3. 清炒椰菜苗$90,喺香港好難買到靚嘅椰菜苗,必須要去九龍城嗰啲泰式雜貨店及超市,價錢很貴,未計好唔好味已經覺得抵食。呢度用咗泰国BB連衣蒜頭嚟炒,整得特別好味,但係一碟兩人食太多,我哋食淨三分之一。其實我好想前輩叫鹹魚炒椰菜苗或者鹹肉炒椰菜苗。泰國人用蒜頭煮餸只會用有皮但是拍鬆咗嘅BB蒜頭,咁樣整味道特別香,但係唔會搶。

4. 椰青海鮮焗飯$168,整咗睇怕都有45分鐘,味道OK,外型好靚,不過椰漿可能太多,搶咗啲海鮮味,有很多蝦,有少少魷魚,海鮮的款式不夠多,冬陰功湯已經多蝦,我寧願佢落多啲魚柳、加番啲青口及帶子,少番啲椰漿,咁就為之very good !

5. 甜品椰汁木薯$60,前輩的至愛,好好味!

埋單$667,我俾咗$13貼士。

可惜前輩唔肯試我想試的食物和飲品,佢自己食你食去都係嗰啲嘢。

好耐冇一家食飯,疫情之後第一次成家人(13人)之前都同媽媽去過試吾同泰菜,但係佢次次都話金不換好D😋真嘅我同意。最愛其中有牛油果柚子沙律,豬頸肉,泰式海南雞,生蝦(尤其點埋個辣汁)好辣但好正.....每次都要食😋😋而且飽極都要食甜品🥰芒果糯米係必食仲要加糯米,總之每次都十級滿足。

If you want Thai food, I’m sure there are much better places. We were hungry for good green papaya salad and beef salad, so we ordered both for lunch. We were disappointed, because the flavors were just not fresh and crisp. They kind of had Chinese flavors or taste to them. We also tried the soft shell crab, but just had a few bites of that as well.

今晚約了很久不見的朋友在金不換飯聚,因為朋友想吃泰國菜所以早兩天已訂了七點四人枱,但訂枱時沒有說有時限。當晚因其中一位朋友臨時公司有事要七時半才放工,所以我們打算七點九才落單。當我們正在討論何時應落單時,門口接待員用非常不禮貌的語氣說 "你們已坐了差不多一個鐘,其實我們訂枱也是有時限的,門口已有很多人……". 老實說其實我們也知道不好意思坐這麽久,但你也應該用婉轉的語氣提點我們!譬如, "你們可以落單未,因為外面很多客人等位,真係唔好意思"。然而隔離的兩位客人,侍應對她們落力招呼又連聲多謝,朋友說可能是熟客,我便說我們永遠不會變熟客因為不會再光顧!

朋友仔約午餐飯聚,大家對泰菜都有情意結,於是選擇利舞台的金不換。訂咗位就唔駛等可以直接入坐嘞地方都幾闊落唔會迫迫夾。唔想諗就叫咗人個4人餐,冬蔭功材料新鮮蝦大隻,肉質彈牙有鮮味,欣賞佢用鮮草菇,這樣才有靈魂。迷你拼盤炸蝦餅、炸魚餅、芭蕉葉包雞、春卷、酸蘿蔔炸蝦餅唔夠彈牙,蝦膠要打耐啲...米紙包的春卷唔熱氣,點泰式辣醬好好味。蝦醬通菜最快被吃光的一道菜咖哩大蝦個汁送薄餅一流,大蝦OK好食。青豆角炒肉片豆角有點青味,味道都可以嘅。椰汁粟米西米露好多西米,幾粒粟米,正常無投訴。

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants because it has lots of space for kids and is almost never crowded enough to warrant a reservation. The staff is friendly, and our favorite is the mullet in lime--the spicy and sour soup/sauce and the hot plate just goes with white rice so very perfectly.  The tofu shaped like tiny drums were amazing, and I love the shrimp sauce fried rice. The desserts aren't spectacular, but the appetizer and mains are. Unlike many other Thai restaurants around town, this place doesn't put too much sugar in their sauces, which is perfect for me.

Our kids love this place because if you get a place by the window, you can climb up and watch the people and cars in the busy street below.

我一向對於連鎖式既泰菜冇咩好感, 感覺覺得好似味道同埋菜式選擇都唔夠正宗咁.今日約左朋友一家食, 所以冇選擇下就去左金不換. 店內既裝潢Modern 得黎都好有泰feel~真係好唔錯!店員打扮到泰國傳統的服裝,落單時聽到佢地講野既口音原來係真‧泰國人!而家連九龍城好多泰菜館都已經唔係真泰國人呢度竟然係真係好有親切感.由於今次既朋友仔都係食辣既朋友所以我地唔洗就住就住瘋狂大叫了! 我地今次食左牛肉生菜包,朋友覺得酸到頂唔住,不過我就覺得好好!因為我係好鐘意酸嫁~ 青咖哩雞椰香味濃甜甜地一D都唔會辣,同行既BB都食到! 鳳爪既份量都好多, 辣同酸的味道配合得十分好! 呢碟豬頸肉係排列好似一隻箭豬咁好可愛, 食落有煙燻加蜜糖既味道.YUMMMM... 呢個蛋網Pad-thai好特別呀! 蛋煎到成個鳥巢咁包住裡面既泰式炒河...味道偏甜! 加埋花生碎同青檸去配合真係完全balance到成件事呀!
