同朋友撞左入去試,廚師同啲同事都超級好人,我地叫左個刺身拼盤同招牌照燒牛肉 本身想試天婦羅 但因為同行有朋友唔鐘食炸野 所以無叫度天婦羅,但下次黎一定會試下照燒牛肉 好有肉味之餘又惹味 餐廳比較專主打食日本野嘅日本餐廳,餐廳嘅照燒牛肉都真係無得輸 肉味夠濃真係要一讚,刺身拼盤夠多又夠新鮮 另外廚師話佢係日本菜呢邊已經做左好多年,餐廳嘅好多菜式都係佢嘅心血 餐飯我覺得都幾抵 有份量同野食好新鮮另外刺身都要再讚讚 廚師話刺身都係親自揀供應商的,真係好細心

 最近灣仔開飯開到厭,於是決定同事去銅鑼灣搵下野食,跟住見到呢間日本野好似幾多野食,於是就決定抱住試下嘅心態入去食下。一入去見到地方都算大,店員仲熱心咁為我地送上menu,仲同我地介紹左好多好食嘅野即製壽司‌呢個即製壽司絕對值得一讚架,呢度嘅即製壽司份量唔少,仲要非常咁貼心即叫即整。成個即製壽司未食之前仲睇得出刺身好新鮮同暖架,真心夠晒鮮味,入口感覺超正,包唔會有一夾就散嘅感覺。除左野食,餐廳嘅環境都唔錯架,二個人靜靜地坐低食下野,都真係幾寫意架,因為格局或氣氛都比同類型餐好,下次都要同屋企人黎先得。

銅鑼灣嘅樓上日本餐廳,又幾有日式居酒屋感覺。首先,當然要叫啲酒飲下啦。一杯係巨峰乳酸,味道都幾濃又唔算好甜。另一杯係桃味梅酒,味道梅酒味較重,飲落細味又飲到桃味。日式雜菜沙律,好新鮮嘅菜,有清新感覺又好甜。睇見呢隻日本蠔就好想食,長身又好光亮,又清洗得好乾淨,食落仲好凍,好鮮甜/清新感覺。燒河豚乾,唔會燒到太乾身,熱熱地又軟軟地,唔駛點沙律醬味道都夠。深海池魚薄切,呢次食覺得魚質比較有咬口,好有魚香味。燒油金魚鮫,燒得好乾身,啱啱好,唔怕油,但魚質仲保到啲水份,唔好睇少都幾多肉食。壽司盛合(六貫),分別有大拖羅、 立阱魚、深海池魚、蟹棒、帆立貝、海膽卷。壽司新鮮可口。炒銀芽韭菜豚肉,呢個清清地炒,又幾好。上面又加啲黑胡椒,清得黎又野味。

今次已經係第二次你食天勝啊! 上次食咗雜錦海鮮飯一試回味,今次一定要試吓上次看到隔離枱食到津津有味嘅吞拿魚飯。第一時間一定要叫個蔥花吞拿魚飯,先試少少吞拿魚茸,簡直係入口即溶,吞拿魚腩嘅油脂分布均勻,魚油香佈滿口,一食難忘!再加埋紫菜壽司飯同埋吞拿魚腩用,真是不得了!上次見好多人嘅呢個炒羊肉,今次我一定要試返一次。終於明白點解咁多人叫啦,羊肉香嫩而不羶! 味道適中,而且不油膩。連配菜都好好食,鐵板洋蔥10分出色!芝士雞肉春卷都做得好出色,雞肉包住芝士,外層有紫蘇葉同埋春卷皮包住,炸得非常鬆脆,濃郁的芝士溶在雞肉中,係味覺同口感嘅享受!呢條銀鱈魚真係算好抵呀,因為好大塊!銀雪魚魚肉好香嫩,甜中帶點兒油脂,入口香濃!

「天勝」開業於食肆臨立的亨利中心,由日本廚師主理,吸引不少日籍食客光顧。是晚二人同行享用晚膳,食客不算多,可安坐壽司吧枱位置。首先送上的是一客「六貫握壽司」,由左至右款式分別是大拖羅、鯛魚、北寄貝、蟹柳、深海池魚及海膽壽司。 「大拖羅壽司」選用偏向肥美的品位,入口融化,味道甘香,沒有帶筋,水準不俗。「鯛魚壽司」魚肉鮮味。「北寄貝壽司」口感彈爽又清甜,擁有貝類海產應有的優點。 「蟹柳壽司」比較少出現於中高級的鮨店,出品未能帶來驚喜。「深海池魚壽司」擁有銀光閃閃的外觀,口感先滑而後爽實,魚味亦足。 「海膽壽司」用上日本馬糞海膽,味道甜濃,沒有任何令人不悦的添加味道。唯相機先食以致紫菜失脆,自食惡果,哈哈! 參考「推薦板」上的推介,本想品評大蜆,只可惜餐廳缺貨,唯有退而求其次享用「清酒煮蜆」。除了個別一兩隻蜆肉內含微量沙粒外,煮蜆普遍鮮甜細嫩。清酒湯輕泛著淡淡的酒香,味道不霸道,能做好綠葉的角色為蜆肉增分。「唐揚雞」雖屬炸品,但一點也不油膩,肉質仍保一定嫩感。就個人口味而言,小編較喜歡炸得較脆的外層,這份炸雞的外皮則偏向酥化微脆。 另一炸品「海老天婦羅」,一客四只海老以一條翠綠青椒天婦羅作襯

是晚在「天勝」試了不同的和式料理,由壽司、揚物、煮物,以至烏冬麵食也淺嚐一二,普遍有不俗的水準。加上有日本師傅座鎭,難怪能吸引到不少日籍食客。
