This is the first time I visit this restaurant. I like the place upstair, which very bright and spacious. The waiter Nico is very considerate. The Steak is tasty, juicy and cooked perfectly at medium rare. The heart of palm is very tender, as well as refreshing.

和小寶仔很久沒有吃好東西了,今天難得有雅致,我們一同前往圓方吃這個扒房。首先環境當然是相當的漂亮啦,他的裝還沒有很豪華啊,反而有一種家的感覺,我們隨着樓梯上到2樓,有點上了閣樓的感覺食物方面,由於剛剛和小寶仔吃了下午茶,不太肚餓,所以便點了一個前菜,一份沙律,和一份牛扒。前菜是shrimp and scallops好吃,帶子是剛剛熟的,非常滑,蝦也是非常的新鮮,配上個忌廉汁,很creamy,整體非常開胃。不知道是否我吃得比較濃味,小寶仔覺得有點偏鹹沙律方面,我們點了一款魷魚菠菜沙律。魷魚是烤的,但沒有過熟,剛剛好,很易切開,菠菜配上車厘茄,很清新,醬汁和牛油果混在一起也是非常的配。唯一我不是太喜歡的,說他們加了很多橄欖油,我覺得有點太多油了,下次會跟經理說,讓廚師少點油終於到主角了,阿根廷牛扒! !我們叫了個ribeye, medium rare, 因為燈光問題,餐廳篇暗,沒有把牛扒拍得太清晰牛味非常濃厚,而且很易切開,他的每一碟牛扒都會配上六款唔同的醬汁,其實我在外邊吃牛肉一般很少放醬汁,因為我覺得是浪費了本身的牛味,但這裏的醬汁的確做得不錯所以我還是點了:)你看,切開是非常漂亮的粉

食物方面,由於剛剛和小寶仔吃了下午茶,不太肚餓,所以便點了一個前菜,一份沙律,和一份牛扒。

前菜是shrimp and scallops
好吃,帶子是剛剛熟的,非常滑,蝦也是非常的新鮮,配上個忌廉汁,很creamy,整體非常開胃。不知道是否我吃得比較濃味,小寶仔覺得有點偏鹹

沙律方面,我們點了一款魷魚菠菜沙律。魷魚是烤的,但沒有過熟,剛剛好,很易切開,菠菜配上車厘茄,很清新,醬汁和牛油果混在一起也是非常的配。唯一我不是太喜歡的,說他們加了很多橄欖油,我覺得有點太多油了,下次會跟經理說,讓廚師少點油

終於到主角了,阿根廷牛扒! !我們叫了個ribeye, medium rare, 因為燈光問題,餐廳篇暗,沒有把牛扒拍得太清晰

牛味非常濃厚,而且很易切開,他的每一碟牛扒都會配上六款唔同的醬汁,其實我在外邊吃牛肉一般很少放醬汁,因為我覺得是浪費了本身的牛味,但這裏的醬汁的確做得不錯所以我還是點了:)

整體來說,是一間質素非常好的餐廳,價錢合理,服務很好。我們當天去的時候是母親節,看見旁邊的一台女兒還讓侍應給她媽媽送花,很溫馨呢!

舊同事相約食晏,大家選擇算係中間點嘅圓方。餐廳門口比較窄,但係行上一層樓梯,座位闊落,非常舒適。一望餐牌,菜色都幾特別,香港的確比較少有阿根庭菜。 前菜 Shrimp ceviche --調味較濃,少少酸,胡椒味較重,應該係雪藏蝦仁,爽口而鮮味欠奉。作為前菜,算醒胃。不過,我都係鐘意秘魯嘅ceviche 多dHumita --我地唔認識咩嘢係humita, 侍應話係Cream corn 。 忌廉比較杰身,有少少胡椒味。如果食哂成碗,會飽左三份一。主菜三文魚藜麥飯 -- 三文魚算嫰滑,唔會過火,藜麥爽口 。 感覺好健康漢堡 -- 叫左medium rare ,牛扒唔會太乾身,飽夠軟熟,醬汁同芝士味道可以,未算一試難忘,不過不失吧!黑松露薯條-- 黑松露味唔算非常濃,係幼身薯條,算幾脆。不過,我比較鍾意食粗身薯條。

扒房最緊要有靚扒,份量不要大而要有品質。這間的中環店我吃過,但是沒寫過。中環店和圓方店的分別在於中環店比較好氣氛,圓方店就算較摩登而環境較大。但出品都不錯。今晚點的東西夠3,4人分享。Green salad ,dressing on side ,很新鮮,但由於冬天已到,不太想吃冷的東西,吃了一點就放下了。要了一份超瘦的牛排,Rump Steak,兩人分享,要了medium,的確很熟很有咬口,juicy的感覺一點也沒有就證明了沒什麼肥膏,如果喜歡油脂感的,這款就不合適了。但我卻很喜歡。烤雞,沒想過是一整個上,還以為是雞翼,雞不算很大一隻,但雞肉紮實,不會如專門做炸雞的那間雞肉一樣,又軟又無味。蘑菇,這道配菜好吃,只是有點油和鹹,外出吃飯就是很難避免這兩點。兩杯飲品,一杯有濃濃的藥草味,如甜味的涼茶,喝到同伴嘴都歪,另外我們還要了甜品,感覺就像Chocolate Ganache, 濃厚的感覺,也好吃,只是不能多吃而已。食物評分我給3.5粒星星,但是服務卻有待提高,當晚坐二樓,只有一,兩個主力的服務生,無論點菜,要碟,賣單等等真的有點跟不上。最後賣單八百多。

扒房最緊要有靚扒,份量不要大而要有品質。

Green salad ,dressing on side ,很新鮮,但由於冬天已到,不太想吃冷的東西,吃了一點就放下了。

要了一份超瘦的牛排,Rump Steak,兩人分享,要了medium,的確很熟很有咬口,juicy的感覺一點也沒有就證明了沒什麼肥膏,如果喜歡油脂感的,這款就不合適了。但我卻很喜歡。

烤雞,沒想過是一整個上,還以為是雞翼,雞不算很大一隻,但雞肉紮實,不會如專門做炸雞的那間雞肉一樣,又軟又無味。

蘑菇,這道配菜好吃,只是有點油和鹹,外出吃飯就是很難避免這兩點。

兩杯飲品,一杯有濃濃的藥草味,如甜味的涼茶,喝到同伴嘴都歪,另外我們還要了甜品,感覺就像Chocolate Ganache, 濃厚的感覺,也好吃,只是不能多吃而已。

食物評分我給3.5粒星星,但是服務卻有待提高,當晚坐二樓,只有一,兩個主力的服務生,無論點菜,要碟,賣單等等真的有點跟不上。

最後賣單八百多。

睇完戲九點半,兩個人餓到七彩,決定上civic square覓食。由於我係肉食動物,一眼見到steak house就行唔郁。bf識做,即刻衝過去叫帶位入座。相當抵錫。menu好有趣,本身想叫個魚,最後都係抵受不住紅肉誘惑,叫了lamb m-r。男朋友叫左個fillet m。另外叫左薯條同bell peppers做side。上菜都算快。肉超級驚喜。仲會配八種sauce可以一一試過,簡直適合我li種好奇怪物。有個好似pesto色好好味,仲有一個似茄汁顏色既辣辣sauce都好惹味。其實全部都各有特別。ranch就好奇怪。相比之下男朋友由始至終dijon mustard,完全唔明白點解可以唔好奇其他sauce係乜味道...最後叫左個frutta甜品,超級甜...因為我已經好飽所以基本上都係交俾男朋友解決。絕對會encore!(我食完high左好耐,哈哈)
