十分失望,看menu話michelin, tabelog etc有beat ramen in tokyo嘅美譽,就點了招牌之選醬油拉麵。結果無論由湯底、拉麵味道、麵條口感、荀、溏心蛋、紫菜、叉燒全部都below average。總括而言:好難食。湯底冇質感層次,拉麵難食太淋overcooked,叉燒「鞋」到呢。。。無得customise item可以,我期望交由師傅決定最美味嘅combo,可惜全部大失所望。我見其他食評話同旺角五六十蚊拉麵質素差唔多,我會話旺角絕對好過佢😀另外,座位設計係好有特色,就係全部好窄。店員一時左邊一時右邊上菜,執枱etc,無論對佢哋定對食客都好逼好唔方便幾乎撞到要左閃右避。服務就客氣講句一般般啦。唔想中伏就不用來啦。

這家炸雞實在太好食了!炸雞的外皮炸得很酥脆,裡面卻依然保持著肉質的鮮嫩,吃起來十分爽口🤩而醬油拉麵的湯頭則是濃郁鮮美,加上彈牙的拉麵,讓人垂涎欲滴🤤叉燒不算厚,內質非常嫩滑,入口即化🐖


整體來說這是一家非常值得一試的拉麵店👏🏻

約朋友係K11睇戲,仲有一粒鐘時間先開場,所以就打算快快手食d野,就去咗食拉麵。極上蟹皇沾麵$188Menu 寫住「乳白色的魚湯和鮮美的螃盤味道相得益彰」,老實講我就真係睇唔到個湯點樣乳白,可能大家對白色有誤解。軟殼蟹好香脆,唔會炸到完全乾物,有細細兜蟹膏同蟹肉,味道好好。湯底唔會過咸,香濃,掛身。188蚊一碗都值得一試。自家製黑胡椒炸雞(3件)$52雖則得3件但每件都係大大舊,外脆,雞肉嫩滑,但唔係juicy 有肉汁果種,解凍做得幾好,雞肉食唔到有雪味,有可能係黑胡椒掩蓋咗。

雖則得3件但每件都係大大舊,外脆,雞肉嫩滑,但唔係juicy 有肉汁果種,解凍做得幾好,雞肉食唔到有雪味,有可能係黑胡椒掩蓋咗。

Ramen texture was cooked perfectly. The soup wasn’t too greasy or salty, it was a great choice as I was going for a semi light meal, but overall not really impressive, it was alright. Couldn’t resist on ordering the pan-fried dumplings too and it was juicy, meaty and crispy. 麵條硬軟度煮的剛剛好 湯不太膩又不太鹹 算是清淡的 可是整體來說不太出色 還好啦… 煎餃好吃喔!

I guess the pricing is reasonable, the fact that it’s situated in K11 Musea. Interior is nice and has a distinctive style, especially like their idea of interchangeable booth tables from a sharing table to a single table!
(Sadly.. was too hungry snd didnt take any interior photos🥹) 價格方面呢 算是還ok啦 畢竟處於K11 Musea 餐廳裡的設計都蠻不錯 有些位置是可以單人位變多人座位哦! (我當時肚子太餓了 沒拍到餐廳環境🥹)

Actually if you just eat the noodles, you will find the texture is so chewy and not soft at all
, which is good if you like more texture one, and like chewing but i’m not the one lollll, and no flavor at all only having the noodles
, and for other food ingredients including clams and pork slices, all tasting by the soup thoroughly, but seriously i’m in love with the super yummy pork soup
, lovely and appetizing, the seaweed is another good thing, and finally i find another spot, i put the pork slice at the last, and it surprised me again
