The Dutch Cheese and More (Closed)

有日路過呢一間小店，不單從店名，抑或從櫥窗，都見到一餅餅、大大嚿嘅芝士，當然，品種喺嚟自荷蘭啦。雖然小弟都好鍾意食芝士，但就未至於食得咁專，都喺貪方便夾吓三文治，搞吓芝士撈丁……之類，所以，都喺晌超市買啲片裝嘅擺晌雪櫃睇門口而已。既然經過，入去打個轉都無妨。店名叫「The Dutch Cheese and More」，「and More」就表示除荷蘭芝士以外，仲有啲其他荷蘭產品，「Stroopwafels」（Caramelwaffels）就是其中之一。小弟本身對荷蘭菜已經唔多認識，其實「Stroopwafels」喺咩嚟呢？都喺店員講講，又網上查查，我估香港可能未有正式中文譯名，不過，網上有見過譯為荷蘭煎餅、荷蘭窩夫餅、荷蘭楓糖餅、糖漿鬆餅……等等。可以當喺「嘉頓威化」嘅超超超薄版，兩片威化夾上糖漿，既喺荷蘭國民嘅茶點，亦喺荷蘭嘅經典小食。當然，跟「嘉頓威化」確喺好唔同嘅，攞上手，一片都已經好墜手，中間睇都睇得見夾滿糖漿，入口都算偏甜，加上喺焦糖味，所以，幾口小弟口味，口感就唔喺預期中脆口，而喺軟軟腍腍，卻唔黏牙，算幾好食。襯杯咖啡，作為下午茶幾一流。之後，再睇多少少網上資料，原來最起初

好鐘意食荷蘭芝士，特登上網搵，搵到呢間，食過兩款羊奶芝士,一款淡味一款濃味，但我自己會比較鐘意濃味多d。煙芝士我就比較鐘意純味，其他果d都試過吾錯嘅，只系我較鐘意純味。另外幾款我奶芝士，吾同月份都食過，味道都好好，其他黑松靈，香草果d雖然都好味，但我自己就麻麻地喇，都系鐘意純味芝士多d。芝士種類吾算多，但質素都ok

因為有人送左張一百蚊現金卷俾我，所以就去換芝士。去到佢有勁多芝士試食，作為芝士怪既我開心到暈低。佢有款得獎既芝士勁好食，不過現金卷唔包，所以無緣拎番屋企食。佢一百蚊可以換到兩盒仔，要左一盒係普通Gouda，一會係有pesto味既Gouda。佢pack到細細盒，好方便我放公司做零食。最麻煩係要三日內食哂，同開左盒就要即日。佢話切左粒唔可以放太耐，所以我覺得應該唔好切俾客，正常人點會三日喪拍芝士。正常gouda係大愛，pesto要配其實野。就咁食會少少愈食愈苦。

去完大館，沿路向上環方向走，來到這間位於皇后大道中一角的小店。小女子與這牌子的芝士初邂逅於美食博覽中，那個煙燻黑椒味的芝士是軟香的，叫我對傳統的荷蘭硬芝士改觀。今日難得經過，便選扯這兒來個ＥＡＲＬＹ　ＴＥＡ　ＢＲＥＡＫ。店內環境很舒服，只有３數張小枱，但播放的非歐美民謠反而是林子祥演唱會特輯，氣氛有點違和，教人有點啼笑皆非。芝士款式有１０數款，自由讓人試過飽才選購。今天選了ＰＲＥＭＩＵＭ　ＰＬＡＴＴＥＲ　＄２５０，含２杯ＧＬＡＳＳ　ＷＩＮＥ，２款芝士（ＸＯ及黑松露味需另補費用）及１款ＳＮＡＣＫ，我地選咗紅酒，ＭＥＤＩＵＭ　ＢＯＤＹ丹寧味突出，芝士一款是我最愛的煙燻黑椒味，另一款是４８全脂ＧＯＵＤＡ（有點過鹹），ＳＮＡＣＫ是ＰＲＥＭＩＵＭ豬肉腸，這款小食油香肉香平衡，大推！還有一款必吃的是附送的ＨＯＮＥＹ　ＭＵＳＴＡＲＤ，醮梳打餅或是芝士都非常好味，醬內還有滿滿的芥末子～～環境是很ＣＨＩＬＬ但音樂著實不配，所以我們只小坐了４５分鐘便離開～

我同外子係朋友屋企飲酒時意外食到The Dutch 既cheese 同honey mustard. 為食既外子第日一早就好神心咁去搵芝士. The Dutch間舖既外觀唔係好eye-catchy, 第一次去就行過左, 我地即刻行番轉頭, 搵野食.  舖內除左賣Cheese亦都有Regular set, 可以選紅酒/ 白酒配兩種cheese, 由於之前一晚我地飲左太多酒, 我地索性叫左個cheese sandwich. 然後, 外子就可以一邊等一邊試cheese, 最後非常嘴刁既佢睇中左the Dutch 既Graeff Van Bresckens Aged Gouda濃味cheese, 仲要係脂肪比例為48+ 0個隻. 呢隻cheese除左香滑之外, 咬落去仲有D crystalized既cheese, 另有一番口感. 但要留意保質期唔係太長, 有兩個月左右, 為免外子再脹落去, 最好同FD一齊飲酒一齊嘆Cheese. The Dutch 姐姐特登加多左cheese係我地個份Sandwich度, 外子話呢份又香又熱既sandwich 好輕鬆咁係佢手上攞到9分啦.

Walking in Sheung Wan, a noisy and quiet district, I was findinig a place to have a rest and this is where i chose: The Dutch Chess and More. 位於上環的The Dutch其實已經開了好一段時間現在已經有上環及西貢兩間分店還記得兩年年前剛開張不久曾經到訪店主熱情的招待 還有那份一百分的自信又大方 讓客人慢慢品嘗店內的所有芝士 讓我十分難忘今次再訪 是因為近來和朋友經過時得知有cheese and wine pairing happy hour 價錢亦頗化算 所以和兩位老友記一起到訪了！別以為這小小的店鋪就沒大多堂食的位置其實這裡總共有四張小角落每個座位也有四五張旁邊的金黃色芝士擺設亦非常可愛坐下來真的彷彿有要進入芝士世界的感覺 fancy enough!每天3-8pm都是The Dutch 的Happy Hour我們三人行 店主就安排了每人各一杯酒及一盤cheese platter with 3 cheeses selection ($180)我們最後選了紅白啤酒各一 也急不及待到芝士櫃試試各種芝士 找找這次的三甲之選1. 上環區實在很多餐廳小店，讓我逐一發掘出來！  我見有一段時間沒有幫襯位於皇后大道中的 The Dutch Cheese and More！這裡售賣的芝士種類多不勝數！ 加上早前上營養堂得知，芝士的營養豐富！  自然令我想起 The Dutch Cheese and More 的芝士三文治！ 聽說牛奶含激素之類，印象中這裡除了之外含牛奶的芝士，還有羊奶芝士！ Cheese Roll (配羊奶芝士) $35好像豬仔包的麵包，外層硬身！ 夾住好幾塊薄薄的羊奶芝士；羊奶芝士芝士味強烈！ 略帶羶味，但可以接受！ 整體簡單而不失美味！其實都幾唔抵食！ 下次，還是買外芝士，另買麵包，自行夾在一起，相信平得多！當然！單是一個麵包不夠填飽肚，我還要食其他東西！
