You must like this one, the dim sum is very thoughtful, and there is a word "buy" on the milk emperor bag, haha. The Mid-Autumn Festival Bi Dawei main store here is newer and more upscale. It is also recommended to come to this one at night, because the Xiaochao is really excellent and has its own characteristics. The tea names are also very creative.這個一定要點讚,點心很有心思,奶皇包上邊還有個買「「炮」」字,哈哈。這邊的中秋俾大圍的總店新而且高檔一點,這一間晚上過來也很推薦,因為小炒的確出色,而且很有特色。菜名也很有創意。

今日老公放假,可以接完仔放學去附近飲個茶先返屋企。11:20左右去到茶館,原則上已經有9成食客,所以樓面職員表示搭枱既安排。係入口等安排時已經留意到同剛剛開張時嘅擺位有分別,當進入所屬位置時強烈認知到自己對所謂擺位不同既感覺!茶館分隔既屏封好貴氣穩重,完全冇搭枱既尷尬,梳化座位闊落大方!真的很讚!係大圍分店食過返尋味既沙翁,今日係元朗分店要推薦比老公品嚐,而老公一見到牛骨髓話係必食。另外係叫左流心煎糯米雞、咖喱魷魚同2粒燒賣。價錢有返咁上下既佢,點心即製係有水準,壺茶用既茶葉飲落每口都回甘。

終於有機會可以嚟食「大圍小館」,之前一直bookmark咗呢間好耐都冇時間嚟食,終於今日放假一早就嚟食lunch。我去呢間係元朗分店另外一間喺大圍。其實係因為呢度有以前懷舊嘅灌湯餃食,所以就想嚟試吓。{灌湯餃}- 而家好多灌湯餃都係將隻餃子放喺個湯裏面,呢度就係做返以前傳統嘅方式,隻餃子係包住啲湯,咁先稱得上為灌湯餃。這灌湯餃好大隻差唔多有半個蒸籠咁大,灌湯餃裏面嘅材料好豐富,有瑤柱冬菇蝦肉豬肉… 所以個湯好鮮甜,最值得一讚嘅就係佢冇芫荽,因為我唔識芫荽,所以好啱我。食完一隻之後真係好想即刻encore多一隻👍🏻。{古早味牛骨髓}- 望落去細細碗咁,裏面都幾多牛骨髓,除咗牛骨髓之外,仲有一粒鵪鶉蛋同埋一條珍珠筍,而佢嘅味道就非常之惹味,有啲似沙嗲,都係好食👍🏻。{川芎白芷蒸魚雲}- 好香嘅中藥藥材味,應該唔係好多人可以接受,因為佢有少少苦味,但係我覺得佢係真材實料,而且我第一次食咁樣嘅做法,我覺得佢都算係好食,只要你接受到有少少苦味,如果鍾意食藥膳嘅應該會鍾意。{鮮筍蝦餃}- 呢個唔推介!我本人好鍾意食蝦餃,但係呢一籠蝦餃我唔鍾意食,佢唔係完全唔好食,但係如果以$49一籠蝦餃,我覺得佢

{川芎白芷蒸魚雲}- 好香嘅中藥藥材味,應該唔係好多人可以接受,因為佢有少少苦味,但係我覺得佢係真材實料,而且我第一次食咁樣嘅做法,我覺得佢都算係好食,只要你接受到有少少苦味,如果鍾意食藥膳嘅應該會鍾意。

{鮮筍蝦餃}- 呢個唔推介!我本人好鍾意食蝦餃,但係呢一籠蝦餃我唔鍾意食,佢唔係完全唔好食,但係如果以$49一籠蝦餃,我覺得佢唔好,首先佢嘅皮有少少硬,同埋佢蝦餃餡裏面好多水,有少少奇怪,我又唔係食小籠包😅,蝦餃裏面除咗有筍同埋蝦之外,仲有肥豬肉(可能係豬膏?!),我居然食到一條筋,咬唔到😤,所以成個口感唔鍾意。

{三蝦腐皮夾}- 呢個係一個功夫菜,佢係一層腐皮一層蝦膠一層腐皮一層蝦膠咁,而蝦膠上面會有蝦籽,淋上龍蝦汁,再喺頂部灑上少少櫻花蝦。基本上淋咗龍蝦汁咩都好食😂,但係我自己食咗有一個部份係冇龍蝦汁嘅,反而我覺得仲好食,龍蝦汁完全掩蓋左腐皮、蝦同蝦子嘅味,所以如果冇龍蝦汁我會仲鍾意。

{宮廷荷花酥}- 我有少少被佢嘅外型吸引咗,我以為佢裏面都係嗰啲豆沙餡,原來唔係,基本上可以用鳳梨酥就解釋咗佢係咩呀😅,不過佢嘅餡料非常唔甜,所以我麻麻哋😂。

星期一(3/7/2023)早上在大圍店飲茶,晚上就去元朗分店試晚飯。環境比較大圍店舒服,服務也十分好,態度友善,員工和經理都很有內性介紹每道菜,非常清礎。食物方面很不錯,特別喜歡薑米蒜蓉籠仔蒸蟹飯,肉蟹非常新鮮實肉,份量十足,蘇鼠斑蒸得剛剛好,吃完非常滿足。真係性價比高。雖然家住火炭,去大圍分店比較近,但我會再來元朗店再試其他菜式,因為這裏氣氛和服務令我非常滿意,食得開心,特別多謝小小肥男經理….

環境比較大圍店舒服,服務也十分好,態度友善,員工和經理都很有內性介紹每道菜,非常清礎。
食物方面很不錯,特別喜歡薑米蒜蓉籠仔蒸蟹飯,肉蟹非常新鮮實肉,份量十足,蘇鼠斑蒸得剛剛好,吃完非常滿足。真係性價比高。
雖然家住火炭,去大圍分店比較近,但我會再來元朗店再試其他菜式,因為這裏氣氛和服務令我非常滿意,食得開心,特別多謝小小肥男經理….

近排都好鐘意去大圍小館食,啲點心叉燒都好好味,例如叉燒酥真係好好食。今日就不幸遇上差嘅待遇,事緣我先生去到㩒機攞飛,之後企埋一邊等。點知個門口知客S姐無跟號嗌飛,憑佢記憶力叫客入座,我先生一味聽見「小姐到你」,佢就走前望下到自己未,點知後面兩張枱入左,咁即時同S姐反映,S姐話我見你唔到呀,你張飛過左我俾過張你。阿姐你唔係順Number? 一味叫小姐啲先生當然唔應你。😓咁我先生見後面無人唯有照等,等左20分鐘我都到左就發現入面係有枱無人執,又無人叫入座,我就企入門口等,S姐一心記卦佢本卜枱簿,完全忽視門外客人,直至入面侍應哥哥叫咪,佢至應機,問完我幾多位收左我張飛就話下張到我。我入座啦,S姐話:小姐未到你,呢位先生先。「呢位先生」正正係我老公,之後佢又指另一位先生,好彩我老公有影底張相,唔係又俾佢玩多一鑊。呢位S小姐真係慳到唔好意思都無句,當無事發生咁行開。食好野要等唔係問題,但唔好做埋啲趕客行為。

今日就不幸遇上差嘅待遇,事緣我先生去到㩒機攞飛,之後企埋一邊等。點知個門口知客S姐無跟號嗌飛,憑佢記憶力叫客入座,我先生一味聽見「小姐到你」,佢就走前望下到自己未,點知後面兩張枱入左,咁即時同S姐反映,S姐話我見你唔到呀,你張飛過左我俾過張你。阿姐你唔係順Number? 一味叫小姐啲先生當然唔應你。

😓咁我先生見後面無人唯有照等,等左20分鐘我都到左就發現入面係有枱無人執,又無人叫入座,我就企入門口等,S姐一心記卦佢本卜枱簿,完全忽視門外客人,直至入面侍應哥哥叫咪,佢至應機,問完我幾多位收左我張飛就話下張到我。我入座啦,S姐話:小姐未到你,呢位先生先。「呢位先生」正正係我老公,之後佢又指另一位先生,好彩我老公有影底張相,唔係又俾佢玩多一鑊。呢位S小姐真係慳到唔好意思都無句,當無事發生咁行開。

食好野要等唔係問題,但唔好做埋啲趕客行為。
