午餐在Marina Grill， 然後我們轉地方到The Deck ，位於香港仔深灣道8號深灣遊艇俱樂部地下，近深灣遊艇會泳池旁邊。 當日天氣不是太熱，我們選擇室外位置。 一邊傾偈一邊飲杯凍檸茶，望住泳池位置，非常舒適寫意， 凍檸茶還可以添飲， 店員的服務親切有禮。 臨走的時候見到有自助餐， 好似都幾吸引呀😊！🏷️溫馨提示～ 整個用餐體驗均屬個人分享意見， 只作參考😊。 The Deck地址: 香港仔深灣道8號深灣遊艇俱樂部地下

自從兒女離開了強褓時期，我也離開了駕駛座，轉眼已是多年，畢竟生活上沒有急切需要，香港的交通又實在方便，要養一架車所費不菲，駕駛技術生疏了，然而，近來的工作上偶爾也許需要到駕駛車輛，富貴好友毅然出手幫我補鐘，事後還邀請我一起午膳，心存感激。午膳的地方非比尋常，是高級的會所，因他有會籍，泊車不費周張，會所地點環境優美，可飽覽海鮮舫及附近景色。來到西餐廳，週日是家庭日，所見都是扶老攜幼的人群，大都選擇了色彩繽紛，琳瑯滿目的自助餐，洋溢著假日的家庭樂。然而，友人與我的年紀都不想放肆地吃，自選餐牌似乎較適合，他選了叻沙而我選了乾炒牛河。他的叻沙，選料甚豐，最吸睛是其橙黃色的湯底，香氣四溢，惟好友仍感有所不足，說不及上環某專門店。炒粉炒麵我必選乾炒牛河，屢吃不厭，惟炒得合我意的可遇不可求。我認為好的牛河，選料與炒功同樣重要，河粉幼滑，不黐纏一起，醬油鹹淡適中，牛肉醃得到入味及不韌，還要有芽菜，洋葱及韮黃陪襯，當然鑊氣也很重要，將各種材料的特質發揮至極致，眼前這碟牛河，相當有水準，基本要素有齊，只是沒有韮黃，雖然吃牛河頗油膩，但點餐的一剎那已預計了!會所的服務質素一向都有保証，慇勤有禮，令食客賓至如歸。

AMC has a really large breakfast menu - quite impressive. They have continental, but also Japanese and Chinese, and even Mexican options. It’s like a 5-star hotel breakfast menu.Sitting outside on the patio is pretty amazing. Overlooking the outdoor themed pool, shielded by beach umbrellas, it’s one of the most idyllic outdoor seating areas in HK.There was this table of black-clad young people in back of us with the leader who was prob the member - pretty scary. Prob the morning tactical meeting before they headed out to terrorize. Was afraid they would attack me when I took a pic of my parents. I’m sure the leader got a lot of brownie points by impressing these young clueless misguided lost souls.I hope they cooked it made-to-order - they might have picked it off the buffet table

朋友帶黎呢度食lunch, 12點零到，都8成Full! 有好多小朋友！我食左三轉再加甜品！一般既野食好似刺身，熱食，燒味，沙津，印度野同甜品雪糕樣樣都有！所以冇影相啦！但不得不提既係個喇沙湯麵！超超超好味！我叫左瀬粉，蝦，魚片，冬菇同菜！個湯不得了！太好味啦！我最後連湯都飲埋見底呢度環境一流，好舒意！

年初二訓醒去食個早餐，朝早天氣唔算熱，室外食早餐一流。食完早餐hae 一陣就去欣賞舞獅賀歲。Baked Waffles 即叫即整，新鮮可口！ Full Breakfast 一個人真係食唔晒，我最欣賞炸薯餅、非常香口但又唔油「利」原來會所每年都會有請武館舞獅、大人細路全部坐定定欣賞，增添節日氣氛。正呀！
