今天跟女朋友在元朗走訪大小傢俬店,為了新居作準備。正當途經形點時,發現了這間裝璜別緻的餐廳!店舖以日本蛋作菜式主調以作招徠,相當特別!由於正值下午茶時間,座位比較寬裕,不用排隊,店員很友善地邀請我們入座。雖然以蛋來作主題,但是菜式相當豐富,有All Day Breakfast、三文治、蛋包飯、沙律等。煙肉菠菜班尼迪蛋全日早餐:這款All Day Breakfast搭配香腸、多士及沙律,煙肉煎得香口,薄切之餘不失水份。相反香腸雖然份量十足,但稍嫌煎得過火,外皮較硬。燉牛肉蛋包飯:由於本人不喜坊間某些蛋包飯會弄得太濕,飯都糊了,所以對這店的蛋包飯很是喜出望外!雞蛋很是嫰滑,被包住的米飯還是粒粒分明,十分出色!牛肉配上醬汁十分惹味,與蛋包飯一濃一淡十分搭配。半熟蛋沙律三文治:半熟蛋沙律味道酸甜,十分開胃,麵包酥軟,而且份量很大,性價比高。

由於本人不喜坊間某些蛋包飯會弄得太濕,飯都糊了,
所以對這店的蛋包飯很是喜出望外!
雞蛋很是嫰滑,被包住的米飯還是粒粒分明,十分出色!
牛肉配上醬汁十分惹味,與蛋包飯一濃一淡十分搭配。

Situated at Yoho Mall and surrounded by pricey restaurants, Tamagoen is surprisingly not as expensive as I imagined. I ordered 5 dishes with my sister and we could hardly finish them all. The portion of the spaghetti is huge. It’s creamy and rich in flavour. The egg dishes are quite ordinary but the chopstick egg roll is definitely worth trying. It’s much like okonomiyaki and it’s savoury.The seating is comfortable and the interior is cute.

雖然試咗好多嘢,但係其他例如明太子忌廉意粉,同另外蛋包飯,串燒等都非常吸引,下次搵機會喺旺角北角再試吓。

我哋晚上6點零鐘左右就到左呢間餐廳,可能嗰日係假期關係,再加上店舖好細,係半開放式餐廳,目測得20-30個坐位左右,好在我哋等咗三四個字就可以入.....

呢間餐廳係標榜使用日本空運到港的沖繩雞蛋製作蛋既食物🥚🍳

我哋2個人一共叫左3款食物,包括:燉牛肉蛋包飯🍛、招牌玉子燒🍳、芝士筷子燒🧀🥢同2杯飲品🥤

燉牛肉蛋包飯好快就到左,好似預先整定既感覺🙈 就咁睇賣相不錯,但食落就大失所望⋯⋯

1️⃣首先,個蛋包飯係唔熱嘅,得微暖
而個飯唔似係用日本珍珠米,無煙靭感,重有啲濕,似係焗咗好耐😟

而個滑蛋係無蛋香味,唔講都唔知係食緊日本沖繩蛋🥚😅

至於燉牛肉方面,佢咬落去係淋既,但冇咩牛肉味,而燒牛肉汁就係一般甜甜地牛肉汁既味道

成個飯睇落好似好大份,但其實係正常份量,只係嗰碟大

2️⃣而招牌玉子燒同芝士筷子燒都好普通,一樣都係冇咩蛋味,特別係玉子燒

佢一共有六個味道,但個味道同個蛋都唔係話好夾,有啲就過鹹,有啲就好甜,感覺有啲求其😅

例如佢其中一個係蕃茄味嘅玉子燒🍅,佢就係玉子燒上面加啲番茄醬就算,玉子燒入面係冇包住任何蕃茄蓉或者粒😂⋯⋯

3️⃣最離譜係杯嘢飲,我叫咗杯「巨峰可爾必思梳打」,正常可爾必思其實就係有少少乳酸味嘅汽水,好多日本既supermarket都有得賣,無咩調配技巧可言⋯⋯

而佢係呢杯嘢就係冇咩味道,一啲乳酸味都冇,似係加咗好多水稀釋咗既巨峰飲品,得少少巨峰提子味,就連梳打水既汽都冇乜,重要$38/杯,我寧願飲水😫

另外,我朋友叫咗杯凍嘅水果茶,雖然有好多水果,但係都係冇咩味,飲落係有啲水果味嘅水,盛惠$48/杯 (唔記得影相📸️)

呢餐一共食咗$385連加一(一個主食、兩個小食、2杯飲品)

本身重諗住叫個疏乎厘pancake做甜品,但食完鹹食之後完全冇想叫既意慾😑所以最後就埋單走人🏃🏻‍♀️

總結而言,呢間餐廳嘅嘢食同價格唔成正比,味道麻麻而又偏貴,呢個價錢可以有其他更好的選擇

p.s. 其實唔係好明點解有咁多食評都話佢好食又大份,其實真係好麻麻😔
