The deep fried honeycomb tripe was crispy on the outside yet remained soft and chewy within. Breading was light and seasoned with salt, black pepper and rosemary. The rustic simplicity of honeycomb tripe transformed into an indulgent bowl of fried goodness is well worth a visit.

The octopus was tender yet still retained its shape and subtle briny flavor.

The Homemade Tagliatelle with Duck Ragu was a beautiful pasta dish.  The sauce has such balanced yet intense duck flavour. The pasta has such perfectly al-dente texture and it coats the rich sauce perfectly, such a delightful dish to enjoy.


The Charcoal Grilled Bone Marrow was an absolute delight. The bone marrow had been expertly grilled over charcoal, imbuing it with a smoky, charred character that elevated the dish to new heights. Each bite was a symphony of umami flavors, with a luscious, velvety texture that melted in the mouth. Loved it!

Frankly, I’m not an adventurous eater at all 😅 so all the dishes I ordered are pretty “basic”.

Here’s what we got for 2 girls:
1️⃣ Hanger steak

2️⃣ Pig's Ear, Crunchy Vegetables (we ordered ham, but I feel like it’s this dish? Pls correct me if I’m wrong. This is probably my favorite dish! They are basically thinly sliced spam 🤤 very tasty! )

3️⃣ Homemade Tagliatelle with Duck Ragu (we shared one pasta among 2 people so portion is not that big as seen from the photo🍝 this is one of their signatures and I would recommend trying as well!)

4️⃣ Sea snails with celeriac purée (it’s okay? Not that memorable)

5️⃣ Hazelnut Cake & Piedmont Hazelnut Zabaione (Yummy! Would order again ~)

6️⃣ mocktail (this is a big surprise. Their drinks are so good!!😋 can’t remember the names but both drinks we ordered were 🔥 I really wish the glass could be bigger though… )

Have been here several times already so I always order my favourites like the lingua tonnata and hanger steak. The fried honeycomb tripe, smoked sardines with stracciatella and artichokes, sea snails and mulberry tart were also very appetizing. I have never been disappointed at Chef Marco Xodo’s restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly as usual. Looking forward to my next visit!

這款是我的最愛了,口感超級彈牙

主菜:
❤️烤牛骨髓配蒜蓉包及香葉沙律
炭烤香牛骨膸,加鹽、胡椒和迷迭香調味。配蒜蓉包外,還有用茴香、薄荷葉等製作的香葉沙律,搭配吃可以中和牛骨髓厚重的油脂味
❤️炭烤牛心配燈籠椒
這道菜是當天的特色菜,牛心為了保留口感,烤了三分熟,配紅酒吃還好,單吃有點膩

整體來說Testina的味道和性價比都不錯,值得再來。

一走進餐廳就感覺像是到了意大利的小餐廳一樣。裝修親民,侍應有禮,半開放式的廚房可以看到廚師們的功架。餐牌上有不少特別的菜式,牛心,牛肚,牛筋,豬頭都有。a la carte 提供的菜式不多,但大部份在其他餐廳不易找到。餐酒有2款套餐,每款都有白酒,紅酒,甜酒或liquor 各一,想試多幾種酒的朋友不防試試。最欣賞是侍應們會很親切的介紹他們的菜式和推介,也會跟進詢問食物是否合口味,去洗手間有人帶路,走的時候也有人準備電梯和你道別。

💭Another beautiful pasta dish, they really took the duck flavour to the next level, intense yet well-balanced. I also loved the texture of the sauce, it just held on to the pasta so well and made for the best eating experience! Another 10/10! Do be mindful though if you aren’t a fan of flavour of duck in general, this might not be your cup of tea~

💭 This was out of this world! The sauce was brimming with sweetness of fresh seafood and the octopus pieces were super tender! Pasta was al dente and paired beautifully with the sauce. Definitely a 10/10!

💭I am not typically a fan of beef tartare but this was exceptional! It had a fresh chewy texture, which was starkly different from the soft mushy texture of typical beef tartare. Love the gentle mustard seasoning and the adorably shaped egg yolk cubes. Also really appreciated the way their decorated the beef tartare to make it look like a stunning spring garden with a pink meadow!

💭I really took a risk with this one as I don’t typically like the way candied cherries in dessert taste, but this had none of that butter artificial taste, but a delicious scent of cinnamon paired with an incredibly smooth pastry cream that was for sure made with real vanilla beans!

Their price point was definitely on the higher side but I must say their food really delivered and was beyond perfection. I would honestly give them a 10/10 🎉 in terms of both food and service! Worth visiting for celebratory occasions! And I would love to revisit once beef heart is back on their menu!
