一點;
