點咗黑菘露薯條,燒澳洲帶骨豬扒配香矛芥末籽忌廉汁,帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉,是日餐湯係磨菇湯.

每次嚟幫襯,是日餐湯都係磨菇湯,嚴格嚟講係磨菇蓉,所以味道特別濃郁而且磨菇味非常重.

自從拒絕幫襯老麥,都已經好耐無食過薯條,The Grill Room 嘅薯條非常脆口,咁..... 同小師妹食飯緊係食D高質薯條啦!

燒澳洲帶骨豬扒係厚切,熟嘅情度剛剛好,餐刀切落去嘅感覺已經好正,肉嫩Juicy,識食緊係食帶骨部份,極之嫩口.

龍蝦汁扁意粉彈牙,龍蝦汁夠香濃,帶子係原隻大大隻無一開二切開,味道鮮甜,之前幫襯都係食牛扒同豬腩,今次食意粉同樣出色,掛住吹水唔記得影相添....

話題未傾完好快又到成十點幾,阻住人收工添真係唔好意思,約咗下星期再續!

最近路經銅鑼灣,發現一個另類別致的餐廳,餐廳裝飾得很有風格,雖面積不大,裝修佈置得好靚,女仔興生一定鍾意,確很有空間感,三五知己一聚,是幾好的選擇。是次我和朋友選了半份羊架,廣島蠔芝士批,和一份帶子沙律。食物份量可接受,個人覺得帶子沙律特別開胃,材料充足,誠意滿分。另外羊架做主菜一定夠飽,若然能增加多些薯菜會更理想。羊架肉質鮮嫩,非常入味,旁邊伴着一些伴菜,增添特色及豐富度。另外,廣島蠔芝士批,非常新鮮,店員上菜時都是熱辣辣的。下次會再來這餐廳,也值得推介給朋友。

Oyster Gratin ($188) : 一砵焗蚝上枱的时候仍然热腾腾,芝士白汁bubble 仍然不断出来。焗蚝令白汁充满了蚝味,而蚝汁令在砵内的一片片薯仔完全吸收了蚝汁仲有融了的芝士。蚝好嫩滑加上白汁同芝士,真系可以食唔停口。

呢間餐廳係openrice有成過千個好評,咁我就打算星期六過去試下。食完就發現果然好評多係有理由既!呢間餐廳係L square 5樓,係入户式電梯,一出電梯門就入到間餐廳㗎啦!餐廳環境舒適,梳化位仲有cushion俾客人挨住。食物方面,我嗌左一個set lunch,係七成熟既西冷配薯條,包埋個餐湯同飲品,仲另外加左28蚊叫左個是日甜品,今日既甜品係tiramisu個餐湯我個人就覺得麻麻地,覺得可以咸多少少,但唔算難飲。牛扒有陣炭燒嘅香味,入口軟嫩,熟度照足要求,非常好。薯條應該係即炸,非常之脆。tiramisu甜味適中,口感輕盈,一啲都唔膩。最後講一下呢間餐廳嘅貼心服務。見到我用手機睇緊片,個侍應即刻攞左個手機支架俾我,可見佢地非常留意客人需求。
