I chose a new Japanese restaurant in Tin Shui Wai as my fd and I wanna try it.My environment is good and comfortable. Seems like I am dining in Japan. The waitress is nice and polite, helping customers take the temperature before going in. We ordered this fried pork WuDong. The pork is crispy, yummy 😋 This baked octopus 🐙 is very delicious. 今次就試咗幾款火炙壽司, 令我印象最深刻嘅, 就一定係呢款 火炙黑松露油甘魚壽司(燒汁) , 以及火炙三文魚醬油漬壽司

壽司一傳來就已經問到黑松露的陣陣香氣, 經過火炙的油甘魚味道更突出, 魚油溶化後,喺口腔裏面徘徊, 加上黑松露的獨特香氣, 令人更加回味。

今日朋友遠道而來,所以就帶左佢去附近食岩岩開左一排既日本野。雖然呢間鋪開左一段日子,但我都係第一次去食。鋪頭既坐位寬敞,枱都夠大,一啲都唔會有擠迫既感覺。食物種類選擇繁多,由鍋物,串燒,到壽司,魚生,都應有盡有。我本來身想食牛肉鍋,但朋友麻麻地,所以最後叫左啲壽司同刺身share。串燒方面,燒秋葵幾出色,燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾,入面仲有水份,木魚絲加落去幾好食。串燒牛心未食過,所以就叫左黎試。口感都唔錯,唔太似食緊內臟,幾彈牙。鹽燒厚切牛脷心正!厚切既牛脷好有咬口,而且佢係用最好食既舌心部份,雖然調味稍為咸左少少,但係都好好食。串燒雞軟骨正常發揮,咸咸地,脆脆地,都幾好食。壽司方面,用料都尚算新鮮,唔會食到任何一款有腥味,不過我地都覺得當日既壽司飯濕左少少。另外我地叫左一個店員推薦既池魚拼盤,包括左5件刺身,4件手握壽司同兩件反卷。深海池魚刺身幾滑身,肉質都算彈牙,點一點醬汁食都幾開胃,不過壽司同刺身既魚肉都唔算好濃味。另外既反卷幾得意,外面有啲脆脆既蕎麥粒。

o黎到居酒屋又點可以唔dep 番杯sake 呢﹖點o左一杯名堂為櫻花星空o既燒酎($38/杯),侍應姐姐放低時我見佢好似就o黎倒瀉咁有少少嚇親……!原來虛驚一場,佢係一隻不倒翁杯,甚有特色。粉紅色o既外貌,由酒、白桃汁同青檸汁製成,再加入櫻花花球,浮沉於混沌之間,酒未醉人人自醉……

呢間天鳥居酒屋係新開嘅,街坊餐廳來講,價錢係中中等等啦,大概$60-70就可以搞掂一個lunch。而最值得令人讚嘅地方,就係佢每一個lunch set,都有沙律、茶碗蒸、甜品,食定食的話仲有麵豉湯,非常豐富。我今次食咗咖喱掛烏冬配炸雞腿肉,炸雞腿肉都幾好食,外脆內嫩,肉汁飽滿。咖喱汁都俾咗好多足夠你撈晒成碗烏冬啊!但係我就唔覺得個烏冬有幾特別,令到要加成十幾蚊由飯轉鳥冬。我本身以為係變咗咖喱湯烏冬,咁就夠抵食。另外仲要講下佢個茶碗蒸,拎上手係超級熱,但係個蛋一啲都唔老,每一啖都係超級滑!不過服務就麻麻哋,明知而家肺炎,完全冇將啲客人分隔開,亦都唔見佢有用消毒野去清理枱面,而且侍應放低嘢食,我連個侍應樣都未見到佢就走左,真係冇服務可言。仲有佢呢度淨係可以比現金,要夠$100先可以用Visa Master,其他電子支付方法係咩都冇,連payme Alipay 都冇,真失望。
