To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 說回食物,我點了T9) 羅宋湯通粉配香脆炸雞翼($30),
我媽則點了T10 羅宋湯通粉配日式四式卷($30)。
餐飲選了茶記少有的Cappuccino (可以免費升級) 先送上的Cappuccino,表層有很多奶泡,不過泡抹不夠細緻,內裡的咖啡酸味不重,也有咖啡香,雖然我不是咖啡迷,但間中也會喝一杯的~ 羅宋湯通粉配香脆 炸雞翼($30)
羅宋湯通粉份量少少的,大食的男仕不夠飽的LA,適合胃口小小的女仕,羅宋湯夠酸且足料,有胡蘿蔔、西芹、椰菜等,我把湯和通粉全都吃掉,而且雞翼大大隻亦即是即炸的,很厚肉,熱辣嫰滑的雞翼很美味呀~
至於我媽的點的日式四式卷是以腐皮包著魚蛋內裡夾雜了紫菜及蟹柳,這款食物賣相美觀,而蠻有心思,即炸的也很美味~
雖然太興出品價錢貴一點,但可以見到食物質數較一般茶記好得多,怪不得下午茶時段人流也不少~
太興在時代的分店也好幾年,幾次用膳的印象也不錯,早餐倒是沒試過,就店外見,生意不錯,幸不用等位 看看餐牌,想飲冰鎮奶茶,但見加8蚊可以轉飲忌廉紅豆冰,早餐飲紅豆冰又真係未試過喎 忌廉又滑又香,配合紅豆冰,十分可口 至於主角的炒蛋及多士,蛋滑,多士脆,雖無驚喜但食落合理
反而那火腿通粉的火腿絲混作一團,是為此餐的小小污點
總括而言,價錢略貴,但間中的話值得再來
.. 雖則運作亂,食物味道要讚.什至是我光顧太興的經驗,味道最出色的一間.
湯是黃瓜湯:湯清徹,味道鮮甜.亦不覺加了味精,至少喝完.沒有口乾的情況出現. 梅菜扣肉60元
梅菜是用上甜梅菜.只吃了少部份.因為油膩,豬肉我只試一件.入口肉香味重.質地相當鬆化.味道不俗. 豉汁蒸鎗魚98元
魚蒸至剛剛熟.骨仍是紅色,因而魚肉嫩滑,魚的味道鮮甜.魚新鮮程度高.豉油應該用上蒸魚豉油當然不會鹹,
太興吃飯貴...仲要加19元飯同飲品.埋單2人要194元.送上50元禮劵.仲要144元.但以連鎖店而言.味道是值得讚,
- 旦白炒飯(但一定有旦王的)
打開餐牌, 食物選擇好少....拎住個餐牌諗左好耐都唔知食乜好...
其實呢個都同價錢有關係....樣樣野都起碼成4-50蚊以上...
以屯門區LUNCH黎講, 似乎好似都貴左D...
同場發現有幾個內地人坐低望完個餐牌走左...

小小辣味, 好香好惹味...不過只係得幾條.. 叫左基本上係太興必叫既奶茶...

上次在8號風球下去太興,食物麻麻,可能在風球下影響了質數吧!今次就不同了。 <回味菠蘿咕嚕肉>
賣相吸引,令人垂延三尺。酸度適中,肉夠軟林林,菠蘿與青椒也夠新鮮,太興的咕嚕肉整體是可以的,比一般茶餐廳好,但心中最好的咕嚕肉始終是 [八月軒- 拔絲石榴咕嚕肉]!現在好想去拔絲......
好味的咕嚕肉會很明顯的食到以下感覺:
外層是惹味的酸汁 > 中層是炸脆了的煙韌肉面 > 內層是新鮮的肉 <斑球梅菜蒸滑豆腐>
這是較勁清淡的菜式,很適合女性和注重健康的人士,份量也不少的,斑球新鮮好味,梅菜也是惹味的,而豆腐就真的很滑,但很難一口食晒三樣野,如果斑球可以大塊一點會更好!
