To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了婆婆晚餐 她都是比較喜愛粵菜,她常常說,食物要見到様才感到實在,這樣最能表現食材的新鮮度。
入到太興 我們最喜愛是他們的杏汁潤肺湯,這個湯很濃香,杏汁非常足,湯內的豬肉及豬肺 我們都會吃完,雖然內臓不宜多吃,但偶爾一次就冇乜所謂啦。
我哋正猶豫選什麼小菜,服務員姨姨話今晚有雞喎,二個人半隻就夠啦,我哋再想另一個選什麼,魚啦,她就話青衣班球,有厚厚的六片好抵食,還可選西蘭花或其他時菜,這樣我哋就選了晚餐菜式。其實 我倆不時都來光顧,亦享受這個貼心愉快的服務。
當然,太興的小菜有質素,價錢合理,玉桂美極雞 真的很好味,樣子似油雞,味道不相同,同樣嫩滑入味。班片彈牙嫩滑,這就是廚司的功力。二個人兩餸一湯,大魚大肉也不需要二佰元,抵吃。

魚香茄子冇魚香 但就食到啖啖薑絲 可能我口味較為小朋友 最憎食薑 仲要同我切都細細粒 勁難分返開 事旦搵間酒樓食都好食過佢
個胡椒魚肚雞煲 肉肉質正常偏肥 味道鹹到我覺得我個腎爛得 胡椒味程到應該成支胡椒粉倒咗落去 佢啖湯喺有一絲苦味 仲要個火撻著好耐煲野先滾
個燒鵝飯 啲肉薄到少到一個點 水尾貨色 唔值佢個價
平時食太興都喺食早餐居多 同埋喺喺黃埔間分店 佢地態度好好多 而且唔會話樣樣都冇咁

是夜媽媽不在家,娜娜又想飲啖湯,太興更是不二之選。
+$28便可將餐飲升級至足料燉湯~娜娜飲湯最緊要味道夠濃郁這裡的杏汁豬肺湯每每不會令我失望
這晚見餐塊上多了這版新野,當然要一試啦!
在男友的熏陶下,娜娜近日喜歡上蓮藕,無論打邊爐或是小菜也可見到餐牌上這個蓮藕炆腩仔,岩曬心水~腩仔炆的夠林又入味,唯獨是蓮藕不夠爽口。
人大了喜歡上吃苦瓜,是夜這個涼瓜炒牛肉賣相麻麻,但味道也是正正常常啦~
每款小菜配飯和餐飲,如不轉湯不轉凍飲,一人晚餐$6x 有此質素算是ok 啦~
小弟就叫左個叉飯,佢set死配紅腸,想轉鹹蛋都唔得。53蚊唔算大份嘅size其實價錢算中上,不過佢跟埋杯野飲。講返佢個主角叉燒其實真係做得唔錯,燶邊夠香口有肉汁,茶餐廳來講係好好,燒味飯緊要係飯底夠熱飯粒有咬口,加埋個汁撈起真係會大啖大啖放入口
友人心情特佳决定食豪啲,乳豬飯71蚊其實可以接受,試想成隻豬賣緊六百幾,佢肯切埋你食做碟頭飯真係幾開心。乳豬做到香脆幼嫩
哩個鼓汁涼瓜火腩飯係用煲仔上,味道可以,係hea左少少,亮點係涼瓜超苦。
總結今次太興令我改觀,之前一直覺得佢普通茶記,佢賣得哩個價錢,應該對自家燒味好大信心!推薦只食燒味部
This bowl of macaroni here with luncheon meat & fried eggs is my go-to order.
Priced at $36, the portion is big and the broth actually tastes nice, not like those that are filled with MSG or even tasteless. The fried eggs have a silky texture and sometimes when I order the sunny side up instead, there’s egg yolk flowing out when cut. Very nice indeed.
