肉質很不錯,夠軟,肉香也足,旁邊帶有一點脂肪十分加分。旁邊有四款醬汁,分別是:辣椒橄欖油(左上)、白松露橄欖油(左下)、檸檬汁蒜頭橄欖油(右上)和Balsamic vinegar橄欖油(右下)。它們的橄欖油都用了extra virgin olive oil,其中我最喜歡檸檬汁蒜頭的醬汁,清香微酸,很解膩,然後白松露的味道也很突出,vinegar的醬汁酸酸甜甜,喜歡吃辣的可以試試辣椒的。總而言之,四款醬汁和肉都不錯。

Happy friday好想飲返2杯放鬆下,同事介紹公司附近呢間餐廳唔錯,2口子上星期五一於去試一試我哋大約七點半去到餐廳已經差不多滿座,餐廳地點其實近中環與上環中間,但估唔到咁受歡迎。一坐低我哋先點左兩杯白酒,侍應已經好好地送上麵包,全晚仲係無限供應,麵包點上橄欖油同埋黑醋,特別開胃。我哋先點左一個風乾牛肉,配上火箭菜同埋芝士一齊食,鹹鹹香香,好惹味主菜叫咗一碟steak 鐵板上,送上枱嘅時候仲係五成熟,唔太鍾意血淋淋嘅感覺所以煎耐小小,7成熟剛剛好牛扒肉質鮮嫩有口感,保持到濃醇的牛味,點埋獨有醬汁,好味。一口牛一口紅酒,絕配👍🏻另外點左碟卡挷尼意粉,意粉軟硬度適中,不過味道略為偏淡,但可以叫待應加點芝士,即時變得好好味,哈,可能係我重口味最後餐廳話必試tiramisu ,叫左一杯2份食,果然好creamy似食緊雪糕咁,好軟滑。好一個happy friday食左3個鐘結束,下星期繼續努力工作,期待下一個happy Friday 😎

之前去中環食嘢嘅時候經過呢間餐廳,覺得佢非常神秘!係外面係見唔到餐廳入面嘅景況,只會覺得黑色一遍,唔知個餐廳係咪真係有開門。今次難得星期六又去到附近,就試一試佢到底有無開門🤣由於餐廳係建築於一條斜路上面,所以佢成間嘢起高啲,入去嘅時候要上一條短樓梯餐廳入面燈光暗淡,分左右兩邊可以坐,成個酒架靠住牆,造成一個分隔又可以showcase佢嘅酒。我地叫咗一個course第一道上嘅係grilled tomino cheese,佢旁邊有兩塊薄麵包配個芝士食,個芝士烤到少少溶,所以切嘅時候會有啲似泥膠個種狀態。個芝士味道淡淡地,有少少酥味第二道上嘅係Bruschetta,底層係一塊烤過嘅大多士,上面係好多蕃茄碎再配上garlic,蕃茄好鮮甜唔會好酸,加埋garlic就令成個味道惹味咗刺激咗。我自己再另外配埋啲cheese一齊食主菜有個pizza,上面係濃郁嘅蕃茄醬同少少芝士,餅底薄得嚟仲脆脆地。本來見到成塊pizza好驚會好飽,但好彩餅底薄,食落肚感覺輕鬆唔會好飽之後再上咗個carbonara意粉,旁邊灑上好多芝士碎,入面亦加咗煙肉碎同黑椒粒,令到食落去唔會好漏好膩嚟到期待已久嘅重頭戲,就係hot

嚟到期待已久嘅重頭戲,就係hot stone steak。成碟菜上到嚟嘅時候仲熱到不斷嗞嗞聲,旁邊配上四種醬,分別有蒜蓉檸檬汁、香草白松露汁等等。咬落肉汁仲keep到係到,入面會見到係生生地,肉質係腍嘅完全唔韌,上面仲有少少香草為佢增加口味。我自己鍾意配鹽食,因為會令到個肉味出好多好多!

We ordered their lunch sets and the price seems decent. First of all, we ordered an mash potato, and it tastes like oatmeal with too much water. Then the carbonara tasted so weird that we decided to return it. The waitress told us the traditional Italian carbonara is without milk. mmm if you are adventurous, then you can try lol. 工作學業大壓力得很,連去吃好東西的時間都變得很罕有。終於來到一周中可以稍稍放鬆的一天,接同病相憐的姊妹OT放工,就發現一山還有一山低。 這個時候,佳餚重要,美酒更重要,於是來到中上環地區,吃東西外不如來個wine pairing experience,潤澤一下心靈。小小的門口拾級而上,推開門後來到一個完全不一樣的地方:漆黑的內景,靠桌上的燭光和零星吊燈照明。牆上滿掛酒瓶,還有live band唱著R&B,營造了酒吧獨有的若夢若真的迷幻感。先來杯welcome drink,是2016年Prosecco的white sparkling wine。味道偏酸,不太合個人口味;幸好夠凍也夠氣泡,用來開胃也算可以。附送的麵包條反而有驚喜,雖然較幼身,但烤焗過後仍能做到外脆內煙韌。而這裡的意大利陳醋更是一流,酸甜味道剛好,質感夠厚身,加上橄欖油用來蘸麵包條十分好吃。Tomino cheese烤香過後帶美觀的格格焦紋,為本來較淡的tomino cheese賦予了很香的煙蘸味。芝士烤得外脆內軟綿,又帶點煙韌,無論就這樣吃還是放在塗了牛油的鬆軟意大利麵包上都很適合。 圓生菜、紫生菜和火箭菜做成的沙律則略帶

在香港可以吃到Pesto sauce的地方不多,吃到正宗的更少,有些只是多下些香草就當成是pesto sauce。這裡的非常正宗,basil味道重,香草蓉得來也有足夠的橄欖油伴勻,是我在意大利當地吃過的味道和質感。加上豐富的Parmesan cheese,厚厚的掛在彈牙的麵條上,十分惹味。不過整個spaghetti pesto就真的只有pesto sauce和spaghetti,甚麼配料也沒有,味道未免太單寡,性價比低。

吃紅肉前轉成紅酒,這杯比剛才的white sparkling較好。味道不甜偏乾,帶點酸,質感較薄,是我喜歡tannin不重的紅酒。

肉眼扒自身沒有任何調味,於平常不會額外添加調味料的我也覺得太淡味,必須自行加點餐桌鹽和黑椒才能調起肉味,不然就是浪費了。四款橄欖油醬汁分別是辣椒、白松露油、意大利陳醋和蒜蓉檸檬。白松露油蘸少許已經非常香,不過由於牛扒真的頗淡味的關係,蘸陳醋味道比其他醬汁更出色:陳醋夠濃稠,黏在牛扒上添酸甜之味,為牛肉減掉油膩感。

要了medium,牛扒也真的烤得剛剛好。外焦香內柔軟,沒帶多餘血水,十分不錯。

最後甜品要了最代表意大利的tiramisu,這個版本咖啡含量很少,只有丁點浸了咖啡酒的手指餅,也沒有把整個底部都覆蓋著。幸好上面的mascarpone cheese十分幼滑,味道不過甜,配上面的可可粉和朱古力條也很好吃。

滿有意大利風情的食物,最重要是牛扒配上適當的美酒,所以也沒有吃很多,足夠就好了。
