Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 見稻香茶居出左「$1羊腩煲」,過來試下先

😂不過唔好期望禁多,味道淡係偏左D,羊腩唔夠入味~但真❤️好足料(有馬蹄、枝竹、羊腩、芋絲同埋冬菇)👍🏻👍🏻同埋免費加湯變火鍋火鍋配料和酒水更有半價優惠,星期一至日都有🤣好抵食

最尾我變左打邊爐🤣湯底偏淡~{可能我平時食開濃味野}但配料半價真係好抵食~~~~

想試係晚上8點半後黎~2位或以上即可以用優惠價$1食到羊腩煲~

雖然九龍灣有兩間稻香,一間在德福廣場,一間在1號九龍,我們次次都會揀1號九龍的。德福嗰間長期排隊長期趕客長期好難泊車,相反這個1號九龍一定有位泊,泊車位又闊又好泊, P牌都覺得好容易泊位。不過我哋問過侍應,原來是晚飯先有免費泊車的,中午來飲茶是沒有免費泊車,因為這裏中午上班族很多。如果有車,強烈建議到這間食小菜。

星期日在工廠區的食肆通常都不會滿座,果然到埗就可以立即入座。一入內看到高高的酒架,大概有不同酒款供應。淘氣BB鴿必點的乳鴿啊,才廿多元,自己動手剪剪便可以吃了,皮脆肉滑,剛炸好的口感非常好,一人可以吃掉整隻鮑魚燉湯每人一盅,非常足料: 鮑魚,雞腳,花膠,瘦肉,湯水清甜不油膩,本人極為喜愛菠蘿咕嚕肉色澤不錯,味道酸甜,但咬落肥豬肉頗多,有點扣分叉燒肥美厚切叉燒,味道吸引,期望很高,但中間部份咬不開,吐了3分1出來,這有點失色蒸水蛋收費88元加一。這是菜單沒有的,特意要求廚房煮的,因同行有小朋友。味道還可,若少點豉油就更好雜菜粉絲煲材料豐富,有各樣菜類菇類及粉絲,大大一煲,湯也非常清甜還有其他菜色都沒特別拍下來可能員工有點忙吧,路過大叫也聽不到,沒反應。幾次想加單點飲品之類,都要叫幾個才有1個會回應!

做到晚了,跟一個同事去吃飯,但也想吃heavy的,於是就到這個重開的酒家,打個邊爐!除了一個沒哪麽邪惡的芫西皮蛋湯底外,我們先點了一個象拔蚌刺身,我的同事真的把它生吃,但我就比較保守,薄片的灼兩三秒,肝砌出來的,灼十秒八秒,沾點wasabi豉油,還是很鮮甜,再說,這雖只是一只中形象拔蚌,但兩個人已夠,不用兩百塊,抵食!其它普通火鍋料不用多說,沒有甚麼特別,也沒有丟臉,只是哪幾粒“四寳丸”(又忘了拍照)比較hea,又不是手打,端出來時還有說雪,是當晚唯一污點。

今天一家四人去吃了個下午茶,感覺有點遠的,對於不熟悉路的我來講還不太好找但反正早到了,也就按著地圖走過去離地鐵站不算「太遠」,但頂著太陽還是挺熱,不過總比下雨的好...到了之後,雖然訂了座,但安排入座不算快,幸好門口放了幾張沙發,時間不難過點的不算多,給大家介紹一下:素菜兩份,因為家人有吃素的,第一份是很清新的,相對性味道不大,第二份帶辣的,兩份配搭吃特別好點心都很便宜,吃著沒有驚喜沒有驚嚇,不過有個挺好的,就是腸粉是三色腸,一碟有齊蝦腸、叉燒腸、牛肉腸,是選擇困難症患者的救星。腸粉的皮有點厚,但夠滑。雞扎相對來對是沒有那麼好吃的,不知是不是開吃的時候已經冷掉了,有點硬。上素粉果、蝦餃、牛肉球還是可以的。點了兩個炸的,炸煎堆我沒有嘗,聽家人說就是沒什麼特別,但那個綠色的餅 (我現在還是搞不懂裡面的是香芋還是紫薯,反正就是外邊有點脆,裡面有點甜,吃一個的話還算可口。這茶居價錢很便宜的,坐的恰好是卡位,非常舒服,但就是地理位置不太理想天氣好的時候還好,如果下雨的話就麻煩了

星期日夜晚正當思考要去食什麼的時候, 突然想起稻香的一蚊雞, 所以決定到九龍灣壹號九龍稻香試一下,凡惠顧都會有兩小時免費泊車,壹號廣場車位充足,揸車朋友會感覺很方便。可能是星期日及食店位置比較偏僻的關係,在場食客不算多,枱與枱之間也有足夠的空間,坐得舒服。原本以為"一蚊雞" 要吃小菜才可享用,因此便跟服務員說食小菜,但是小菜餐牌的選擇不多,都是一般酒樓食物,但價錢比較貴,每款餸都差唔多一百蚊,感覺不值,費煞思量很久也想不到除了"一蚊雞" 外點什麼餸。突然看到旁邊一台打邊爐的食客他們也點了"一蚊雞",所以便向店務員詢問是否打邊爐也可享用"一蚊雞" 優惠,店務員說可以便立即轉枱打邊爐。稻香打邊爐不是放題形式,而是散叫,8點前入座,食材有七折優惠,八點後更有五折。點菜用電話掃二維碼,自行點菜,在程式有總銀碼(折扣前),可以因應預算來叫食物。先上枱的是"一蚊雞",星期六日及公眾假期的價錢是38蚊,一上枱時,"一蚊雞" 比想像中大隻很多,兩個人食真係好足夠,由於是即叫即炸的關係,"一蚊雞" 上枱時熱辣辣,店員會提供一把鉸剪及手套方便食客直接享用。雞皮很薄很脆,脂肪不算太多,雞肉也很嫩,38蚊一隻

食完"一蚊雞" 之後已經半飽,跟住到主菜打邊爐,我們點了豬骨鍋底,鍋內有四嚿大豬骨,亦有少少蘿蔔及粟米,128蚊湯底很足料,但黑胡椒味有點重,另外,火鍋附送 飲品放題,除了啤酒外,雪櫃內的汽水及韓國飲品免費享用。

稻香的火鍋配料食物質素不差,食材都比較新鮮,沒有伏味,份量很足。但可能揀錯湯底,食物煮完後都會有一股黑胡椒味,另外湯底鹹,第二朝起身比較攰,要飲番多D水。食完隻巨大"一蚊雞" 之後真係半飽,所以到最後食唔曬鍋入面的豬骨及半個烏冬。

成餐飯埋單五百幾蚊,計埋環境同食物質素算中上。不過下次再嚟會揀一個冇咁濃味嘅湯底,例如清湯,同埋八點後先入座,咁就會更加抵。
