我真系好想叫個廚師出來試下咁多一粒一粒既鹽向個三文魚上面你自己試下鹹到流眼淚既感覺。

而家仲考慮緊去既食家們請三思!

We ordered some Tapaz and they were great. The ham wrapped sausage was presented as fire balls (literally) and despite that, they did not get burnt and was just the right tenderness and saltiness. The ham was a dream to go with some wine. We thought the Tapaz was a superb start to our dinner.

After completing the starters and waited for about 20 minutes, our main courses arrive and to our dismay, they were no different from the Tapaz we had earlier! The paella and seafood in saffron sauce were the same sizes as the Tapaz and we didn't think that it was well worth the time and price. It was each a portion for 1 person, except the seafood in saffron sauce which was basically 5 clams, 5 squid pieces, 1 scallop and 1 prawn.

Bottom line is, if you want good Tapaz, drinks and the view, Tapagria is a great place. But the dinner didn't work for us and we will not come back again for dinner.

我想先喝一杯水,但没想到連Tape Water 也不包,所以先喝了一口凍檸茶 !  外面starter and salad, 完全没欺場,當然有白汁煑青口,有四種不同的西班牙ham,我選了最愛的是巴拿馬火煺和色澤漂亮的煙三文魚,煙三文魚在碟子上放得像一朵盛開艷麗的玫瑰花! 還有新鮮的沙律菜和薯仔火煺沙律也很有口感!

Friendly service made us feel warm and happy.The staff attitude and the new food items, all great and good.Both quantity and quality are good enough in comparable with its price. Both quantity and quality are good enough in comparable with its price. I really like the (Paella del dia al estilo )Delicious ! I can't find in other place. Dessert is also very nice.

I will try next time ... good comments from my colleague.                                                    Overall, no complaint, as usual, perfect! during our dinner, the manager walked pass and had a little chat with us, we talked about Spain ,it was all nice and cosy.

主菜是三選一,但近期吃得太多肉了,因此刻意繞過燒澳洲牛柳。

第一款主菜是香煎吞拿魚柳配西班牙色彩的蕃茄洋蔥雜椒醬汁。吞拿魚切成五六小件,中心只是半熟,令口感不至太乾太嚡。

可惜的是吞拿魚完全沒有鮮味,相反有太重的雪藏味,失望。

接着是西班牙海鮮飯,看見廚師在開放式廚房內用心炮製,單憑香味已經足夠令我們熱切期待。

但是這道菜又再次叫我們失望。先說份量,請不要被 zoom in 了的照片所蒙騙,其實餐廳用的只是一隻小碟,海鮮飯亦真正只有五至六匙左右。

除了份量較少之外,一向濃味的西班牙海鮮飯也忽然變得清淡。雖然菜式有大蝦、青口等等配料撐場,但相信已是返魂乏術。

餐廳在The one的18樓,露台可以盡覽整個尖沙咀和維港的景色! 半自助餐可自取的包括青口、大蝦、沙律、煙三文魚、特別推薦無限量的西班牙火腿、水果等等...飲品可自選奶茶咖啡或檸茶,但係冇得添飲,主菜係雞胸肉/吞拿魚肉/西班牙海鮮炒飯,吞拿魚半生熟配番茄汁感覺一般,反而西班牙海鮮炒飯幾好味,飯唔會太乾或太濕,應該用左墨魚汁炒所以黑黑地~~餐廳環境太好了!服務都好好,值得推薦!

Tapagria 西班牙大平鑊燴飯,這個就比較普通了。首先那賣相完全和這店的精繳不同,上菜的賣相和碟子,有那種像吃中式宴會,把差不多吃完的菜換上較小的白色碟子後的感覺。飯堆成一個山,有點凌亂,山頂堆放了一隻大蝦。飯的顏色帶啡比較奇怪,質感不夠黏,味道不特別。

因為這店子是tapas專門店,其實比較適合飽餐後才來,坐在籐制的酒吧椅,面對著沒玻璃遮擋的維港景色,看著微黃的月色,吹著清新的海風,再摸摸酒杯底,偶而叫tapas配酒才會盡興。
