今晚約咗幾個同事放工去公司附近太古康山道康怡廣埸(玉桃軒酒家)食晚飯,鎮店招牌菜片皮鴨當然要必食,地方寬敞光猛,深長型的店舖間隔,阻隔了多少雜音,提供了一個恬靜的用饍環境。老京城片皮鴨,好多餐廳都有做,將價就貨,脂肪多而肉少屢見不鮮,但這片皮鴨皮能做到皮香而肉汁夠結實,加上醬、青瓜等,一起包夾住嚟食,鴨肉汁爆瀉出來。脆皮一品燒雞半隻,外皮脆到卜卜聲,肉質嫩滑,點上特製醬汁,勾出鮮味。清蒸石斑,廚師控制蒸的時間剛好,不會太老, 肉質鮮甜又非常嫩滑,再淋上熟油、豉油連同薑蔥絲一起吃,美味無窮。

老京城片皮鴨,好多餐廳都有做,將價就貨,脂肪多而肉少屢見不鮮,但這片皮鴨皮能做到皮香而肉汁夠結實,加上醬、青瓜等,一起包夾住嚟食,鴨肉汁爆瀉出來。

玉桃軒晚上很少到酒家吃晚飯,因為總覺得會很貴。但是看見這家酒樓標榜的價錢好像有10分划算,於是今晚就去了吃晚餐。原來晚上在酒家吃晚餐的人也挺多的,但服務型不錯真難得。我們點了魚腐湯米、魚片欖仁炒四季豆、還有夜魅蠔煲。魚腐湯米是我特意用來代替米飯的,夏天吃他感覺很開胃。魚片炒欖仁四季豆是我很喜歡的,因為欖菜鹹鹹的很下飯。那個蠔煲是我預料之外的好味,有好多蠔,而且住得很惹味,價錢很抵,以後晚餐有多一個選擇了!

魚腐湯米是我特意用來代替米飯的,夏天吃他感覺很開胃。魚片炒欖仁四季豆是我很喜歡的,因為欖菜鹹鹹的很下飯。那個蠔煲是我預料之外的好味,有好多蠔,而且住得很惹味,價錢很抵,以後晚餐有多一個選擇了!

今日係平日夜晚嘅關係, 所以唔駛等位就可以入座平時去酒樓叫野食都會煩惱叫咩食好,不過因為呢排嘅豬肉供應問題,搞到連酒樓都冇豬肉供應,冇計啦咁,唯有食住牛同鴨頂住先啦,咁樣簡就易好多沙茶芥蘭炒牛肉炒得好惹味,加個白飯黎食一流海皇"更"味道唔錯,而且都幾大煲,我地平均每人都可以飲到大約2碗入面D料都幾豐富呀上湯焗波士頓龍蝦伴伊面份量好足料去酒樓食飯又點可以冇魚呢清蒸海石斑蒸得岩岩熟,所以魚肉係非常之滑溜最後食埋個甜品就滿足晒啦

和同事慶祝生日,決定到公司附近主打片皮鴨的中式酒樓吃晚飯。由同事負責點菜,除了片皮鴨兩食外,也點了咕嚕肉和炒芥蘭。經理會在面前把燒鴨原隻起肉,片皮鴨皮脆有光澤,每片都切得很均勻,厚薄適中。先在餅皮上面放一片鴨腿肉,沾上特製的甜醬,再加上青瓜及葱條,把餅皮捲好再放入口,絕對是傳統的滋味,一口氣吃了三件,非常滿足。姬松茸螺頭燉雞湯味道鮮甜,湯料也很豐富,具滋陰補腎的作用。芥蘭很新鮮,質感爽脆,吃起來沒有苦苦的味道。鯪魚肉味道也很鮮美不會腥。生菜包鴨崧份量很多,配上生菜感覺清新,只是加$68就有兩食,感覺超值。咕嚕肉的口感酥脆,菠蘿咕嚕醬味道醒胃,酸甜適中,特別喜歡配上了一些可口的炸脆米。慶祝生日,當然少不了壽桃,大大個也只是$16,壽桃是蛋黃蓮蓉餡,餡料足蓮蓉也很香。還點了一份芒果布甸作甜品,看見滿滿的花奶已令人垂涎三尺。
