To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). - 午餐肉蛋公仔麵
魚香茄子肉鬆煲(原價$75,特價$57)
雖然是特價小菜,卻是十分足量的。上桌時熱辣辣,茄子爽嫩之餘咸香十足,肉鬆微辣惹味,再加上鮮冬菇和炸菜粒,是很好配飯的家常口味,就價錢而言十分抵食。
這道在用料和味道上都有驚喜,牛面筋肉是較為稀少的食材,以汁醬炆得非常軟稔,既有牛香之餘也有咬口,半透明的筋位口感軟綿,甜甜酸酸的十分開胃,很不錯。
杏汁豬肺燉湯($38)
比一般燉湯多一倍的份量,豬肺沒有煎過味道稍遜,但質感軟滑如豆腐,湯頭挺鮮濃,味道不俗。
湯料不少,比杏汁豬肺味道更濃,只可惜湯身太油,只屬一般。
加上小菜有一定水準,若然能持續,不失為開飯的好選擇。

記得上次在北角健威分店就是因為這樣吃了一個極度中伏的星洲炒米。
然後今天看著免費報,看到太興就蒜香醬燒金童乳豬的推廣:
全隻:$290、半隻:$150、1/4隻:$80,堂食外賣同價,剪下報上優惠券,照價減$20。
回到屯門七時多,不肯定會否買到,儘管試試看。
侍應態度友善,不過負責切乳豬的小朋友手勢不太熟練。
減去優惠折扣$60。
會提供乳豬醬,另會在外賣盒上剪角,以確保鬆脆。但個人意見,即時享用的口感是最好的。如要外賣,最好盡快食用,否則乳豬皮可能會變軟。
1/4隻的份量如細食的話兩人絕對足夠。
回家前偷食了一塊,熱呼呼的口感最好,既有蒜頭的香氣,乳豬皮也鬆脆,沒有過多的肥肉。
我想,有機會再試的話,還是在店內享用吧。
Without thinking, I ordered a bbq pork and roasted pork rice, my parents ordered fried rice with shrimp in abalone sauce and rice noodles with beef in swiss sauce.
My mum got the mandarin orange with honey drink, she said it was not too sweet. Me and my dad got the special ice milk tea. I love the way they put the drink in the cup and then put it between the ice so we can taste the pure milk tea. It was delicious.
The bbq pork and roasted pork were crispy and tasty. They were salty but match perfectly with the plain rice. The rice noodles with beef was very sweet. I think they put too much swiss sauce in it. The beef were in big pieces and quite easy to tear apart. They were not too chewy. I need to add some chill sauce to eat because it was just too sweet. The fried rice was quite good. They use lots of egg yolk to fried the rice because you can taste the egg in every bite, to be honest, it was a bit too eggy. The shrimps were soft and the abalone sauce was very nice. The small pieces of vegetables were very crunchy which I loved.
想念家常便飯的時候,便會從太興、韾居當中二選一。
為着一杯冰鎮奶茶,這天選了太興。
選了兩個小菜,一個湯羹,感覺家常一點。
先上粟米魚肚羹($48),有兩碗的份量。
粟米蓉份量不多,魚肚切得細碎,但份量不少。
食味較為清淡,沒有放味精,有點家的感覺。
隨後上桌的是椰香咖哩牛筋腩煲($68)。
上桌時熱得冒泡,牛腩份量也不少,既有牛香也有嚼勁。
當中混雜了牛筋,軟嫩的牛筋正是我喜歡的口感。
咖喱汁則微辣卻欠缺咖喱香氣,感覺只是一般。
翠華的咖哩要比它好吃多了。
最後一道是金銀蛋墨魚浸芥菜($70)。
上湯呈奶白,該是魚湯吧,加上金銀蛋,很夠味。
墨魚丸小小的一顆,墨魚味甚為薄弱,口感一般。
芥菜不是當做,口感一般,勝在吃下有一絲甘甜,很能降火,是健康之選。
加$22有飲品及白飯套餐,
個人不好吃飯,就給老公吃好了。
飲品跟冰鎮奶茶,這一向是我的心水呢。
這一頓家常便飯不算便宜,
不過可吃到家常的味道,也可作開飯之選。
友人的提議不錯,翻開餐牌,喉嚨不適的我也可揀到合適的食物。我點了一個常餐,有雪菜肉絲湯米、炒蛋和多士,飲熱檸水。一位友人點咖哩牛腩飯,飲涷咸檸七;另一位則點餐肉蛋公仔麵,飲涷奶茶。
過了一會,食物逐一奉上。我點的雪菜肉絲湯米不太熱,但雪菜很多,肉絲亦很軟熟。
炒蛋十分滑,非常美味!多士質地不軟不硬也不脆,幸好搽上牛油不難入口。
我們坐在卡位一邊吃一邊聊天,卡位的設計很好,除非有小朋友站在卡位上,否則吃東西和聊天時都不會看到其他枱的食客,令我們放心地享用下午茶,輕鬆地與友人聊天,這裡實在是與朋友飯聚的好地方。不過,這裡的 侍應雖會執枱,但卻不會斟水給食客,服務質素一般而已。
- 炒蛋
老公說有點餓,深夜的市中心選擇不多,於是選了太興。 燒味雙拼飯-宵夜($58)
老公選了叉燒、燒鵝。
想不到這次份量慷慨,叉燒、燒鵝份量不少。
叉燒外層蜜香味濃,半肥瘦,肉嫩豐腴,厚切叉燒口感十分好。
燒鵝算是肥美,選鵝胸位置,味道也不錯。
這兒的雪菜很合我口味,並沒另用汁醬去醃,保留雪菜原味,卻不會過咸。
而老公則十分欣賞它的米粉,該用上東莞米粉,甚有米香,口感爽身,不錯。
但天寒地凍,即使嘴饞也要為健康多想一步的呀。
諗住呢度啲野會好味少少~ 結果其實都係一般,本來我叫左個燒鵝叉燒飯,但係又無燒鵝,所以到最後我都係食一個普通到唔普通嘅叉雞飯~ 為左令呢個飯增添幾分讓我想食嘅感覺,我加多左隻咸蛋~
上到枱,其實呢2樣野都唔係好熱,話哂太興都係出名嘅燒味丫,溫度已經令人有啲失望~ 最熱係個飯囉~ 不過叉燒同雞都不過不失嘅~ 又唔係話好食,又唔係話難食,如果無野食之下,算係幾好啦~ 至於杯檸茶,算係咁啦~ 得幾片檸檬,茶味又唔算好濃,唯一叫夠嘅係冰囉~~~ 一個 lunch等左3個字,都係咁嘅質數,唉~ 真係算鬼數啦~ 去第二間唔使排算啦~ 北翼大把選擇~
皆因它的奶茶實在美味,結果選了稍貴的太興。
太興總是人頭湧湧的,因為本身十分喜歡吃糯米雞,加上餐牌上寫上「自家製」
二話不說就點了這個配凍奶茶。 奶茶依舊茶香奶滑,不用多說了。
可是糯米雞卻與餐牌照有所出入。
餐牌上的食照有三件雞件,事實只是一件而已,與圖片不符。
內有肉碎、蓮子、冬菇、馬蹄,特別抑或奇怪其實只是一線之差。 而且比一般糯米雞迷你,只比 酒樓珍珠雞大一點。 味道是可以的,但感覺被圖片欺騙了
而份量對大部分人來說都應不能當作飽肚的。
