今日心血來潮同事話不如去element食個lunch.. 想唔知食咩嘅情況下去咗平台.. 揀咗呢間steakhouse~ Steakhouse嘅服務人員多數係外國人, 一入去，嘩好大煙呀😂😂, (走嘅時候件衫都有油煙味), 不過除咗煙啲之外其他都係好滿意嘅~ 我地揀咗兩個lunch set, 佢哋lunch set 選項係前菜 + 主菜 + side dish + soft drink~ 同事揀咗 sausage + steak + salad, 而我揀咗 smoked salmon salad + 三文魚扒 + mash potato, 佢個sausage唔係好流果d, 感覺唔係機做, 入面啲肉唔會壓到好實, 肉同肥嘅比例做得好好, 讚~ 而steak出菜嘅時候好有型, 型男服務人員會拎住個有個好長嘅木板連同六個 sauces加嗰塊牛扒拎過嚟, 拮塊扒落你個碟度再介紹嗰六隻sauces, Sirloin steak味道中規中矩, 三文魚扒好好食😜,外脆內軟, 如果稍為唔係熟曬,仲會再好啲,最估唔到嘅係個薯蓉,好..好..食..呀.. 佢啲薯仔唔會溶曬, 仲有啲咬感, 混合左crea

復活節病左，老公話今日同我去食大餐補番，順便慶祝兒童節😝老公話之前同朋友食過呢間好抵食，今日帶我去試下一知道喺圓方以為好貴添，不過可能係lunch set所以咁抵，賣單都係四百幾😱環境好不在話下，仲有裝修好靚，重點係個餐好味Lunch set 包前菜，牛扒，配菜，餐飲我揀左蘑菇湯老公揀咗三文魚沙律蘑菇湯感覺係用蘑菇打碎，湯面仲有煎左嘅蒜片同唔知咩葉👍🏻三文魚沙律正有火箭菜牛油果，好新鮮老公嘅牛扒五成熟剛剛好，仲有六款醬汁，各有特色我個三文魚好滑，魚皮又夠脆，側邊嘅醬汁帶出嘅味道更佳順帶提一提呢間餐廳可以儲飛行里數，超正老公萬歲👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

阿根廷的牛扒世界知名，然而在香港的阿根廷扒房只寥寥可數，反而主打美國牛扒或和牛的餐廳就如恒河沙數。想試試阿根廷風味的話，Tango 是少數幾個選擇之一。是晚和太太二人世界，來了圓方的Tango。餐廳燈光頗暗，環境浪漫，是不錯的約會地點。點了西冷牛扒，Seafood Riggati。先上已經翻熱的餐包，好吃。要知道在高級西餐廳要是吃到冷冰冰了無生氣的麵包的話，是絕對的會影響對餐廳的第一印象。Tango 在這方面是合格了。在扒房吃pasta 是否自尋死路？又未必。Seafood Riggati 的表現理想，鮮甜的蝦和青口在微帶酒香的白汁襯托下，發揮出色，在扒房水準來說是合格有餘。主菜西冷牛扒，在鐵板和六款醬汁的襯托下出場，頗有巨星出壓場的感覺。Medium rare 的阿根廷牛扒嫩紅，雪花比和牛及美國牛明顯較少，肉味香濃比美國牛有過之而無不及，沒有不喜歡的理由。常言道優質的牛扒無需太多醬汁調味，但一場來到阿根廷扒房，無理由不試一試充滿南美風情的醬汁。六款醬入面，除了大路的mustard 之外，個人來說最喜歡醒胃的Chimichurri。一口牛，一口Pinot Noir，每一口都是享受。兩個

Dinner with my friends on Friday night. It seems that they were overwhelmed with a full house, and the waiters are too green.Ribeye for 2 was good. But my fillet was not juicy enough & went cold quickly as somehow it was removed from the hot plate, maybe due to limited space on table.Sirloin was excellent when served with a hot plate.We ordered pears and pancakes with ice cream as the dessert. Both were uncomfortably sweet.

Often go to Tango for lunch as the restaurant offers various kinds of lunch set with your choice of appetizer, main dish, side and drinks.Their steak is very well cooked, juicy and tender, and I love it so much! One of my favourite steakhouse and the environment is relaxing and comfortable!

老婆正日生日，又係肉皇大帝出場嘅時候，先嚟一支配牛嘅紅酒，再點了20oz嘅Gaucho Platter加35oz嘅Bone-in Ribeye，一次過食晒4個不同部位，根據餐牌所講，足夠四人分享，但這晚只有老婆同我，所以......打包咗三件Ribeye

To celebrate my birthday, my friends have dinner with me at this restaurant.The food taste good but not cheap, on average it cost over $400 per person.However, the staff is not very active on helping us like pouring water or see what we need. That's the only point they have to improve. The food quality is fine, I like the steak, sAlad and dessert very much. Will come again

午餐吃這家steakhouse點了魷魚沙律（魷魚和yogurt cheese很搭，口感很好，不會硬邦邦的，平時不愛吃魷魚的我都覺得這個做法很好）、牛肉漢堡medium rare，真的好大塊肉，很滿足。芝士菠菜也很不錯。但兩個女生都各自叫一個burger set，份量偏多，可以考慮share。推薦Fries!!很香脆，灑在上面的調味料很入味。

We tried the Ribeye, fillet and they recommended also the skirt. the quality of the steaks is excellent. you can tell is premium grass feed beef from Argentina. Astonishing delicious food. Great service. When you just enter the restaurant, the smell of food would just makes your mouth watering. The amazement started from the appetiser which was delicately decorated tasted so fresh. Another dish --- the tomatoes, rockets and bread with the melting cheese was so yummy. Went there on a whim one Friday night in May.....fancied a good steak nearby, and had tried Wooloomooloo on a few occasions, so wanted to find something new. Ended up being a very good decision. Easy to get to Civic Square on the top of Elements, and were looked after very well by all the staff.
