已經好一段時間無出去堂食,今天約了友人到觀塘玉桃軒午飯一聚。上去見到酒樓的裝修還算可以,可能時間尚早和疫情關係,今天的食客不多,但侍應尚算勤快,一叫即到。今天又是由我點菜,味菜蒸豬肚、點心拼盤、上湯鮮竹卷、鳳爪排骨飯、蟹籽燒賣。最早到的是點心拼盤只得五款,份量比其他酒樓就少了些,而且點心的味道一般不覺得特出。鳳爪排骨飯一般味道,飯覺得蒸得有點過久而變硬。上湯鮮竹卷我想亦是蒸得過久了,令鮮竹卷的腐皮有些過霖。最想要說的是那味菜蒸豬肚,是眾多點心中最差的一個,味菜又霖又無味道、豬肚的外面都已經發黑,賣相十分難看。而蟹籽燒賣皇就相對是今天點心中最好吃的一款點心了。總括今次的午飯,環境、坐位算是相當舒適;但食物的水準和味道就太過太過普通了。

最早到的是點心拼盤只得五款,份量比其他酒樓就少了些,而且點心的味道一般不覺得特出。鳳爪排骨飯一般味道,飯覺得蒸得有點過久而變硬。上湯鮮竹卷我想亦是蒸得過久了,令鮮竹卷的腐皮有些過霖。最想要說的是那味菜蒸豬肚,是眾多點心中最差的一個,味菜又霖又無味道、豬肚的外面都已經發黑,賣相十分難看。而蟹籽燒賣皇就相對是今天點心中最好吃的一款點心了。
總括今次的午飯,環境、坐位算是相當舒適;但食物的水準和味道就太過太過普通了。

今日今日試咗觀塘鱷魚恤中心玉桃軒,下午茶,可以網上book位,我哋大約等咗五分鐘就可以入座。環境境光猛,座位闊落。 一碟蜆蚧鯪魚球,煎炸唔油膩,魚肉無腥味, 可能有蔥讓入魚肉。卜卜脆脆腸:原來係炸兩,油炸鬼香脆,腸粉薄滑。迷你鹹魚雞粒炒飯,雖然見唔到鹹魚粒,但係有鹹香嘅味道,炒得夠乾身。可惜細碟咗少少。香芋燒腩卷,好有懷舊嘅感覺,燒腩肥瘦適中,包包軟淋淋。 蟹子燒賣,包住粒新鮮大蝦,熱辣辣味道不錯。麻辣豬耳仔,豬耳仔爽脆,好夠麻辣味,可惜我唔食得太辣,只食咗少少。貴妃雞湯米線,味道一般,而且雞應該用另外一隻碟仔上枱。
