今日去了吃魂拉麵,店內格局挺吸引,挺有那種日式的感覺,我特別喜歡坐那些吧枱。電子落單夠high tech,點了一個太極拉麵、青龍拉麵、八爪魚波波、日式炸雞塊和魚乾。一如我之前的貼文所言,拉麵可謂我的最愛,所以這篇食評難免有點偏見,當然是好的偏見啦。八爪魚波波又足料又大粒,價錢尚算便宜,可以一試。魚乾十分惹味,可在主食的前後慢慢一邊談天一邊吃,消磨不少時間。至於拉麵,我覺得太極拉麵比較好吃,太極拉麵的湯底濃郁,上面有一少堆蟹膏,雖然份量不多,但卻成為了太極拉麵的重要元素。青龍拉麵的湯底則比較淡口,有着蔬菜的味道,如果當天不想吃得太heavy,可考慮點個青龍拉麵。最後就是炸雞,這個就比較一般了,粉比較厚,還好雞肉尚算嫩滑。整體而言,再去旺角太子一帶上找拉麵的話, 這裏是一個非常不錯的地方。不得不提的,是那超級熱情親切的服務態度,有着一種在香港很久沒有試過的熱情。

先飲一口湯汁, 用墨魚汁混入豚骨的湯頭, 既有豬骨的鮮, 又有墨汁的鮮, 還有蟹膏的濃鮮味, 湯底味道十分濃郁, 而且幾濃稠, 可以更掛汁在麵上. 最重要是濃而不咸, 食完也不太膩. 還有湯底冇加味精, 所以飲哂都不口乾, 真材實料.

秘制菠菜汁融入哂豬骨湯底,幾意外完全沒有青草味,
配料豐富,有好少見既蟹肉同魚子醬,提升鮮味。
值得一提的是半熟蛋沒有加入醬油,雞蛋是日本蛋,
因此雞蛋的蛋味亦都十分濃郁,食落好滿足!
