話說小編放工約左朋友係沙田食飯🍚🥢,發現左原來新城市廣場新開左間潮汕菜館,所以決定去試下😌。


呢間潮汕菜館既裝修都唔錯👍🏻,亦都見有人排隊既。而菜式方面,味道都幾好👅。

拼盤有鵝片、蛋同埋鴨血。個鵝片超好味🤤,同平時食開既唔同。

E….個紫菜湯竟然有隻蝦😂,而魚丸係手打既,好味😋。

條魚都唔錯既,配埋個蠔仔粥🦪去食,簡直一流。

估唔到!估唔到!內地出名嘅陳鵬鵬終於喺沙田開咗喇,就在新城市7樓,超方便,想食嘅時候就唔需要趕返去喇。去沙田就得啦!今日同朋友過去,環境舒服,座位都闊落,唔會擠迫。一落座,服務員就上咗餐前小食同4杯功夫茶過嚟,杯茶飲落去清香。睇咗菜單,然之後就用QR code落單,一定要食佢嗰個金獎鵝肝,兩種嘅食法一種係鹵水,另一種就係用糯米紙包鵝肝最嫩噶部分,食落去好creamy,入口即溶鵝肝嘅香味喺口腔中飄蕩,鹵水嘢做法就將鵝肝嘅騷味覆蓋咗,入口會多咗鹵水嘅香味,七秒鵝腸,鵝腸大塊還有少少脂肪,食落去爽口彈牙冇騷味,呢個真係要食,份量唔少,性價比高,還有鵝紅鋪底,鵝掌滷得入味,但係又唔係軟爛嗰種,食落去似爽脆嘅膠原,南澳蠔仔餅,用新鮮嘅蠔仔配上雞蛋加薯粉做嘅餅底,煎出嚟香脆中帶有煙韌,又食到蠔仔嘅新鮮重點就係唔會食到蠔殼碎,蠔仔都唔係細粒,家鄉炒果條,都頗有鑊氣,配上菜脯青菜魚餅條,口感豐富。呢間下次可以同朋友再嚟,一定要食埋佢其他嘅出品。

滿心期待過江龍陳鵬鵬滷水鵝店, 終於係香港開分店,上星期三沖住去買個下裝滷水鵝一份$128-回家品嘗😋,打開看見份量真係😞少, 味道不能比美深圳店, 心有不甘星期五再去外賣多一次,問店員有否大些份量滷水鵝,她說要$188- 沒問題就買下,回家打開後跟我前天份量都是差不多,明白香港同深圳價錢有別,但真是好可怕。天呀😱價錢份量都不合理😤, 香港站分店我不會再次光顧, 為何還要我評分, 1分都不值,最無奈不能取消星星😡
