最後,頭抽蒸老虎斑也來了,看體積約有十三、四兩重,賣相不錯,廣東人請客,要有一尾蒸魚才算得體,但她們卻不大鍾情吃魚,然而,看蒸得不錯,不過熟,頭抽好味,魚刺不多,也嚐了幾口,也說喜歡,在我來說,肉質尚可,鮮味欠奉,唯不用一百元有一尾蒸石斑,不能奢望。

This time, I ordered the following dishes for 3 persons:

1. Rice roll stuffed with charsiew - 3.5 out of 5 stars
2. Rice roll stuffed with beef - 3 out of 5 stars
3. Charsiew so (BBQ meat pastry) - 4 out of 5 stars. Yummy
4. Siew mai - 4 out of 5 stars. The prawn was quite big for a siew mai.
5. Har gao - 4 out of 5 stars. Prawn was fresh.
6. Congee with preserved egg and pork - 2.5 out of 5 stars. Didn't really get much pork. Lots of preserved egg though.
7. Goose feet - 3.5 out of 5 stars. This is the variation of the classic chicken feet. The chicken feet dish, which I had tried on previous visits, was worth 4 stars.
8. Fried noodles with soy sauce - 3.5 out of 5 stars. Ok dish. Noodles wasn't too dry or oily. Not much ingredients though.

It's a place that I'll come back again, primarily due to its value for money. At this price, you don't really get much service though. Most of the time, I had to self-help to top up my own pot of tea.

已經個幾月無幫襯稻香了...(應該話係自從$1蚊雞優惠完左之後...)到近日知道有$68蚊大海斑食....就再度出動去試下.....雖然早一日打左電話去訂位....但今晚去到先知.....其實無咩人等位.....同前排$1蚊雞時期排隊排到出樓梯既盛況唔同....所以其實唔Book Walk-in應該都有位~6pm鐘去到....準時埋位....我地得兩個人....但因為客唔算多....所以可以坐一張4人枱....黎之前都特登上網搵過下其他人既"試後感"....知道條魚都幾大一條....都驚食唔晒~所以最後只係點左....蝦干粉絲節瓜煲+清蒸大海斑+兩個珍珠荷葉飯+一個白飯.....大概等左10分鐘....先上左個節瓜煲....其實上次黎果時已經食過.....但發覺今次既質素比上次好....更加足料....味道上應該有少少南乳味再過10分鐘....主角出場了....一黎到果時真係笑左下....估唔到真係咁大條....基本上同平時擺酒去飲果D一樣大條~色澤十分唔錯....待應重幫忙用刀叉切開.....將魚頭擺直~.....服務算唔錯味道幾好....魚尾好滑....只係近魚頭部份過熟左DD..

稻香集團推廣一蚊雞,以前都無來過,那就第一次來試下啦。一隻雞上來,果然沒有欺場,整隻雞齊齊整整排列在碟上,雞身有油光,賣相對辦了!肉質不太嚡,亦算滑,一蚊雞雞味算唔差。只是調味料是一碟甜豉油,如果有羗蓉就更好了。另外點了玉液浸淋大白菜,所謂玉液就是魚湯,那就是魚湯煮淋大白菜,只要把大白菜煮淋,很難不好吃吧。還有瑤柱蛋白炒飯,瑤柱很少,但飯炒得香口,乾身,味道不錯。因為推廣一蚊雞,所以真是座無虛席,要來的朋友可是要有心理準備,我們是等了40分鐘,才開始上菜呢!

自從發現時下大部份的任飲任食的火鍋也多是粗制濫造為多的,例如落單必然漏單,就算是來了又會是份量奇少甚至外表已經知道很差的火鍋料全部會呈現您的眼前。所以當慢慢當您回頭一看,還是以前那種每碟點的火鍋會比較實際點,起碼酒樓不好意思交行貨。就像稻香便是已經不再提供任飲任食的火鍋晚市,所以不會出現上述問題,而且不定時會推出新的火鍋湯料來使大家有新鮮感。我們選定了一個海鮮盛會保送一個湯底,我們要了蜆肉豆腐紫菜做湯底,海鮮盛會內有的海鮮很豐富,有蝦,魚一條(起碼不是只有數塊那種行貨),蜆肉,珊瑚肨和秀珍菇。雖然不是什麽太貴重的海鮮,但是起碼在火鍋來說算是健康的選擇,我自己最喜歡蝦和魚塊特別吸引我。在另外點的一碟肥牛肉更是美味非常,價錢也是合理,所以對喜歡吃牛的我們兩個更是喜歡。在另外一籃子的菜對我們來說是令自己對吃火鍋更加認同為增加健康的感覺。怪不得極目四望那麼多人客是吃火鍋的了,所以我們相信往後也會以此類火鍋為我們的所選。

我們選定了一個海鮮盛會保送一個湯底,我們要了蜆肉豆腐紫菜做湯底,海鮮盛會內有的海鮮很豐富,有蝦,魚一條(起碼不是只有數塊那種行貨),蜆肉,珊瑚肨和秀珍菇。雖然不是什麽太貴重的海鮮,但是起碼在火鍋來說算是健康的選擇,我自己最喜歡蝦和魚塊特別吸引我。

在另外點的一碟肥牛肉更是美味非常,價錢也是合理,所以對喜歡吃牛的我們兩個更是喜歡。

在另外一籃子的菜對我們來說是令自己對吃火鍋更加認同為增加健康的感覺。

怪不得極目四望那麼多人客是吃火鍋的了,所以我們相信往後也會以此類火鍋為我們的所選。

好耐沒去稻香了,都有些心思思,晚上6點大佬約在稻香食晚飯,兩個人叫咗:清蒸多寶魚、牛腩煲、竹笙紅燒豆腐、清炒西蘭花。多寶魚夠新鮮,牛腩煲也夠淋、只是豆腐不夠熱、西蘭花也太生,總體不算差,好在去得早不用排除,出門時見到門口好多人排隊,旺當然有原因啦。

本來想和朋友去稻香吃火鍋,由於時間關系改吃晚飯~~晚上人太多,無訂位所以去到只有廚房旁邊有位~由於位唔太好,廚房是開放式的,非常吵耳,大家想傾計都傾唔到~上菜比較慢,菜式一般,感覺去吃晚餐同去茶餐廳吃差不多..服務有待改善,舉手叫左好多次都聽唔到..但我唸吃火鍋可能比較好一點~主要是位置問題~整體來說還是可以,但以後去吃可能先訂位而且改吃火鍋。

(5)豉汁蒸排骨:排骨新鮮入味,離骨易食!醬汁嘅豆豉香味討好!

(6)蠔皇鮮竹卷:餡料及水分足夠,蝦粒同埋蔬菜新鮮!鮮竹皮幾嫩,蠔油醬汁味道鮮甜!

(7)蜆蚧鯪魚球:鯪魚球香口,魚肉攪得碎唔怕有魚骨!蜆蚧醬汁惹味!

(8)香麻叉燒酥:叉燒入味,分佈平均!酥皮淋咗少少,芝麻足夠!可惜整件叉燒酥太細,好似小童餐咁!

(9)薑汁雞包仔:餡料惹味豐富,薑味香濃!包面亦夠鬆軟!

(10)日式煎餃子:餡料入味,湯汁鮮甜充足,仲幾香口!

(11)潮州蒸粉果:餡料普通,味道適中!粉果皮厚咗少少!

(12)竹笙碗仔翅:味道討好,仲有好多肉絲同埋粉絲等材料!

(13)家鄉釀茄子:茄子及魚餅都香口,不過油分多咗少少!

環境方面,稻香北海中心店裝修咗幾年,地方都唔算殘舊,佢嘅裝修設計同稻香皇室堡店及稻香信和廣場店一樣較為富時代感同新潮!佢都幾先進架,有引入電腦座位分配系統(電腦票、電視屏幕顯示叫號及電腦聲音叫號)、自動感應水龍頭、自動感應梘液機等先進設備,至於電視機比較少囉!呢個舖都幾大,又夠通透,又唔係身處於比較舊嘅樓宇中,冇柱多、橫樑多及樓底矮等等嘅問題,整體都坐得舒適!

服務方面,中規中矩啦,大部分服務員做野都有效率,算幾有禮貌!如果各個服務員有多D適當嘅笑容就好啦!

衛生方面,碗碟尚算乾淨,地方企理,洗手間尚算乾爽!

抵食方面,星期二下午茶時段茶位$6,各款點心嘅價錢都大眾化,算幾抵食!


整體來講,各款點心價錢化算又多選擇!至於食物、環境、服務、衛生各方面質素都唔錯,值得嚟幫襯呀!
