如果先去过国内的太兴餐厅,再来香港的太兴餐厅必然会感觉落差有一些大,因为国内的太兴餐厅装修的都是按照中上餐厅标准,而香港的太兴就是一家普通的茶餐厅,餐厅小小挤挤的,餐品的选择也不多,好在这里的烧味还算不错。冻柠茶,多多碎冰和柠檬,味道不错。烧鹅半只,十分喜欢这里的烧鹅,但是烧鹅的口味并不稳定,比如今天的这个烧鹅就十分一般,皮不酥,肉过肥。腊味炒芥兰,味道一般般,感觉淀粉勾芡有点多,芥兰和腊味上都厚厚的糊了一层。榄菜豆角炒饭,卖相稍一般,但朋友觉得味道还不错。菜品感觉不功不过,但是来这结解决一餐饭也是不错的。

今晚去了太興的另外一間好似開咗無幾耐嘅連鎖店,聽人話齋,還是都好正咁樣。我們去到的時候還是很多人,所以排了一下隊,燒鵝的做法估計都是大同小異,差不多的,味道也是感覺似曾相識,同另外的太興也是差不多,口感方面就覺得好似更加的肥膩吧,我點的是燒鵝拼叉燒,叉燒反而是痩叉比較多,我鐘意吖,岩岩好同燒鵝可以中和一下,口感就不會那麼油膩喇。還有一點就是,燒鵝的骨頭基本沒有,肉質好似有點嚡。還有一個豆腐煲,哇,居然一煲好多呀,裡面的豆腐是很嫩滑的那隻豆腐,入口非常嫩,炸了之後外表是脆黃的,但是裡面額嫩還是保留著很好。

椰子雞煲,好大煲,五六個食一煲就夠曬食啦,上煲嘅時候,廚師系我地面前將兩個椰子嘅肉同汁一齊倒入煲,有一整只雞,因為料足,所以湯好清甜,雞肉又結實,我們沒有煮很久,剛煮熟我們就開始吃肉了,所以很滑,這一煲湯很值。

A bit pricey for an afternoon tea set as it wasn't too big as the surrounding cha chan tengs were offering something of a bigger size for the same price. But then it was the right amount for me so I guess I have no complaints. I liked it enough.

……一杯奶茶不簡單,茶奶比例一定要相宜,加上適當温度沖,真是享受!茶味若多,就會澀,失敗。若太多奶,就欠缺茶香,亦失敗!自問不懂沖, 只懂辨別好奶茶定不合格的奶茶。太興奶茶出名無人不知,而我就正正只飲太興的奶茶,因為除左出名,真的有水準!今天亦一如既往,叫G餐,飲奶茶。奶茶夠熱,茶奶比例洽好,醇厚既奶,香而不澀既茶,正!多士ok,可以暖d和脆d, 雪菜米粉量多,米粉不淋,有點qq, 湯又不鹹,雪菜有少少甜,肉絲有調味過!不錯
至於炒蛋好香滑,有蛋汁!一頓豐富早餐令人精神充沛的!
