Although we made a table reservation online in advance, when we arrived at the restaurant at 7:30pm, which was exactly our booking time, they still made us wait over 20 minutes for the table. This was a bit bewildering. Anyway, later we were sent to sit by the bar to wait for our table to be ready while enjoying their complimentary drink. (5) RIB-EYE STEAK (medium rare) - it came on a sizzling plate and the meat was nicely cooked. It came with four sauces - truffle oil, lemon, vinegar and chili sauce. The steak was tender and juicy. Pretty good aye.

The only bad thing about our dining experience here was that, at around 9-ish, (after only like 1 hour), the waiter came to our table and asked us if we wanted to have our bill, cuz they had many customers waiting. But we were just literally done with eating like seconds ago. It was not very desirable. We still had our drinks (local craft beer, a non-complementary prosecco that we ordered, lemon iced tea and sparkling water). So it did feel weird for the waiter to ask us to leave the restaurant so quickly.

不過佢嘅pizza上面嘅醬料都幾稀,拎上手啲蕃茄醬係會流出黎wow 所以食嘅時候睇住啊~

唞左陣,繼續食!個鐵板牛上枱時真係jarjar聲,而且細心地整左烘紋
熟度大概五成,覺得太生就要自己就返角度,向鐵板壓落去,整熟啲啲。再唔係就等佢攤一陣,用鐵板嘅餘温逼熟舊牛了。

不過,要食到最多肉汁同肉味,就梗係一上就放入口啦!

Happy Friday與好友來Italian Club飯聚,由於客人很多,我們又想靜靜地傾計,就坐在門口位置的高枱,很接近調酒區。以酒瓶排列的牆身頗有特色坐下不久,侍應即送來兩杯welcome drink。白酒清爽帶果香,免費飲品質素也不俗。Bresaola Carpaccio Salad薄切風乾牛肉軟嫩得來,又有肉香。撒點檸檬汁在火箭菜沙律上,再夾雜刨片的巴馬臣芝士,新鮮開胃。Italian Cheeseburger迷你Burger夾著七成熟的漢堡扒,夠juicy. 中環是一個「香港味」很重的地方。遊中環不單是旅客的專利,土生土長的我同樣很喜歡那條石板街;同樣會偶爾想起那家涼茶舖;同樣會在一幅幅壁畫前放慢腳步。在既熟悉,又陌生的地區探索了大半天,是時候去品嘗一頓美味的晚餐了。西餐少不了麵包,這個麵包是新鮮、熱騰騰的。它算是比較有彈性、濕潤的麵包。吃起來煙煙韌韌的,是我十分喜歡的口感!主菜方面,我們品嘗的是牛排及意粉。先介紹牛排。這是鐵板安格斯肉眼牛排,肉味非常濃郁,肉質亦很嫩。但要注意鐵板溫度很高,牛排在鐵板時間久了便會過熟。我們點的是五成熟的牛排,但因為鐵般的溫度,我們吃到最後的時候牛排幾乎全熟了!這是一個簡單而美味的肉醬意粉。麵條軟硬適中,亦算是比較乾身的。肉醬份量不多,只是剛剛可以掛在每條意粉上。這裡的食物味道不錯,還會送上welcome wine,順路的話可以再去!

Spaghetti Pesto ($145): 以鮮羅勒及蒜頭製成自家香蒜 醬,再加上雙重意式咸芝士,香氣逼人,意大利麵條被醬汁牢牢鎖緊,非常濃郁,唯麵條稍為軟腍,欠彈性。

Angus Rib-eye ($315): 厚度適中的安格斯肉眼扒medium-cooked,其肉較嫩紅,幸好品質較佳,肉味香濃而不帶血腥味,還帶一份香烤的惹味,脂肪比例不少,須自行處理一下。

Traditional Tiramisu ($65): 意大利鮮忌廉、Espresso特濃咖啡、蛋、可可粉,以及脆餅碎,成就這傳統意式蛋糕,其質感極為幼滑及鬆軟,奶香突出,而底層的Espresso份量恰到好處,咖啡香濃但不又會太多太澀。最後一杯Organic Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2016 “Maggiorina” Massimo Rivetti - Moscato,相信大家也很熟悉,甜酒之選,女士最愛,無論是happy hour摸摸酒杯,或是搭配甜品,也是女士首選。
