先來的是綠茶心太軟, 心太軟現在很多甜品店都會有供應, 可能食得太多次, 現在對心太軟的要求也不似從前咁只追求流心.  現在我覺得一個好味的心太軟, 除了心是太軟, 個外皮就不能太軟, 外皮暖暖地, 脆脆地, 才算是一個成功.  今次食的心太軟, 綠茶流心是好味的, 但個外皮也未免太軟, 刮了一下, 成個外皮軟呼呼黏著了匙羹, 口感不是脆脆的, 所以這個心太軟有待改進.

牛角麵包布丁實在太得意了, 我朋友好喜歡麵包布丁, 平常自助餐供應的麵包布丁, 佢一定會食, 不過今次佢話這個外表不錯, 但不是他想像中的味道.  我試了幾口, 我想或者一個酥皮的牛角包, 用麵包布丁的做法, 酥皮層會變靱, 不似方包軟淋淋滑滑的口感吧, 所以這個甜品也得不到朋友的歡心.

希望再有機會黎食, 看看會不會有進步啦.

去完instagram pier看日落,在西環吃完晚餐,可到這兒吃吃甜品,為一天畫上完美的句號。這是香蕉朱古力牛角包布甸很特別的用牛角包來做麵包布甸那球雪糕是香蕉雪糕 味道不是人工調味的那種味道很自然,很好吃,應該是自家製的?!布甸內亦有不少香蕉片,用料十分充足牛角包外面脆脆但內裡軟軟的 熱騰騰 再配上 雪糕真的十分好吃!我連續3次來都點了它另外這家的麵包布甸也做得十分出色也值得一試!

那球雪糕是香蕉雪糕 味道不是人工調味的那種
味道很自然,很好吃,應該是自家製的?!
布甸內亦有不少香蕉片,用料十分充足
牛角包外面脆脆但內裡軟軟的 熱騰騰 再配上 雪糕
真的十分好吃!我連續3次來都點了它


另外這家的麵包布甸也做得十分出色
也值得一試!

We tried two desserts in this restaurant, the first one is green tea sliced ice and the second one is the chocolate combo. For the green tea one, the taste of the green tea definitely can be said remarkable. With the influx of the bitter taste from the greentea, alongside with the frozen sensations of the ice, this idea is quite delicious. For the chocolate one, the use of the types of chocolate made desserts is wise and each type was fairly made and chosen which worth a try.

若不是在川菜晚宴後,好朋友Oli引領我們前來,也真不知道原來第三街,有一間以課室為主題的甜品店子,叫做甜品堂,未知能否為大家找來些集體回憶呢?!果然是貫徹課室的主題,這裡用的檯椅,也真是學校讀書時的那款,還有以手冊為設計藍本的餐牌,以及介紹人氣甜品的黑板,真的像叮噹拿出時光機把我們帶回童年。因為環境太有噱頭,所以我們也討論了好一陣子,才把專注力重回甜品身上。點了好幾款的東東,希望食物水準能喂得上。先來的是瘋朱,查實就是朱古力為主拼品拼湊而成,布甸是有點不太合心,但布朗尼總算合格,小學時代吃的雪糕,肯定不會是什麼哈根大師的出品了吧!其次,是焦糖海鹽班戟。班戟稍為實了丁點,但配以香蕉、雪糕以及焦糖醬,仍屬可接受的出品。再來的麵包布甸加雪糕,總覺得這球雪糕怪怪的,還好麵包布甸本身軟熟可口,冷熱交融的感覺,仍算吸引。士多啤梨園就是布甸跟雪糕的組合,兩者稱不上特別,但個人對酸酸甜甜的出品,是有點好感。結尾的,是焗得高高的疏乎厘,這款甜品跟心太軟一樣,會謀殺不少菲林。這份嘛,我認為外觀比賣相更出色。

綠茶和tiramisu都是蘿拔妹最喜愛的,所以期望肯定高。Tiramisu的質感非常creamy,奶味極重,但完全嚐不到mascarpone cheese的味道,實在算不上是tiramisu。另外雖然dust上大量綠茶粉,但綠茶味道還是欠奉,可能是因為cheese batter沒有用上富綠茶味的材料吧,只靠綠茶粉不足夠。餅底方面是酥脆的,而且有牛油香,合格。但餅底綠色卻一樣沒有綠茶味。

甜品的presentation總是會佔較高比重,這次叫外賣我就不為這打分數了。可是味道方面卻真的完全不合格,創新之餘亦要打好基本功,這樣才會令食客一再光顧的哦。

同朋友聚舊食完lunch就黎食甜品先講下舖頭裝修 部分menu寫係牆上塊大黑板 桌椅都係中學時用既木桌款式而menu做設計到成本作業簿咁真係一坐底就開始同朋友話當年XD之後講下野食先係呢個益力多雪花冰 滿滿既益力多味又夠滑仲附一粒雪米糍 食完融得好快既雪花冰仲有粒有咬口既雪米糍可以咬感覺係店家既小貼心之後叫左個綠茶心太軟配紅豆雪糕綠茶味好濃郁偏甜 而紅豆雪糕就清淡D 所以唔驚心太軟太甜個雪糕可以做返個balance其實見到個menu好多野都好想試 但得兩個人又食左飯實在食唔落sosad下次聚會再黎過!

我喜歡逛這店附近沿著薄扶林道、第一街、第二街或再上一條高街的一些周邊老店、舊樓和街道,很有風味,不錯!上次忘記拍照,這次新舊甜品都有點,雖然這次人少咗,但都很好吃,好滿足!

tiramisu底層的餅不知道是否自己製的, 只覺得中間部份的可以弄得厚些, 咖啡酒的味道不算太重, 但亦算香滑...

2塊熱騰騰西多士上放了雲呢嗱雪糕, 雪糕有香草的味道, 伴著熱的西多士吃, 雪糕在嘴裡溶化時感覺特別, 但不能把西多士下面的布甸一併吃, 就只能先吃掉了2片西多士後, 再吃布甸了...布甸的蛋醬味很豐富, 不算太甜, 當吃罷整個布甸後, 覺得很飽..同時, 亦覺得很滿足...人像是立即注入了些糖份..情緒亦得到些平衡....為明天的工作繼續努力以赴...

On this New Year's Eve, I visited this "sweet classroom" for the third time for my 3 cousins after a family dinner nearby.  Environment & Hygiene:It looks exactly like a school classroom.  The school I used to go to is nearby, so it brought back a lot of memories, and the 4 of us started to talk about the good old school days. Ha!  Hygiene was okay. Service:Service was soso. The staff was kinda stone faced and cold, but then she wasn't rude or anything. Maybe a bit more effort please? Taste & Va

Taste & Value:
The last time I came, I wanted to try the Souffle but since it isn't offered in the afternoon, I didn't get to try it. This time, going at night, I made sure we'd order it! 


What we got:
Original Souffle ($35?)- It was a Souffle so of course it puffed up to a certain size. It was airy and fluffy like a souffle should be, but it really didn't have much taste, I can't say I liked it too much. I was a bit disappointed. 
 Maybe I should have chosen the Green Tea Flavoured one?

Papaya Milk ($22)- Cousin J was too full to eat, so she just got a drink instead. She let us try her drink, and I thought that it was decent because the papaya was strong unlike some other ones that I have had before that had way too much milk.

French Toast Bread Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream ($40)- This was a better dessert than the Souffle. I LOVE French Toast, so I thought the french toast part was satisfying. It was crispy, eggy and buttery; having this savory item with the ice cream made it even more tasty. 
 However, I wasn't too fond of the bread pudding underneath, because I couldn't taste the bread apsect of the pudding. It just tasted like some sweet custard pudding.

This is how we ended the year of 2013. 


Final Verdict:
It is not a fabulous place, but it is all we have in Sai Wan so far for a vareity of Western/ Chinese dessert.

係呢度我搵返初戀的味道:記得中學時期,會同男同學買甜品外賣返課室。一行入甜品堂,這裡以學校為主題,無論桌子或椅子,都和我中學年代的一樣。有趣的是那個餐牌,佢封面係中學的校簿。當我翻開第一頁,舊有甜密的回憶又係我腦海出現了~我點了個心太軟,不太甜,外面感覺冷的,入面係熱熱D的朱古力。好似男人的外表cool,內裡熱情。朱古力略帶苦澀,但雲尼拿雪糕嘅甜味卻中和了呢個苦味,味道唔錯。勾起我好多回憶!
