大圍店早已享負盛名,最近更上一層樓在元朗開新店,一於追入元朗捧場,新店設計更新派而又保存瓦面天花設計,枱椅間隔寬敞且舒服,見每枱都Order勾魂义燒,今次一於試新菜陳皮欖角骨,濃濃陳皮味個人覺得比义燒的陳皮酱更入味。另一新菜薄荷羊仔肉撲鼻薄荷香,肉質鮮嫩,另一茶燻鷄用伯爵茶燻製,好掂,再來一個廖孖記腐乳醬西蘭花炒蝦球,惹味到不得了。主食要了個砂煲蝦膏炒飯,香氣滿溢,這頓飯雖然有點Heavy,但每個小菜都想試,熱情的經理更送上甜品,實在是大滿足。

千層糕, 大大件而且外觀不錯, 蛋黃,松子味幾香,都幾好味,不過由于剛吃完大大個奶黃飽,所以再吃完有點膩, 如果只有兩個人的話, 還是建議奶黃包和千層糕二選一 比較合適。

我覺得當中有70%食物都係高質,例如蟹肉蒸飯 / 大孖豉油雞/ 勾魂叉燒,全部都係有80分以上。
有30%食物就一般般唔會再叫,欖角骨平平無奇;桂花一縷香呢個其實主要成份係芽菜炒蛋,但要價258,我覺得係巧手工,但唔見得味道好精彩。
而100%必試係個湯!真係好好飲!我諗我閒來無事都可能會入去飲呢個湯,平靚正份量夠多,超好味!
最後送上糖水渣渣,幾好食,但已經好飽,所以感覺上只係正常發揮。

呢一個冷盤外表唔出眾🫢,不過味道又唔錯。本身以為用咗沙薑之後會好大陣薑味,但呢一碟豬手既薑味唔算好重,連平時唔中意食薑嘅我都可以接受到⭕️。同埋睇落佢個豬手🐷好似好多骨,但其實大部份都係軟骨位(90%都食得到),將豬手撈埋下面嘅甜醬油&沙薑一齊食,味道都唔錯。不過如果俾我揀,我會想叫多一碟海蜇頭 instead of豬手仔🤭

我期待咗佢呢個勾魂叉好耐🤤 因為叉燒要整得好食都幾考功夫。上枱嘅時候,叉燒係放喺一堆脆米上面,而師傅會先將菠蘿醬搽上叉燒面,然後再用火槍🔥🔥🔥燒一燒叉燒嘅外皮(燒緊嘅時候叉燒嘅香味湧埋黎真係好正🤤) 不過食落味道又冇我想像中咁出色,可能因為佢好厚身,而且叉燒偏瘦,唔算有太多肥膏,所以少咗嗰種油脂喺口入邊化開嘅感覺。我相信如果佢多啲肥膏會更加好食。

一碟有六粒蝦丸,size好大而且蝦味幾出🦐。同埋可能用左人手去打,所以咬落去好彈牙!炸漿嘅厚薄適中,咬完唔會散開哂。不過我覺得佢個腐乳味唔算好重,我會傾向多啲腐乳味,不過朋友就覺得啱啱好🤏🏻。我反而唔明白伴碟嘅紫蘇葉乾有啲咩用途?因為佢太輕太薄,夾落蝦丸上面又好快會飛走晒😅 就咁食紫蘇葉既味道又唔出,所以到最後都係由得佢哋繼續放喺隻碟上面😆

我見好多人都推薦呢一個飯,所以我哋都叫咗一碟黎試吓。佢個份量真心多,一籠蒸飯嘅份量足以餵飽我哋四個人😆 上枱嘅時候,師傅同我哋講話可以將叉燒嘅脆米撈飯一齊食。我哋好聽話咁試下,又真係幾夾喎😆

蒸籠底放咗一大塊荷葉🪷,所以食飯嘅時候會食到一種清香既感覺。而我亦相信佢個飯係預先處理過先至拎去蒸,所以佢啲飯粒粒粒分明,而且顏色同味道都好平均👍🏻 至於蒸蟹🦀方面,蒸之前已經將蟹腳切好晒,又蟹腳入邊都幾多肉,而且隻蟹係用咗蒜頭🧄炒香左,所以食蟹嘅時候有蒜蓉嘅香味夾雜埋一齊。一碟飯可以食到兩樣嘢,而且份量仲咁多,所以我都好推薦呢個飯!

唔知係佢個茶芥包埋甜品定係餐廳送嘅,我哋食完晒所有嘢之後,仲上多一碗中式糖水😍 入邊有紅棗、圓肉、南北杏同埋桃膠,相當滋補又清甜😌 出邊就咁食一碗中式糖水都要幾廿蚊,有一碗免費嘅糖水(仲要好好飲) 真係覺得好抵👍🏻

牛骨髓是平常只能在撈面小攤或是火鍋店看到的菜品,而且也沒什麼味道,他們家的這道菜做得不錯,很入味。
