另外係我個"main course",佢menu上係寫明鯛魚 (snapper) ,點知送到嚟竟然變佐係果種平價嘅茶餐廳鯰魚柳。我好明白浪費食物係唔啱,之但係我好抗拒食呢種好腍同冇魚味嘅鯰魚柳,所以我冇食到。跟住,一位比較專業講英語嘅 waitress埋嚟問我點解唔食,我同佢講呢種魚唔係menu上所寫嘅鯛魚,如果menu上寫明係鯰魚柳的話,我一定唔會order。點知佢話俾我知 "sorry didn't the waiter tell you we changed the fish today cos snapper is not available..."。
OMG... (當然之前那個落單的隻字也沒有提)。最後,呢位waitress好好人地俾返隻蝦同一點veggie我作為補償,多謝佢所以我唔洗餓住走,但係sorry真係再冇下次鳥...

老朋友要嫁去美國,起碼有一兩年見不到面,決定㨂一間開心氣氛的餐廳farewell吧!今天天氣很熱,還是坐室內吧!朋友負責點菜,我負責選酒。慢煮乳豬,皮很脆口,豬肉很嫩滑,跟我以前吃的佷不同。一般中式乳豬都附著很多脂肪,但這個菜一點也不油,不知是不是慢煮的關係,所以油被煮走了。這裏的上菜速度比較快,轉眼間已是整枱食物,下次我會分段叫,慢慢食。薯仔奄列用一個細細的煎pan盛著,好像薯仔蛋糕,味道幾搭。銀魚柳薄餅咸咸地脆卜卜,有口感!其實這裏的食物和氣氛也不錯,只是燈光有點暗,看menu要用iPhone電筒照住。

眼睛吃飽了, 輪到口舌了。 午市每個套餐可以配兩個前菜, 一個主菜, 再加茶或咖啡。 還可以加錢, 叫甜品。 

四個前菜都非常令人滿意, bb魷魚不但外表很漂亮, 炸得酥香鮮嫩,而且不會很油, 很不錯的一道開胃菜。

三文魚牛角包的牛角包頗鬆的,牛油味香而不會油膩。雖是下午茶,但亦包括了西班牙蛋餅,很驚喜吧;蛋餅的做法亦算正宗,蛋味香濃,薯仔亦幼滑,鹹度適中。白毛豬很軟,與蕃茄多士相配,不就是很西班牙嗎? 令我又很想念西班牙了......最後還有蟹肉蝦蛋黃三文治,特別喜歡當中的紫椰菜,配合主題之餘亦令三文治更美。

4款當中,最喜歡的便是藍莓馬卡龍,正當人人以為會很甜時,小妹毫不客氣地吃了,想不到味道竟然不會太甜膩,而馬卡龍的質感亦是煙韌中帶脆,當中的custard清而帶甜香,還有新鮮的莓相配,一口氣吃了兩件;另外藍莓慕絲小杯亦是不錯的,十分幼滑,我也不客氣地吃了兩杯呢。

二百多元的下午茶餐也算不錯吧,而且味道亦比想像中好吃,所以大家不妨帶母親來吃。餐廳位於Isquare的18樓,可以望盡維港的美景,一邊吃美點,一邊欣賞美景,媽媽應該很開心吧? 當然美景和美食重要,更重要的是有她最愛的兒女陪她吃吧。都市人很忙,未必有太多時間配母親,趁這個機會,即使多忙,也應該抽點時間出來吧。

After we have been seated, we order a jar of singria "Lover", what a romantic name. We ordered the cod fish and paella as our main courses. The chef selection of appetizer were displayed on the bar table. There was a variety of choice and looked yummy. I picked my favorite smoked salmon, grilled veggie, cheese, cold cut...The soup is creamy with a strong tomato flavor. The paella was magnificent, the rice was just cooked perfectly and the iberico pork was chewy. My recommendation was the cod fish. The skin was crispy while the meat was still tender. Yum yum! I picked the cheese cake as my dessert, there was a small macaroon on the top which make the cake looked so cute! A perfect ending for my brunch!

Spend a lot of time away from home and eating in many restaurants that I choose from this site, and I decided to start giving my opinion too, since some of the reviews I've read have been somehow contradictory at the reality, it is that not all the people have the same tastes.
Today I was in Tapagría a Spanish restaurant, and as usual, I had lunch alone, I like to breathe a bit of peace after a busy morning.
It is located in the One, on the 18th floor. I've been in the building many times but I've never noticed the three restaurants on this floor,
I had to book in advance because the times I've tried to eat without reservation, was always full.
The receptionist has attended me instantly and led me to the table very nicely.
I have been informed from the manager that there was no set lunch today because we are still at Easter, and he presented me the brunch menu for the occasion and showed me the semi buffet exposed along the bar.
The buffet consisted of a variety of salads with their respective sauces, smoked salmon, grilled vegetables, Iberian ham, tomato soup, cheese, breads and assorted Iberian.
I opted for vegetables, smoked salmon, Iberian ham and cheese.
Leaving aside the sausages, I am Spanish and I can vouch that are delicious, the vegetables were quite pleased, it is not easy to find a place in Asia where serve well-cooked vegetables, usually tend to be rather raw.
The tomato soup was very tasty, and I repeated twice.
A very friendly waitress helped me with the second bowl and confessed to me that she also really liked this soup.
For main course I've ordered lamb chops with port sauce and mashed potatoes. I have served with mustard and mint jelly.
The chops were on point, and the mashed potatoes very creamy, mixed with mint jelly and port sauce gave an exquisite flavour.
For dessert I've gone to the buffet bar and I have serve my self a little of everything. As a good European I love the sweet and the mini cheese cake was delicious.
Finally, one coffee with a mini Easter egg to sweeten the farewell.
The cost was around 400 HKD , The truth is that I've enjoyed lunch, the atmosphere was very friendly and I have seen several small children, so I can bring my friends with their children too.
I have yet to meet the other two restaurants on the same floor, but I will be back to Tapagría.

今日是復活節假的第一天,約了朋友又早到了1小時,百無聊賴就上去The One飲杯野。選了劉嘉玲開的tapa餐廳,環境100分,全維港海景view。有很多人坐在露台享受陽光,不過我怕熱,選了室內坐,但都是望住維港靚景。黎到依到,梗係叫杯sangria飲下。經理見我一個人驚我飲唔哂half jar,特別幫我較1杯份量,比個贊佢。坐坐下又餓餓地,叫左1個黑毛豬同雞的忌廉球。很快就到了,外皮好脆,一咬下去就流出了很香的忌廉,名符其實外脆內軟。個人較喜歡黑毛豬忌廉球,忌廉內混了iberico黑毛豬碎,很有咬口!試埋杯Classic Cava Sangria,有gin, brandy, cointreau, peach等等...甜甜地,好適合女仔飲!依到價錢合理,環境優美,下次約埋班friend再食過!

嘩, 每粒米都吸收了海鮮湯的精華. 一放進口裡, 每粒米都彷似代表著一隻海鮮. 味道和口感都太豐富. 而且米的軟硬度剛好, 吃得人太感動了! 特別是肚餓的時候, 哈哈!!
Other Info. : 這裡的食物非常不錯! 環境更是無得輸, 下次夜晚上黎睇埋夜境~~ 相信在這裡搞party, 應該會很有氣氛!!

"VIC" Large Iberico Ham Croquette topped with Iberico Ham 
The presentation was okay, they used two pieces of "VIC" Iberico Ham topped with each Iberico Ham Croquette. Iberico Ham Croquette was a mixture of fresh cream and little Iberico Ham, the texture was crispy from the outside but the temperature of the Croquette was served mildly warm when it came, therefore, it spoilt the original taste of the Croquette.

Galician style Octopus & Mashed potato 
The Octopus cooked in Galician style which meant Spanish but lacked of chewiness and al dente. It was pity that wasn't cooked very well, othewise it would be a perfect match with mashed potato.

Sauteed Iberico Chorizo with white wine
Iberico Chorizo was a spicy spanish sausage that commonly found in spanish cooking. It would be a good contrast with white wine due to its own flavour of spicy and salty, but it was way too salty and spicy that my friend and I gave me finishing it.

Slow Cooked Crispy Suckling pig with Caramelized Apple & Honey
Firstly, the suckling pig wasn't moist or tender either via slow cooked method, but was rather salty and dry instead. Secondly, the caramelized apple & Honey sauce which came with the suckling pig was absolutely tasteless. Overall. it was one of worst dishes that I have ever had.

The paella was not al dente and overcooked, the choice of seafood was too limited (only one piece of prawn was given), it wasn't very fresh and lack of seasioning.

Catalan Cream 
Finally, to finish off the meal with the dessert named Catalan Cream. It was a spanish dessert which is also name as creme brulee in french. It was not rich or creamy at all and lack of egg flavour. One of the worst dessert that I have ever had .

Conclusion, in regards to food quality, none of the six courses have reached to my satisfactory level and it was the worst dining experience that I had so far. However, if you are just looking a place for a drink with a view, I guess this can be the place.

不久侍應送上Cava Rose Sangrias – Lavanda, 入口淡淡的, 亦帶點甜味, 加上一些青檸, 很易入口. 可是分量不多, half jar可分到三小杯, 不算便宜. 而且jar內放入大量冰粒, 令Sangrias的味道更為淡口.

小吃是Gratinated potatoes with black pudding and cheese (HK$48). 則好像是steamed potatoes另加一點cheese and black pudding sauce, 感覺是甜得來又帶丁點的腥, 絕對稱不上是好吃.

侍應好像有點訓練不足, 態度不夠認真之餘, 倒酒的技巧也有待改進 , 筆者還是喜愛harlan的團隊.

又係勁"精緻", 係就係好味嘅. 但真係太細. 好似平時响中環食LUNCH 免費赠送果D甜品咁. 唉. 間野真係無呃你. MENU寫咩就係咩. 唔會俾多你. 咖啡茶同 麵包都欠奉. 食完好想即刻去街邊篤魚旦.... 

個餐加野飲(兩支水and 兩Jar Sangria)加一單點MAIN COURSE, 埋單一共HKD6,051. 有95%去左個境度. 食物每人最多只值一百蚊. 食唔飽. 個境幾靚都無用. 請人食飯, 但感覺超寒暄. 亦極搵笨. 唉. TAPAGRIA 我們不會再見了.

遲來的食評。。。早前見到雜誌介紹聖誕自助Brunch, 而Tapagria 就做白毛豬自助brunch, 諗都唔諗就即刻打電話book了。一來愛西班牙菜,又愛白毛豬, 地點又正。到了當天,因食second round,等左一陣先有得入座。整間餐廳環境一流,更因是聖誕節,每位客人的桌上均放了聖誕帽,花環,bb 等。可惜場內沒太多人有用,或許香港人較含蓄吧。至於食物,因是自助型式,場中放滿美味的食物。我們坐底後,先來香檳,香檳汽泡較大,略嫌酒精重,不過都ok . 可能大家也餓了,坐底不久便起身拿美食。整體食物精緻,主要以小食為主,我吃了很多parma ham 及 salami , 其他小食也吃了很多,但串燒不大啱我口味,太乾。之後到 seafood paella 出場。一見到鍋勁野即刻飛第排隊,最重要係真係好好食,飯身硬味道一流,隻蝦都勁入味,不過好快就冇晒,要等第二round先食到。到了重點白毛豬,雖然我少食,不過覺得肉身彈牙, 脂肪適中及油面,非常好食。食到差唔多飽先知每桌都有一碟意粉,可能太飽了,覺得一般。最後再來雪糕甜品,很可愛呀。Brunch的食物很好吃,只是選擇有點少,不過環境

Brunch的食物很好吃,只是選擇有點少,不過環境好,加上有飲酒,很快便飽了。如有,下次都想再來食brunch。
