今天公司尾牙,黎到食神韜哥主理既餐廳@大榮華圍村菜。🥢因為係公司活動總共擺左三圍,間隔左一間房比我地進行抽獎活動同食套餐。不過間隔有點尷尬😳,中間有一大條柱分隔左另一枱。非常有幸,到場剛巧遇到食神韜哥🥰打邊爐最緊要個爐個個韜哥🍾真人好有善,要求合照留念都不拒。🍷鴻運乳豬件🐖:外皮燒到非常脆口,整隻豬肥瘦均勻,是但拎一舊都已經好好味😋。配上甜醬,咬一口外脆內軟而又吾會太油既乳豬,人生一大樂事😚。瑤柱雙喜蔬:上面佈滿瑤柱碎同汁,下面配上貴價既豆苗,豆苗比較乾身鞋口吾係咁易咬,好彩配番個瑤柱汁,中和番,瑤柱汁吾會死咸,味道中規中矩。碧綠滿掌原隻鮑魚:鵝掌蚊得比較焾身,好易LUN骨出黎,鮑魚是罐頭🥫貨,不過咁先夠吊味,底下配上生菜🥬,好爽脆鮮甜,沾上滿滿鮑魚汁。奶皇馬拉糕:好鬆軟,食落仲好有濕度,香噴噴既奶皇味,成個呈現金黃色,好美味😚蓮蓉西米焗布甸:味道吾錯,不過剛好食左甜既馬拉糕之後食成件事好膩,加上佢係用上蓮蓉,同埋好焾既西米布甸成個好似一堆野既結構,口感差少少,西米吾夠咬口。總結:成個套餐有好有壞 不過整體來講算吾錯 水準之上傳統味道 加上大家下次黎睇下撞吾撞到韜哥😋

奶皇馬拉糕:好鬆軟,食落仲好有濕度,香噴噴既奶皇味,成個呈現金黃色,好美味😚

蓮蓉西米焗布甸:味道吾錯,不過剛好食左甜既馬拉糕之後食成件事好膩,加上佢係用上蓮蓉,同埋好焾既西米布甸成個好似一堆野既結構,口感差少少,西米吾夠咬口。

總結:
成個套餐有好有壞 不過整體來講算吾錯 水準之上
傳統味道 加上大家下次黎睇下撞吾撞到韜哥😋

今日做冬,同屋企人去咗灣仔嘅呢間大榮華,開開心心食餐飯。梅頭叉燒,略為偏瘦,多少少肥膏會好啲,但都好好味吉列香酥鮮魷,炸得好好,層漿一啲都唔厚咸魚豆腐炆雞,味道一般,都好在唔係太咸菜甫煎魚腸,好好味,唔係好多地方有得食魚腸整嘅餸菜了玉蔥醬爆鱔球,好好味,不過份量比較少, 每人分得一兩件最後黎個奶皇馬拉糕,好甜 ~~ 😂

香港現今都市傳統菜式越來越少滔哥圍村菜傳統菜式保留之今. 實在好難得希望中國人的文化中國人的美食世代相傳, 馬拉糕應該係全港第一, 隨著年代的變化現在都市人開始遺忘自己本地的美食, 仲有好多傳統嘅菜式. 例如豬潤燒賣,焗魚腸 這的傳統 菜式 好多地方都沒有, 人們只會記住新的東西, 忘記了好多自己細細個食啲東西, 不過呢啲菜式可能係上一代啲人嘅菜式, 今次銀魚煎蛋, 豆苖浸金銀蛋非常之不錯, 黃金蝦亦都做得非常出色, 黃金蝦好多地方都做得唔好, 食馬拉糕的時候我總會諗起萬梓良

今晚,又有朋友生日飯局。我地一行1O人去嘅係一位好出名嘅食家'肥滔'做生招牌嘅酒樓。可能因為平日嘅關係,所以酒樓唔算多人。不過多客人都與我地無關,因已一早訂房同寫菜餐。每間房最低消費是3500蚊。食物方便……半肥瘦叉燒 拼燒肉, 叉燒大大嚿,一嚿起兩嚿止, 第三嚿已經覺得肥膩得滯啦。燒腩好脆,夠香口。蒜香焗金蝦,蝦太細食,蒜香汁惹味。鮑魚鵝掌, 一人有一隻鮑魚, 生菜墊底,可惜鵝掌炆得太淋,欠口。蛇羹,大窩,每人至小1碗半,夠蛇肉 及待應会送上源源不絕的薄脆。蝦子柚皮,柚皮唔夠味,炆唔淋,稍為差咗少少。粟米斑塊, 夠多粟米汁, 斑塊新鮮脆口, 冇骨,老少咸宜。 炸子雞,冇特別、冇驚喜、同平時酒樓食嘅差唔多。 油鹽煮菜心,大碟到嚇親我地, 估唔到中間既粉絲入曬未, 有意外驚喜。跟住再有糯米飯,估計不是生炒的,味道一般啦。由於朋友太喜歡食甜品, 所以叫了三款不同的。壽包,不是蓮蓉餡是紫薯的,啱哂唔食蓮蓉既我。千層馬拉糕,好軟熟,熱辣辣,超得。白蓮蓉焗布甸,唔太甜,好多白蓮蓉。

今天和親戚們吃午飯,11點開門我們就11點準時來到這間適合大夥人的傳統茶樓,裏面有很多適合我的食物。鴨腳扎- 十分之惹味,芋頭也很好吃豬潤燒賣-豬潤非常好味,現在很難找到茶樓有得吃炸蝦春卷-炸得非常之香👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻臘腸卷-臘腸非常之爽脆,榮華臘腸零舍不同豬腳薑- 十分入味,姜有些辣五味雞-這個值得推介,雞醃得十分好味,秘製醬汁醃雞馬蹄糕-不是太甜,煎得很香,我吃了兩大件總而言之,因為即叫即整的關係,點心也要等15至20分鐘,我提議要盡快落order哦!😋

今日約左男友同阿媽飲茶,因為男友未試過榮華衣間飲茶,所以帶左佢黎試下。我記得間酒樓好似要十一點先開,所以約左佢地十一點半酒樓等。一去到就已經有位,唔駛等位。我叫左必食既腐竹白果豬肚湯😍,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,叉燒腸,同陳皮牛肉煲仔蒸飯。先黎個腐竹豬肚湯,今次好足料,勁多豬肚,啲豬肚大大件又夠林,又有白果同腐竹,飲落個湯有少少胡椒味好正。衣個湯好多時未到下午茶已經賣晒,所以有買襯手,手快有手慢無。再黎碟叉燒腸,今日個廚師好孤寒,勁少叉燒,條腸粉咬落都幾軟綿綿,口感尚可。再黎個鵪鶉蛋燒賣,衣款點心唔係間間酒樓有得食,面頭塊皮煙煙un un ,點埋啲蒸出黎既肉汁食,都唔錯,隻鵪鶉蛋都幾大粒,下面舊肉應該係手剁豬肉,所以食到粒粒肉粒,肥豬肉都唔算多。最後係個陳皮牛肉煲仔飯,講真我今次食唔出陳皮味,都幾失望,個飯勝在啲米,食落去粒粒米都分明,唔太軟又唔太硬,水既比例控制得幾好,唔知係咪用油占米呢,食落好有口感又有米香,都係啲飯最好食。

今日約左男友同阿媽飲茶,因為男友未試過榮華衣間飲茶,所以帶左佢黎試下。我記得間酒樓好似要十一點先開,所以約左佢地十一點半酒樓等。
一去到就已經有位,唔駛等位。
我叫左必食既腐竹白果豬肚湯😍,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,叉燒腸,同陳皮牛肉煲仔蒸飯。
先黎個腐竹豬肚湯,今次好足料,勁多豬肚,啲豬肚大大件又夠林,又有白果同腐竹,飲落個湯有少少胡椒味好正。衣個湯好多時未到下午茶已經賣晒,所以有買襯手,手快有手慢無。
再黎碟叉燒腸,今日個廚師好孤寒,勁少叉燒,條腸粉咬落都幾軟綿綿,口感尚可。
再黎個鵪鶉蛋燒賣,衣款點心唔係間間酒樓有得食,面頭塊皮煙煙un un ,點埋啲蒸出黎既肉汁食,都唔錯,隻鵪鶉蛋都幾大粒,下面舊肉應該係手剁豬肉,所以食到粒粒肉粒,肥豬肉都唔算多。
最後係個陳皮牛肉煲仔飯,講真我今次食唔出陳皮味,都幾失望,個飯勝在啲米,食落去粒粒米都分明,唔太軟又唔太硬,水既比例控制得幾好,唔知係咪用油占米呢,食落好有口感又有米香,都係啲飯最好食。

I ate here on my first day in Hong Kong. It was really a good place. Although I don't like the service that much but the food was great. Me and my fried ordered their Five Spice Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Fried Rice and West Lake Beef Soup. 年近歲晚又是時候吃團年飯,今天就去了灣仔大榮華圍村菜。酒家已有多年歷史,有很多懷舊點心,不乏捧場客,一到午飯時間就非常旺場。點了海蝦籠仔蒸飯,蝦非常大隻,賣相一流,飯底吸收了蝦的鮮味和蒜蓉的香味,抵吃。點心方面點了燒腩卷、鴨腳扎、馬拉糕、三星燒賣、韭菜豬紅。點心都非常大件抵吃。蝦餃跟燒賣都大大粒。特別推薦燒腩卷,燒腩非常肥美,但不算太油膩,搭配粉嫩的芋頭做餡,已經很少地方能吃得到。鴨腳扎也做得不錯。

boxing day路過飲個下午茶,舊式酒樓冇乜招呼,自己搵位自己照顧自己,叫左5個點心1個牛腩伊麵,但其中兩個點心話冇(牛柏葉&沙嗲什錦),仲有一款點心明明唻錯又硬係話啱,迫人食。我明明叫炸湯丸,佢唻個紫薯煎堆仔,又唔認,唔肯換,迫人食,好嬲。對大榮華好失望,以後唔會再幫襯。

舊同事飯局,一班在9x年已經認識嘅朋友,當年嘅辦公室喺灣仔,所以我哋食飯好多時會揀返灣仔,以前有兩個選擇,一是駱克道東園金閣海鮮酒家,可惜已經喺5月份停業,另一個選擇當然係有機會見到韜哥嘅大榮華。永遠不會令食客失望的一味餸,豬膶時蔬,連平常食得非常清淡的M先生也說“好嫩滑”。而我,午餐時段特意不吃飯,就為了晚上能吃上豬油撈飯,說時遲那時快,我已經扒了一砵頭撈飯,再舉手要多一個飯,2砵豬油撈飯,滿足!最後當然是來一客甜品蒸糕來結束。

一個人去完電腦節,又熱又攰又餓,茶餐廳食到厭又坐唔得耐,於是學呀伯咁一支公去飲茶😅係會展行過黎就見到呢間大榮華,諗都冇諗就上左黎。首先嗌左碗切雞燒鴨瀨,味道普通,但D瀨粉好碎,好難夾家鄉煎腸粉,我真係唔知佢個家鄉係邊,食到極小量蝦米,成碟齋腸咁,而且話明係煎,我正係食到面頭果幾舊有輕輕煎過下既痕跡之外,成碟都似係蒸,食左幾舊仲覺得有D哽胃韮菜煎蝦餅,成餐飯唯一叫做正常既就得呢個,起碼我真係食到有蝦,豬肉同韮菜,但每一啖都好似飲緊半匙羮油咁
