我地還叫了廣島蠔,好鮮甜而且冇腥味,滚完無咩縮水,口感豐滿!最後加左個花雕滑牛,新鮮牛肉配上花雕酒杞子,肉質鮮嫩,香而滑,我食左勁多塊,之前一早放入的淮山吸收了湯和餸既精華,比我朋友清埋。

自家制紫菜響鈴
響鈴係火鍋必備,不過佢呢款就特別DD,有紫菜係入面,員工上菜時比埋個酸甜汁,原來佢地既紫菜響鈴係prefer 點汁食好過浸湯。
咬入口,好清脆薯片聲,應該係歸功於塊紫菜,因為就咁試個腐皮,係鬆化口感,唔算脆。
味道就普普通通,靠個酸甜汁,個人黎講,都係鍾意浸湯既響鈴多D。

(前)自家手釀流沙蝦丸
食到勁多粒蝦肉,蝦膠亦彈牙唔糊口,包心咸蛋黃,份量控制幾好,蛋黃唔會搶左蝦鮮味,反而襯托到個蝦味更鮮,真係好明顯食到鮮蝦味👍
(後)自家製芹菜帶子餃
入口好香芹菜味,芹菜控必試,包住原粒帶子仔,都有鮮味既,比起個蝦滑,就差DDD。2款都好好食,推介👍

厚切,份量足,一份肯定有十塊以上。全晚最驚喜,少餐廳有,而且好足份量,食得好開心。

之後應該會再約朋友黎,試埋佢其他野,好多款自家製餃未試,佢仲有自己既魚缸係門口,海鮮應該都唔錯。而家已經諗定下次黎食咩好。🤣🤣🤣

突然好想去打邊爐!係附近搵到呢間,記得之前食過啲食材好新鮮即刻二話不說,帶埋朋友黎呢度滾下先坐低不久,職員就好主動過嚟幫我哋用熱水清潔碗筷好體貼呀!呢度嘅XO醬好好味呀夠香又夠辣花膠翅裙冬瓜燉雞鍋唔係講笑非常真材實料!塊花膠好大筒呀!成個鍋起碼有3舊原隻花膠翅裙都係大大塊㗎!非常養生!湯底好清甜墨魚滑油炸鬼墨魚滑好爽彈呀,唔係好重粉感果隻彈牙相信係師傅嘅手工!不過調味方面就重手左少少,食落偏咸!而且油炸鬼唔夠脆,美中不足……自家制紫菜響鈴外層腐皮口感好鬆脆,食到中間再有紫菜嘅脆度!2種唔同脆度嘅口感,好特別會有埋甜酸醬可以點,咁樣嘅食法更開胃自家手釀流沙蝦丸呢碟蝦丸果然係自家制好有蝦隻嘅爽彈口感,咬落唔會過度實淨!師傅打嘅蝦膠好有水準,唔會好粉感咬開粒蝦丸,就會去到另一個層次!有啲沙粒狀嘅咸蛋黃,但又唔會好膩,味道好正自家制芹菜帶子餃餃子皮夠薄之餘,中間嘅餡亦令我好回味芹菜香夠豐富,仲帶原粒帶子豬肉又唔會太肥,岩哂我口味!西班牙黑毛豬豬肉片厚薄好適中,顏色好靚!脂肪比例好平均肉質非常軟滑鮮鵝腎第一次食鵝腎,口感好爽比雞腎仲爽,肉質又夠嫩,原來鵝腎係咁好味不過其他地方真係好少有得食!
