肉汁爆棚,源源溢出,質感仍富彈性,中心極其嫩身帶嫣紅的部分也絲毫不韌
吃到最後仍意猶未盡,起出骨邊肉,感受薄肉位的濃濃焦香與肉味,教人陶醉
標明是二至三人用份量,但倘若有點選其他菜式,其實四五人分也無不可
另可加點各式配菜,包括Roasted Semi-dried Tomato及Burnt Cauliflower

一份看似簡簡單單的Dark Chocolate Mousse卻叫我飛快地清光
沒有太多的修飾,可可苦香沁人,細緻柔順,突出而不會過份濃烈
慕絲稠郁,可更密滑,不重奶膩,只是略為帶潤,未有蓋過朱古力的香味

我蠻喜歡喝香檳的。最近得知這裏只需要$258,在六時至八時Moët香檳任飲兩小時。如果你能喝得來,這裏真的要來。除了一般的小食,也有好幾款tapas, Tuna tataki, eggplant and mascarpone, shrimp skewers, 下酒好選擇。我最喜歡的是Salmon mousse Cone,迷你煙三文魚慕斯杯,mousse帶很香的煙三文魚味道。最後上的Truffle French toast也不錯,是希望黑松露香能再突出一些。

  吞拿魚煙燻至半熟,外熟至帶白而內留著透紅。邊位有如平常常見的,圍上了粒粒芝麻提香。火紅的身影就是Piqquillo,一款帶甜的紅椒。只是小小一片搭在魚子醬旁,另外會墊薄薄的切片薯仔。可惜這款太過乾身,入口沒有想要的嫩滑感覺。

  以雪茄形象吸引大眾眼光的實為鴨肉春卷。整個造型仿照雪茄製作,墊底的應為茶葉,但就扮成是煙草絲。食時在兩頭沾沾罌粟籽及辣椒粒,加添細碎顆粒脆辣。黑紅夾雜,就有如燃燒中的煙頭。春卷香脆不油,外皮沒有滲油至半透明那般倒胃口。鴨肉鬆綿,調味得宜,份量沒有偷工減料,可是略嫌乾身了些少。

  眺望出去原來還可以看到維港一邊的景色。雖然有部分被建築物阻擋了,但在黃昏日落時份仍是美不勝收。呷著香檳,嘴饞一刻咬口佐酒小食,放鬆身體邊攤坐邊欣賞夕陽。離去之時已是夜幕低垂的八時多,總覺得一天時間過得飛快。看著藍黑的天空,是時候問問月了……

I've driven pass this hotel many times but it was my first time visiting and didn't realized what a great view it had of the ICC across the Victoria Harbour. I came here for the free flow happy hour and it was certainly splendid sipping on champagne while unwinding after work.

My favorite canape of the night had got to be this Duck Habana Cilindro which was a duck spring roll shaped like a cigar complete with poppy seed to mimic the appearance of ash at the ends! Besides the gorgeous presentation, the spring roll was perfectly crispy while flavorful but not too oily.
