太興的連鎖店,原來很多,之前小人只試過其中一家的早餐,著實行之又行;今勻是朋友叫到,但試無妨。說實在的,煎蠔餅激似機製,蛋多蠔少,蠔味全無,只得脆口……總之吃不過。西蘭花炒魚塊是有味的,奈何魚片超油超少,味亦不足,可能茶記的班腩還要好很多!西蘭花極度的硬,師父是否要略炒西蘭花剩起方才下炸過的魚塊才是正品?!才那麼幾塊斑腩,功力不足就學多幾年師囉!😈魚香茄子煲向來有豬肉碎,又何須大費筆墨加有肉鬆。鹹香不足、肉汁不夠、茄子不入味,失敗中的失敗。😱小人倒沒所謂,只是朋友有點不好意思罷了。

我叫左個【輕盈香辣肉碎扎肉湯米粉】佢有得跟多士&炒蛋架,咁樣係咪豐富D呢,但係小編掛住食唔記得影添。

湯底其實有少許油膩,不算上輕盈,但係真係十分好食,蒜頭同蔥應該係經過爆香,加上辣椒同埋肉碎係完全滲透米粉裡面,啖啖都十分平均。

雖然係有DD油,但係勝利之處就係份量真係剛剛好,再多D都唔得😂會濟。

除此之外,大家記得配番一杯冰鎮奶茶或者茶走,太興的奶茶都算係唔錯架,非常香滑,濃郁。

但係員工服務太度真係好唔掂,我唔知係咪早上關係大家未醒,上菜放碗太Hea,湯汁都噴出黎。

遇上忙碌的上班日,這家屯市的太興是快、靚、正的晚餐選擇。繼「英雄出擊」後,最新推廣的「家嚐滋味」更貼近家常口味,價格再度調低,一道梅菜蒸肉餅只是$38超抵價,只加$19便可配白飯、飲品,對無飯夫婦而言絕對是福音!各自選了喜歡的菜式後,菜式極速送上。先上桌的是臘味炒芥蘭($64),芥蘭炒得嫩綠爽甜,臘腸、膶腸只有寥寥數片,臘肉都是邊位,硬實難嚼,加上菜蔬份量太少,只屬一般水準。梅菜扣肉煲($66)卻是個意外驚喜,以煲仔熱騰騰送上,說不上是正宗但感覺家常。五花肉肥瘦相間,件數看似不少,其實切得極薄,肉量不多。肉質軟稔入味,汁醬不肥不膩,加上梅菜的香甜,是很好下飯的一道。兩道小菜份量實在少有可憐,還是要多點一道特搜叉燒($56)。近年美味的叉燒難求,而太興用的是梅頭叉燒,口感鬆軟帶蜜甜,雖未至超班程度,卻已是水準之上。二人的家常晚餐,就價位而言是可接受的程度吧!說到底屯市開飯選擇不多,太興要成為開飯之選也不是難事了。

好耐無黎過太興食嘢了,都是那麼多國語人, 剛睡醒,特別餓,叫了常吃的 常餐雪菜肉絲米, 貪佢多嘢食。 好多既雪菜,帶點肉碎,又不會太咸,米粉軟硬度適中,水準還有。 另外還配有多士同炒蛋,多士查牛油好薄脆,好香滑,不錯不錯,炒蛋色水雖然好黃,不過入口都好滑,有蛋香。
