曾經牧羊係我最鍾意嘅餐廳之一環境舒服食物質素高下午茶抵食平時約朋友食下午茶都會去連我今年生日都係約咗朋友去牧羊食飯但我而家已經決定唔會再去事緣幾個月前我需要搵地方坐得耐做嘢差唔多每星期都會去一兩次葵芳牧羊tea連續兩三個月食到部分員工都認得我但最後食嗰次我食完嘢之後拎咗粒糖出嚟食然後一個疑似經理阿姐嘅人要另一個男同事走過嚟同我講餐廳唔可以食外來食物嗰下好愕然通常外來食物係指餐廳本身有提供嘅同類食物因為會影響消費額或者驚食完肚痛餐廳要負責但。。。糖咋喎?我返去之後上咗牧羊官網send message問想了解下外來食物嘅定義/準則但問咗兩次都冇回覆我對呢間嘢太失望自從嗰次之後就再冇去過 continue reading

星期日約左朋友去葵青劇場睇風車草既黑心喜劇《Di-Dar音樂劇場》,順便去劇場地下嘅「牧羊少年咖啡館 」食飯。我地三個人叫咗一個金沙咸蛋黃鳳尾🍤蝦意大利粉,慢煮BBQ醬豬肋骨,千島海鮮 pizza🍕,本身二人餐有送 Häagen-Dazs 雪糕但我地加咗少少錢轉咗特濃半熟芝士撻同焙茶心太軟,另外再加咗一份是拉差醬雞翼。最尾三個人都食到好飽。金沙咸蛋黃鳳尾蝦意大利粉,咸蛋同蝦🍤呢組合真係好夾;慢煮BBQ醬豬肋骨肉質鬆軟,BBQ汁又酸酸甜甜好開胃;千島海鮮 pizza🍕,脆脆的餅底好味又唔會太厚。特濃半熟芝士撻既撻底好酥化,加埋無化果令到佢唔會膩;焙茶心太軟流心程度非常澎湃,但焙茶香味濃郁,甘中帶甜之餘。而拉差醬雞翼香辣多汁比起水牛城雞翼無咁辣適合不太能食辣既人士。整體食物份量十足,餐廳環境舒適,服務態度親切。下次一定會再來。好食又開心,真係一個愉快嘅用餐體驗!🍴👍 continue reading

成日都係去新都會廣場搵食,都悶了。今次要轉新口味,與友人嘆番杯啡,決定去葵青劇院個邊有名的牧羊少年咖啡館。午餐有多款選擇,有藜麥飯、意大利粉🍝、漢堡包🍔等,仲有沙律🥗同素食,輕食,總有一款啱食。跟餐包餐湯,是日南瓜🎃湯,打磨至細滑顆粒感,加入忌廉香草特別香滑,南瓜味濃郁。黑椒香蒜煙肉鴨胸意大利粉🍝:香菇洋蔥青椒吸收鴨胸油脂,鴨胸經香煎逼出油份,不會死咸富彈性,帶出煙薰香氣。意大利粉夠曬Al dente ,誠意十足。澳洲100日穀飼牛肉奶油漢堡包🍔拼蕃薯條🍟佐刁草檸檬蛋黃醬:最驚艷的是蕃薯條,蕃薯條甜度適中自然,仲有點回甘,蘸上蛋黃醬好清新輕盈左,食多幾條都吾會膩。漢堡牛肉保持汁水,喜歡加入芥末蜜糖醬,蕃茄同生菜,不錯!對得住價錢!奶泡咖啡☕️:奶泡咖啡的味道比普通的黑咖啡更加濃郁和香醇。奶泡的存在讓咖啡的口感變得非常絲滑和柔順,不會有咖啡粉粒的粗糙感。儘管加入了大量的奶泡,但咖啡本身的香氣仍然比較濃郁,能夠突出咖啡的風味。醇厚綿滑總結:值得更多人認識同有誠意的咖啡店大嘆咖啡 可惜用餐時間限90 分鐘 continue reading
