但其後在大約夜晚八時,我又收到了中環分店的外藉店員來電,說是想confirm我平安夜的booking,於是我再重申我已將booking transfer咗去尖沙咀分店,當時外藉店員好像恍然大悟一樣。
到了同日夜晚11時之前,我收到電郵說我在Openrice的中環分店訂座已被取消。



幾番波折之下,在平安夜6:15pm,我和朋友到達了尖沙咀分店,但餐廳的本地職員竟然在系統內找不到我的booking!
當我說出我是經Openrice book了在中環分店用膳,期後將booking transfer到尖沙咀分店時,本地店員非常驚訝,於是再用我的電話號碼在系統內尋找有沒有相關booking。在我的見證下,系統內並沒有我的booking
但本地店員亦隨即為我們3人安排入座
處理方式專業

中環分店安排非常混亂
亦未知是否因為中環店員在尖沙咀分店confirm booking後delete了在Openrice系統內的booking,以至在24/12尖沙咀分店的系統內未能找到我的booking
假如是系統漏洞,請務必改善,以防止類似事件再發生。

講下用餐體驗,以一間有名氣的扒房來說,餐前麵包的賣相和味道真的是乏善可陳。 未知是否被變成"walk in"的關係 ,不同其他客人一坐便有餐前麵包,我們是等了很久才有餐前麵包奉上。麵包微微暖,味道就像普通坊間的白方包一樣,亦沒有任何沾醬。

Lamb steak and rib eye: Lamb steak 有驚喜
我們要6成熟,廚師火喉控制得宜,肉質鮮嫩保留了淡淡的羊騷味, 不愧是有名的扒房。
Rib eye 肉味夠,但相比起Lamb atesk有點失色, 可能在烹調後肉未有休息夠,切開時有很多血水,除了這一點外還是很好吃的,steak 配上一般餐廳不會提供的多種沾醬,豐富了味道。
Side dish 選了黑松露芝士薯條和巴馬臣芝士忌廉菠菜。 薯條不夠脆身,但黑松露和芝士味濃。忌廉菠菜不似一般餐廳做法,加入了大量巴馬臣芝士,反而沒有creamy的感覺,但整體味道ok。

It's my third time in Tango, first in their Elements branch, and tbh is a great place. Seems a high end parrilla of Buenos Aires, and as Argentinean I can give credit of this. The meat was amazing and super tender, but I missed the real argentinean cuts like real vacio, asado, or even entrania (i order one, and besides was wonderful, was not the thin entrania we eat in Argentina). The only two things that are not legitt: chimichurri sauce, is more the version that they prepare in Mexico or USA than the real argentinean one, and also in the desserts there are no argentinean deserts like flan, budin de pan, alfajores and dulce de leche. But these are just impressions from an argentinean. The place is amazing and defo will continue going
The decoration is great and it seems to be in a high end place of Palermo, Recoleta or Puerto Madero (the high class neighbornhoods of Buenos Aires), but the price is reasonable, even cheaper than other local places that don't serve meat or high quality argentinean wines (their wine selection is amazing)

成個體驗得個等,真係好差,希望啲service下次有改善。。

Went to have a late quiet lunch at Tango Elements. The service was efficient and trouble free just as I hoped for a quiet lunch.The set lunch menu was not great value but the food was decent. The ribeye I ordered looked very charcoaled but the taste was better than the looks.Overall a good place to go if you are at Elements and had a sudden craving for a decent steak for lunch.

Went to have a late quiet lunch at Tango Elements. The service was efficient and trouble free just as I hoped for a quiet lunch.


The set lunch menu was not great value but the food was decent. The ribeye I ordered looked very charcoaled but the taste was better than the looks.


Overall a good place to go if you are at Elements and had a sudden craving for a decent steak for lunch.

同朋友去到圓方食午飯,上到平台睇到好多吾同既餐廳,不過Tango特別大間,好!就食佢。不過頂層滿左,唯有坐地下,好彩都有室內坐。賣相幾好,特別係塊T-骨牛扒,肉汁夠多,又好食,同朋友食飯、High Tea,純對可以一試。

I don’t normally write reviews but I was very impressed tonight. One of my friends dining with us has a serious allergy to peanut and soy, I always mention this on my bookings but when I arrived today the staff reassured be they were aware of the allergy and had prepared for it. It’s only a small thing but it’s showed the professionalism and care the staff took, I was very impressed! The food was great as well!

又係一間有放MENU上網的餐廳, 去之前可以睇定價位, 查定字典咁LOL 又係一間D包唔好食的餐廳 叫左杯紅酒襯托下咁, 其實都唔會識品酒呢個係Shrimp and scallop配D tortilla chips 幾好味但呢個octopus ceviche 就好唔掂, D 八爪魚質感差到一個點可能食慣中式海鮮又鮮又爽口的煮法掛阿根廷野我識條鐵咩RIB EYE周圍d醬幾好味的, 但其實我都係唔太覺得個STEAK煮得好SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE DI SEPIA基本上就係一堆有d青口有d蝦的意粉其實, 我之後睇NETFLIX 套 STREET FOOD, 有介紹阿根廷, 就記起其實地道野最好叫 EMPANADAS試下, 同埋最好揀肉類食, 應該會係人地專長d的野海鮮就, 唔識欣賞

因為看到open rice的食評唔錯所以10月11日揀左此餐廳為大女慶祝生日!首先我要讚讚餐廳各員工都好有禮貌好nice但食物就令我大失所望4人用膳order以下:1. ) 2個 Asia Miles promotion 的set dinner HK$668/set      @@前菜燒八爪魚+煎薯仔 ! 但燒八爪魚過曬火位食落好苦,煎薯仔ok !     @@牛扒同樣燒得過曬火位食落苦及乾!     @@甜品好一般!2.) 1個牛扒各部位+腸的拼盆 HK$698     @@呢個拼盆失望到極点! 只吃了四份之一就放棄! 尤其有塊類似牛仔骨的物體好硬完全咀嚼不了    @@牛柳同樣燒得過曬火位食落苦及乾!    @@ 血腸味道嫲嫲, 其它腸好咸!3.) 2個餡餅 HK$68/個     @@當晚黎講餡餅算最ok!1支 Soda water HK$581支 Distilled water HK$58

呢度個menu我覺得平時比較貴,但今次都爸爸星期日中午黎食Brunch,飲埋白酒,都只係$600左右。Brunch嘅選擇非常有限,不過咁平都冇得挑剔太多,同埋咁嘅環境咁嘅價錢都係冇乜其他選擇。不過以食物質量黎講,暫時未會考慮黎食晚飯。
