我哋叫咗竹蔗茅根水$20、朋友說味道清甜,可解熱氣。除了開胃消滯,亦有去濕去水腫功效;女仕最合適。
香茅檸檬薏米水$20,薏米水帶有些檸檬味🍋,用粗飲管可以吸食到薏米。清熱滋潤少甜係老少皆宜的飲品。
由於呢餐冇乜味精,所以完全沒有口渴嘅感覺,呢兩支細細支,味道清甜,非常岩飲👍🏻

一年四季都鐘意打邊爐,今日去左<打邊爐>打邊爐😄風沙椒鹽粟米🌽 $68好似粟一燒咁,香口,好夠椒鹽味,做餐前小食都唔錯。杏汁菜乾豬肺🫁湯 $286秋天叫呢個湯啱晒,夠晒滋潤。杏汁味撲鼻,超級多料,有好多豬肺,切成薄片,軟綿綿,有數塊🐷軟骨,仲有四隻大大隻嘅雞腳,煲耐啲等佢地淋少少最後先食最好味。手切霜降安格斯肥牛🐮 $198靚牛級數,油花均匀,肉質軟腍,牛味濃郁,淥耐左都唔會嚡口,很讚。黑松露墨魚丸拼芹菜雞肉丸 各兩粒 $59黑松露丸彈牙,有松露香,雞肉丸都係鮮打,但較散,食落冇咁彈,但味道係ok 嘅。XO醬鮑魚蝦餃王🥟黑松露蟹肉餃各2隻 脹卜卜嘅餃子,皮薄餡靚。個XO醬味道好岀,蝦非常爽口。整個配搭很不錯。冰豆腐 $58質感軟綿,營養豐富,吸湯力驚人,又可增加飽肚感。四隻刀貝 4隻 $68處理得很乾淨,無沙,鮮嫩肥美,味道鮮甜,睇住時間嚟淥,否則會變韌。皇帝菜🥬$49好似盆栽🎍咁,最愛皇帝菜的獨有味道,翠綠鮮嫩,😍自家製竹蔗茅根水 $20,檸檬薏米水 🥂打邊爐又點少得清熱嘅涼茶飲呢,兩款飲料都係自家製,足料味濃夠清潤。

餐廳距離佐敦地鐵站大約10分鐘路程,絕對唔難搵。一入到餐廳雖然樓面職員得兩個但係服務態度友善,亦都有相當效率。同朋友商量完決定試一試佢個醉雞湯底,當個湯底嚟到職員就好耐心幫你烹調鮮雞入鍋,同埋確保我哋可以正常飲用同食用最嫩滑嘅雞件🥰我哋另外叫咗個手切肥牛,牛味超重有驚喜,珊瑚蚌亦都好新鮮,脆肉鯇魚片無骨同新鮮,另外要提嘅係炸午餐肉都係相當出色😎唯獨係我哋叫咗個鹿兒島豚肉較為淡口冇乜味道,少少失望。不過整體來講絕對係可以返頭再食👍🏻👍🏻
