Baby duck’s size is really small, but outer layer is crispy….meat is abit dry but acceptable….with some sweet and sour source it’s quite good…
Vegetableit’s very fresh and green….too much ginger there so that it’s quite spicy…..big portion, so it’s quite worth~

I hope they can provide some fruits or sweet soup after the dinner……..

昨晚在灣仔稻香晚鱔,點了小菜數款。天氣嚴熱,先來一個冬瓜盅降降火。只可惜師傅調味過於重手,除了鹹味外,根本吃不出其他味道。接下來的是薑葱蠔煲,香氣撲鼻,所用的蠔亦十分肥美,不俗。蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚝水準平平。清蒸多寶魚肉質還算滑溜,不過鮮(魚)味不足。最後是椒絲腐乳通菜,因通菜炒的時間不長,口感較爽口,醬汁偏向濃味,送飯吃還算可以。

脆皮吊燒雞 ($68半隻) -- 做燒雞講求肉嫩鮮味,一向不會太花巧複雜,雞做得好不好吃,在乎雞的本質。這碟吊燒雞其實即係炸子雞,以個人來說,我較愛吃南乳吊燒雞,喜其醬汁濃郁冶味,濃濃的煙燻味,香氣撲鼻;不過這吊燒雞外層燒得色澤金黃,吃來皮脆且肉汁豐富,肉身夠彈力又有雞味,雞肉雖未至於嫩滑,但油脂分佈平均,就算連雞皮同吃,入口也全無膩感,實屬不錯,難怪我未及拍照已給眾人瓜分了小半碟。

多寶魚 ($38) -- 這是酒樓特價菜式之一,每枱 2-5 位只可點一條,6 位以上才可叫兩條。「清蒸多寶魚」是我們在內地經常吃到的菜式,原產於北大西洋及其鹹淡水交界地區,是名貴的食用魚。1990 年代中期引進中國山東、福建等水溫較低的地區養殖。多寶魚一般比較厚肉,難以蒸得嫩滑。這條多寶魚也頗大條,魚肉滑溜溜,吃來啖啖肉,鮮甜無比。至於火喉也控制的恰到好處,蒸得剛剛好,一點也沒有過火,魚肉鮮嫩且碎骨少,適合家中老人食用。

豉汁黄倉 ($1) -- 這條倉魚同樣是特價菜式之一,而且價錢與 $1 雞相同,實屬抵食之選。倉魚又稱鯧魚,種類較多,常見的有銀倉、白倉、雞籠倉及黑倉等。白倉又名黃倉,其身呈一層白白的銀灰色,中間稍帶粉黃色澤,魚鱗易脫落,無腹鰭,體重多為一至二斤,肉味稍遜於銀倉。至於這條倉魚,採用了豆豉來清蒸,豉汁香味表露無遺,惜肉質未夠嫩滑,要靠豉汁來突顯魚肉的鮮味,可幸的是魚蒸到恰熟,沒有黐骨,而豉汁又辟去了魚腥及泥味,也算不錯。

窩燒老干媽豆豉雞 ($55) -- 這豆豉雞因為是用窩上的關係,擺上桌時還熱力四射,白煙直冒。老干媽是現時國內流行的醬料,是貴州的風味食品,就像我們的 XO 醬,鮮香辣濃,除了佐餐,也可以用來做菜,令菜餚味道更加香辣。至於這窩豆豉雞,雞肉僅熟,入口味道麻辣香濃,雖則雞味偏淡,但雞件肉質彈牙有嚼勁,味道調得恰到好處,不會太鹹,香味襲人,是不錯的開胃菜。

雙菇駝鳥肉 ($58) -- 駝鳥肉含有高鐵、高蛋白與高鋅等三高營養價值,並具有少脂、少熱量、少膽固醇等三低的優勢,因此在歐美國家紛傳瘋牛症之後,駝鳥肉已逐漸盛行,甚至取代部分牛肉市場。這駝鳥肉吃來比牛肉更美味,肉腍而無筋,切得厚薄適中,易於入口,口感與牛肉一樣鮮美,加上鮮甜的冬菇、秀珍菇和爽脆可口的翠玉瓜,味道清新,吃來感覺自然健康。

黑椒葱爆豬仔柳 ($68) -- 這碟豬柳用上葱,洋葱和紅燈籠椒一起爆炒,豬柳吃來帶有濃郁的鹹香,肉質雖未至於嫩滑,肉汁也未算豐盈,但由於豬柳充份吸收了黑椒和香葱的味道,吃來香氣撲鼻,惹味十足,多吃幾件也不覺飽滯,最適合一家大小一同品嘗。

雲來粗齋 ($52) -- 這個所謂粗齌其實只是把蜜糖豆、雲耳,冬菇、百合、白果等炒埋一碟,再以琥珀合桃放在米粉上做成的雀巢伴碟。粗齌勝在清新健康,味道清清淡淡,把之前幾個濃郁味道的餸菜化淡一點,清清味蕾,不過最惹我疼愛的還是那蜜糖琥珀合桃,香甜鬆脆,可口而不油膩,咬落有蜜糖甜和芝麻香,更有補腦、補氣血、強身補腎的功效。

惹味通菜煲 ($48) -- 通菜含有豐富維生素 A、B、C,尤其是 B12 和豐富胡蘿蔔素,有清熱解毒,利小便的功效。這通菜煲吃來味道偏淡,食味一般,不過通菜勝在鮮嫩翠綠,色澤搭夠,用來送飯也不錯。如果讓我選擇的話,我還是愛吃香辣惹味的馬拉盞炒通菜呢。

楊州炒飯 -- 單尾的楊州炒飯賣相不錯,可稱得上中矩中舉,炒飯用料算充足,蝦仁、翠瓜爽口彈牙,叉燒粒有咬口但又不覺韌,飯夠鑊氣兼炒得夠乾身,米飯粒粒分開飽滿,不油不膩,看來油油亮亮,唯一未知是否廚房已放了一段時間才拿出來上檯,總覺欠缺了陣陣香噴噴的炒飯味。

這晚一行二十人分兩桌而座,上述菜式全都開雙,埋單結賬連茶錢加一,合共 $1614.50,食物水準縱有不足之處,但配以街坊價錢,餸菜雖不至於大件頭,但也可謂抵食的了。

之前因為有每人半隻燒乳鴿送,所以與家人一起吃過多次,不過原來七月份開始已做完這個優惠了。唔緊要啦,小菜也相當抵食,多款小菜由$40 - $60不等,值得推介的是$28蒸魚,份量味道也一流,而且叫幾多條都可以,真的超抵食﹗外公是霸王雞的愛好者,我哋還忘記問價錢便叫了一隻,賣相、味道很不錯,憑DBS信用咭還有糖水送贈,若他們繁忙時則只得紅豆沙供應,間中仍會提供數樣選擇,所以當收碟時最好向職員查問為尚策。結帳十分便宜,不多雜費。

同屋企人飯茶!啲點心叫咗成30分鐘先嚟,等咗好耐,不過味道ok,特別係個碗仔翅,啲料好足!另外啲煎野都好好味!茶我點菊普,但個侍應同講冇菊花,好似有啲唔合理,咁大間酒樓,這種茶又普通,都會冇得叫!個開放式廚房都好有特色,少在中式酒樓見到!
