訂了8人在晚上6:30用膳。用膳時間90分鐘。入坐30分鐘就有餐廳職員話要截單。在65分鐘再有餐廳職員自動放下賬單,只說’埋咗張單‘。(完全沒禮貌問是誰負責付費)餐廳職員沒有提醒燉湯不夠分8人用,自動分了6碗湯就說‘我已經盡分’。食物水準一般。所以這樣差服務態度的餐廳沒可能再光顧。

今天去試食,在元朗朗屏一間特別菜館,內部裝修可以用“精緻簡潔”四個字來形容,大小枱約20張,排隊人龍到街尾,就係壽富街“大圍小館”.食物以傳統、懷舊點心聞名,明爐燒味,魚池海中鮮,都是好出名.初嘗第一道點心,豬油渣銀針粉,豬油渣自家製造,蝦米、菜脯味道適中,是一碗可口美味美食.第二道菜灌湯餃,餡料非常豐富,選用北海道瑤柱、帶子、天白花菇、海白蝦和金華火腿,味道非常濃郁,切開還有好多湯流出.流心糯米雞,內裏有大冬菇和新鮮雞肉、豬肉,糯米雞頂有隻流心蛋黃,切開蛋黃流下,加上煎過糯米飯,有些脆口,令到糯米飯非常好味,有口感,但係好飽肚.香茜牛肉玻璃腸,香甜滑口加上鹹甜豉油,百食不厭.還有蝦餃燒賣,都係選用新鮮豬肉、海白蝦及鮮筍嚟泡製,有口感又好味!二人品嘗,捧腹而回.

我最近去了元朗新開的大圍小圍食晚飯,新鋪寬敞又唔使等位!食唔到大圍分店,不妨去元朗分店食!首先是泥鯭粥,粥的質地非常細膩,泥鯭的味道也很濃郁,非常美味。炸蘿白糕,糕的口感很軟,外皮又脆,非常好食。啫啫生菜煲是我很喜歡的一道菜,煲裡的生菜非常鮮嫩,汁水也很足,非常開胃。炒肉鬆的肉質也很嫩,味道很濃郁,仲配埋蝦餅比你送。最後是魚卜炒小腸,小腸的口感很有嚼勁,魚卜的香味也非常濃郁,辣辣地好醒胃。總的來說,大圍小圍食中菜的菜式非常豐富,味道也非常好吃,推薦大家去試試!
