這個絕對是推介,上桌就聞到很香松露味,我喜歡它有很多雜菇,增加口感同時可以減膩,扁意粉的彈牙口感讓你會不斷想吃,雖然是卡邦尼卻不會很膩同時又能夠有creamy口感,人多一定要叫~

二十幾年前喺鰂魚涌返工,冇啖好食,全部都係工業大廈,冇乜餐廳。今日約咗朋友佢午飯時間喺附近約見面同傾偈。嚟到鰂魚涌,變化真係好大,多咗好多好靚嘅寫字樓大廈,同埋好靚嘅餐廳。今日朋友訂咗枱食西餐。佢話開咗冇幾耐,想試吓。我同朋友叫咗牛油果凱撒沙律做頭盤,沙律好新鮮, 牛油果都好大嚿。主菜我叫咗澳洲熟成手柳,份量啱啱好,好juicy同有牛肉味。我朋友叫咗個烤鱸魚,佢話甜甜地,好香,幾特別同幾好味。食完叫咗杯咖啡繼續傾偈,餐廳由坐滿人到剩低一兩枱,最後我哋都走呢。餐廳有個小角落係室外,方便啲鍾意自然風嘅客人。 夥計有啲應該係ABC講英文,但係全部都好有禮貌。

二十幾年前喺鰂魚涌返工,冇啖好食,全部都係工業大廈,冇乜餐廳。今日約咗朋友佢午飯時間喺附近約見面同傾偈。嚟到鰂魚涌,變化真係好大,多咗好多好靚嘅寫字樓大廈,同埋好靚嘅餐廳。今日朋友訂咗枱食西餐。佢話開咗冇幾耐,想試吓。
我同朋友叫咗牛油果凱撒沙律做頭盤,沙律好新鮮, 牛油果都好大嚿。主菜我叫咗澳洲熟成手柳,份量啱啱好,好juicy同有牛肉味。我朋友叫咗個烤鱸魚,佢話甜甜地,好香,幾特別同幾好味。食完叫咗杯咖啡繼續傾偈,餐廳由坐滿人到剩低一兩枱,最後我哋都走呢。
餐廳有個小角落係室外,方便啲鍾意自然風嘅客人。 夥計有啲應該係ABC講英文,但係全部都好有禮貌。

The Butchers Club Grille locates right between Quarry Bay and Taikoo Shing, where it is a nice choice to catch up with friends working around there! It takes only 5 to 10 mins walk from both MTR stations and it certainly saves time from finishing working to choosing a chill and relaxing places for gatherings. 🍽👯‍♀️Walking inside the restaurant, there is half-open kitchen, so that we can have a glance of what the chefs are preparing for us. I really like the interior design and it is fashionista.

Walking inside the restaurant, there is half-open kitchen, so that we can have a glance of what the chefs are preparing for us. I really like the interior design and it is fashionista. The other side is a lot of tables that fits to small or larger group of friends.

There are many choices from starters, to mains dishes and desserts. A friend of mine share the Butter Baked Crab Cake ($168) and Avocado Caesar Salad ($88). The staff recommends to enjoy the Crab Bake with the Red Pepper Remoulade sauce aside. It is so rich in texture with every bite fulls of sliced crab. And the portion of salad is reasonable with half fresh avocado, sliced cheese and fried bacon.

Then I had the Linguine Truffle Carbonara ($158). A raw egg yolk is put above the spaghetti and surrounded with fungi. The set is attractive enough to give it a try!

My friend chose the Australian M3 Wagyu Striploin 230g ($228) in medium rare as her main dish. It is soft and juicy in texture and the beef is very tender. Only if it can add a little bit sauce on side and it would be perfect!

Lastly, we had the 70% Molton Chocolate Cake to end up for the meal. It serves in melting chocolate with the vanilla ice cream and it is so classic and delightful.

另:餐廳上菜碟都好有觀賞價值呀, 應該會越來越難訂枱架啦。
