蜜汁雞中翼($63/半打):AK仔話華商會所西餐部o既雞翼係佢喺香港食過最好食o既,佢自己一個人食咗七客,即42隻
,認真唔講得笑!

華商會所只招待會員,物業權為華商所擁有,所以無租務上o既負擔,中菜食物價格方面出名有良心,不過會員們就覺得西餐部偏貴,因此好少幫襯。西餐部為十樓全層,燈光較其他層暗,會員可選擇播放電視或柔和o既背景音樂,OK有情調。因食客不多,好多時都會出現免費包場o既情況,享有單對單貼身服務,地方亦變得一啲都唔嘈吵,而且超級寬敞,仲有中環夜景睇,氣氛真係好唔錯
!會所冇加一,亦冇收其他開瓶費或切餅費,食物質高且份量足,雖然唔講得上係什麼高級餐廳,不過地方比出面茶餐廳或廉價西餐廳舒適優雅得多,服務亦明顯地更勝一籌,所以百幾蚊一個晚市套餐,有餐包、餐湯、主菜、甜品及咖啡或茶,都還可以接受,如果平啲當然係最好啦
,相信客人數目都會多返啲!

第一味來的是姜蔥上湯生中蝦煎米粉, 中蝦份量十足, 肉質爽口新鮮。姜蔥味道可以, 但我嫌姜蔥爆得不夠, 感覺有些似中山順德菜式, 可是煎米粉做得不夠香脆, 口感有點硬。

赤小豆粉葛鯪魚豬踭湯, 湯頭甜口, 粉葛赤小豆的甜味給燉出來了。而且湯還帶甜鮮香味, 原來土鯪魚作祟, 雖然鯪魚本是淡味, 不過經老火燉出來後, 鮮味變得濃郁。而最後還有一個肥瘦夾雜的豬踭, 令湯身更甜而有油香。飲湯還是吃湯料, 一口夾肥的連皮煲湯豬肉, 沾上醬汁, 簡直是無限的滋味。

接下來是花尾躉兩食: 第一個是玉蘭度炒龍躉球。玉蘭度是由芥蘭, 彩椒的配合。然而芥蘭只用上菜遠中間的一節, 要其爽脆鮮嫩, 沒有渣, 而且一口咬下仍是卜卜的作響。彩椒則只是色彩上加分, 其味道已淡然沒有。可是最好的主角還是花尾躉, 炒球成形不難, 走油是基本動作, 但是要炒到爽口有彈性就不是款款魚都可以。花尾躉皮厚, 水晶般而又富彈性的皮下軟組織, 帶給每人口感上的快慰。厚而覆蓋性強的魚肉本身, 啖啖肉的感覺當然無人抗拒, 但是皮下軟組織的稔連, 油脂與彈性真是吃這味魚的必須。感覺就如跟厚唇的人接吻一樣軟而舒服。

第二味的兩食是欖角陳皮蒸頸腩, 魚頭腩軟組織較多, 可是沒有彈性, 只是膩而稔口。而且腩的部分油脂充足, 如果用炒的話, 熱力令油脂流失, 失去甘香味道。而所以用上蒸的方法, 將精華留於碗中, 配個白飯, 一流。而欖角陳皮的清香淡雅又似乎更能帶出魚的鮮味, 這個皮是可以。

當紅脆皮炸子雞, 因為冰鮮雞的關係, 炸子雞在香港已經不特別。而且冰鮮雞不同部位的肉質參差很大, 雞胸部分真是鞋到出牙血的, 雞翼位置易變乾, 雞背較多骨, 雪味變重, 只有雞脾位置比較好一點。可是, 無論如何, 這個皮是很一般, 而且還有一點點過鹹。

青菜是蒜子上湯豆苗。冬天也是一個吃豆苗的季節, 每每上湯豆苗也是嫩滑可口, 如有點豬油, 更一流。不過現代人注重健康, 豬肉這東西還是偶爾接觸接觸。

原煲油鴨臘味飯, 油鴨臘味飯做得好的話, 第一樣必講用料, 不過自己認識油鴨臘味的供應商于多, 但一食下就知味道。這個臘鴨鹹香味道十足, 蒸鬆出來, 肉質仍然有回彈口感, 不會太梅, 而且臘過的酒香依然感受得到。臘肉肥瘦相間, 瘦肉乾脆, 肥肉鹹而甘。可是臘腸就不過不失了! 而另一個主點是在飯的處理, 要吃臘味飯, 飯身不能太濕, 一粒粒爽口晶瑩, 吃下爽快, 不稔, 這個是基本。而推高一層的要求重點在二: 一, 臘味的鹹鮮香如何吸進飯中? 看到這窩飯, 我放心多了! 因為要飯有臘味香, 直插是最好的方法。二, 飯焦如何, 如果能安排一個芫荽魚湯襯上焦硬脆口的飯焦, 簡單是人間一大樂事。可是, 世事又怎可如此完美呢?

甜品吃上這個蓮蓉西米焗布甸, 大良客家菜, 不過這個只是可以。雞蛋香, 蓮蓉比例亦可以, 西米晶瑩有質感, 可是對我來就, 這個太甜了! 特別是一班飲酒人還在欣賞杯中變化之時, 它的到來是一個搗蛋的小事。不過來這裡也應該試試這個古法菜。

整體來說, 這裡論服務, 論私穩, 論排場也算不錯, 味道屬中中上吧, 不算突出, 但不會失望。唯一美中不足是這裡比較早收工, 基本上十一時已全清場打烊, 對飲酒的朋友來說算是促了點。

我就要左黑松露蟹肉雜菌炒意粉,而同事就揀左香芒三文魚鮮蝦沙律。舊老闆到左,我本應唔好意思影D野食,所以我都冇影低忌廉湯、餐包、熱咖啡同啫喱。好好的同事主動叫我影相,哈! 哈! 實在太感動!


我o既黑松露蟹肉雜菌炒意粉賣相唔錯,雖然話係炒意,但我食唔到炒意的味,反而我覺得就咁將係意粉面加上醬汁。不過唔緊要,我寧願唔係炒,我怕會太油同肥膩
。意粉彈牙,唔多覺見到蟹肉,可能係白色果D,已經熔化係雜菌當中,而醬汁咸味適中,讚!

A member treated me here. There are different floors serving western and Chinese dishes. There are also functions rooms for members. For Hong Kong Chinese, mahjong room is a must.

Members can bring guests for meals. But there are floors that serve members only.

We were in the western restaurant that night sitting by the window overlooking the busy street outside. In Central, the traffic in the evening are always as busy and congested as in day time. Our car could not stop right before the Club because of the long queue ahead.

I chose Salmon and Steak to go with Spaghetti. Actually, you can vary the menu a bit to suit your own taste if you like.

The portion was big. The fish tasted better than the steak. May be it was because salmon was my favourite. The large and thin slice of salmon was very succulent. The steak was nice too and a bit chewy. That means they did not use meat tenderizer.

The sides vegetables were carrots, broccoli and beans. The tenderness was just right.

Eating here was relaxing. There were only two more tables with patrons. One table was occupied by a family of 3. The parents were helping the son on his school work. They really took the advantage of dining here. Their son may not willing to study at home. Here in the club, there was no other distraction. The TV was in a very low volume. The little boy could eat and read at the same time. There was no one to hurry them after meal.

The other table was occupied by two ladies. They were talking about a female entertainer who had married to a 公子. Although they thought that they were talking in low voice, their conversation could be heard in such quiet environment.

For me, I enjoyed the time spending with a friend and the food. The dishes here did not have very attractive or excessive garnishes. In a way, they are quite plain. The utensils were not high end.

Members dining here were not for very exotic dishes. They enjoyed the privacy here without journalist and paparazzi. The waiters were just like serving old friends. They seemed to remember everyone, who was coming more often, who had just got a new family member.

Many years ago, I have been here for a banquet. it was really good having a banquet here, you could talk whatever you like with no fear of your personal information being spread out.

One more benefit was that, the charges are not high.
