大大隻嘅南非鮑魚,配搭鮑魚肝醬,濃郁中又帶鮮味。

鵝肝
香煎到充滿光澤嘅鵝肝,入口即溶。配搭黑蒜汁、鮮果和多士,可以減輕油膩感。

鐵板大蝦
擺盤已經好有心思,用蝦各個部位造成生猛嘅海蝦造型。蝦身大隻又彈牙,配搭蟹膏醬令到味道更加濃厚。

炒飯是我們的主食,我們選擇了黑松露和牛炒飯,這是餐廳的招牌菜之一。炒飯的香氣撲鼻,每一粒飯都飽滿有嚼勁,黑松露的香氣和和牛的肉汁滲透了飯粒,讓人一口接一口,停不了口。還有甜品及餐飲,非常滿足。另外我們還點了兩杯精緻飲品,吃完飯之後,可以一邊欣賞海景,一邊聊天,特別一提,由於海賀跟旁邊的西餐廳 Halan 是同一個集團,吃完飯之後的美酒時段,可以到 Halan 的空中戶外大平台,海景更美!

喺日本返嚟之後,一直都好掛住喺日本嘅鐵板燒,朋友介紹我喺尖沙咀The One 19樓,有一間叫做海賀嘅鐵板燒好出色,一於就去試吓,入到去嘅環境,簡直係一流,除咗可以坐喺廚師面前之外,仲可以坐窗邊位,飽覽維港嘅景色,未食都已經大飽眼福,食物方面,叫咗個二人套餐,食物水準非常高,猶如置身喺日本一樣😋

我哋叫咗個海賀二人餐,無花果蟹肉沙律,三文魚籽伴海雲醋,磯煮鮑魚,鵝肝,大蝦,A4宮崎牛,(黑松露和牛/樱花蝦)炒飯,湯同甜品

佢每一度菜都令人充滿咗驚喜,包括佢嘅磯煮鮑魚佢嘅鮑魚煮得唔錯而且底下仲用蘿蔔白蘿蔔煎住佢嘅白蘿蔔非常之入味,甚至蘿蔔好食過鮑魚。

然後另一樣要提嘅係,佢嘅宮崎牛肉非常之嫩滑可口,一啖咬落去係非常之多汁,而且隔離仲去住對應嘅醬汁非常之夾。

而且佢嘅鵝肝都唔錯,通常鵝肝俾人一種比較油膩嘅感覺,但係佢哋嘅鵝肝唔會太膩,都幾舒服。
