切開一試,以十勝紅豆製作成底層的紅豆糕,入口爽滑有彈性,吃起來充滿豆香;配上中層的紅桑子及蘭香子和頂層的啫喱,不但令糕點看起來色澤鮮豔、而且層次分明,入口味道甜甜酸酸,跟紅豆同吃感覺特別健康清新,So Refresh。

親戚預早BOOK了位,自然不用等。我們是食餐的,座位安排幾舒服,7時左右入座,發現食客不多,但之後有多幾台來,只是印象中並未滿席。先來的是沙律,有2款揀 --- 鮑魚及芒果,我們SHARE款款試,發覺是兩款都OK WOR,不過份量太少,唔夠喉。芒果沙律是雜果的,感覺其實更豐富。咕嚕肉,都幾好食,都係份量不多。海重羹,味道OK,但鮮味上有改善空間,同埋可以更足料。蒸魚,老老實實,唔夠鮮,肉唔滑。牛仔骨,味道OK,但可以惹味D,同埋冇乜火喉,還有就是 --- 骨太多!荷葉飯,幾好味道WOR,肉粒仲幾多TIM。甜品時間! 此時加加埋埋,都有7成飽了。甜點2款 --- 泡芙及木糠布甸。 木糠布甸,味道不出意外,有丁點甜過頭。泡芙,味道不佳,小甜點口味有如餐廳飯後附送果D... =_="

由於太遲訂枱可選不多, 最後被這間的花龍蝦鮑魚餐吸引了。八點十分,人未齊已叫起菜,等了半個鐘,遲來都到了,飲茶飲到肚脹。久候的第一道「蟹棗」終於出場,兩片疑似扎肉的東東,其實是炸蝦膠加少少蟹肉,炸過火了,raspberry汁減輕了油膩感,但帶不出鮮味。然後又等十分鐘,烤麩加兩粒皂水彈牙帶子,獻汁味道不錯。再等十五分鐘,全晚的重頭戲上場,乾松茸香氣四溢,螺肉豬肉雞骨燉湯,以小茶壼奉上,既骨緻又保溫,確實一絕。湯未飲完,古法扣六頭鮑魚搶灘,可能古時是以一斤十両計算,外母話十六頭未浸發都大過佢,而且火喉不足唔入味,只靠獻汁補償。接住著嘅半邊杉龍,可選黑菌蛋白或上湯蟹子。肉質有點梅,蝦味淡。蜜汁豬肉乾扒白菜,不過不失。又係飲茶等食時間,再等了半個鐘有多,等到差不多清場,以為要埋單先。紅棗滑雞分開蒸好,再裝煮好嘅飯入瓦煲,再上明火燒底。再加上其中一位元老級服務員態度欠佳,之後的甜點無興趣食了

先來的是這道甜品,外表似一泛小舟,以狹長之竹葉墊底,三件紅豆糕是「船倉」,論外形可給予滿分。近看此糕分三層:上層是鮮黃色啫喱,中層淺色一點,最下層是紅豆糕,啫喱表面放了一片小金箔,令這道菜添上了貴氣,是名乎其實的「金菠蘿」。吃下去面層啫喱菠蘿味豐,下層紅豆量多,甜度恰到好處,糕點溫度冰凍。這菜式無論色香味都有極高水準,我甚喜歡。

全晚只有4枱客, 環境非常寧靜, 最適合老朋友叙舊, 傾計一流, 款客亦不失禮...

Other Info. : 同行朋友睇報紙介紹, 得知有$138甜品buffet, 或者係食滿$148送甜品buffet, 覺得中菜同西式甜品唔夾, 所以打算食$138甜品就算~ 到步先看看, 甜品賣相精緻, 不過款項數量唔值$138任食, 所以就問埋食小菜加buffet, 可惜冇帶coupon, 所以只可以每位滿$148加$69任食甜品~ 好彩既係最後都有方法print到coupon, 所以就專心揀4款熱食了! 最後埋單信用咭九折後每位百六, 因為有埋甜品所以都覺得算值回票價~

平時我食完都懶得食食評, 不過呢間真係幾抵忍不住要寫寫.我中秋時去食晚餐, 每碟中菜大概$120-$150左右, 就咁樣其樣好唔抵食, 有太多其他選擇可以簡,不過只要用埋OPENRICE的租品任食COUPON, 就真係好抵啦!!現場有差不多20款的甜品, 每件都有一定水準,起碼有GREENERY BUFFET D 甜品的水準, 除左即做CREPES 外, 唔食寅係走寶!加上環境都幾靜, 2,3知己一起傾下計, 食下甜品一流!可能呢間餐廳知名度不高, 我去食反時太多都是熟客, 基本上好似自己包攬全個甜品場咁..勁正!
