未上菜前服務員細心地問每個客人想飲什麼茶,之後就走去房間水吧調較,餐前服務可謂一絕。餐枱上有三瓶足料的XO辣椒醬,入面的乾瑤柱十分多,但偏辣,油分亦充足,係食到停唔到口

上第一味菜係抄芥蘭。點解啲上湯唔好食得來水汪汪? 芥蘭本身唔脆,質感麻麻,又唔夠熱。那日天氣都幾熱還未過農曆新年,啲餸無理由咁快凍

第二味係燒豬。嘩都係唔好食,又係凍凍地。皮唔係好脆,食了兩塊已經無意慾去食

北京填鴨實在太創新,燒到太乾,隻鴨好似在非洲過來完全無肥膏,食唔慣呢種鴨。或者潮流興走油連北京填鴨都未能幸免。而那個炒鴨肉鬆又係平平無奇,雖然有好多配料但總係欠缺了一些野又講唔出係乜

碟大良炒鮮奶更加不是正中的那種,油太多,成盤餸好凍,豆又少得可憐,炒的時間不足才令到碟餸唔好食

條順德特有的鯪魚的馬蹄太大粒,鯪魚味太突出太寡,咬落去有些怪。那不是變壞了的怪而是可能太小粉或配料比例不配的原固

到了上那盤龍蝦伊麵,芝士水汪汪,隻蝦和麵的溫度稍有不足,又係差左一些味。係! 全場的食物係無左鑊氣呢一樣野。鑊氣係廣東菜的靈魂,無鑊氣同食西餐有乜分別? 原來全日都係食緊中式西餐

可能間餐廳係走新式路線,而客人大多是新潮人又食慣fusion野要顧及佢地口味。總之間餐廳的食物係無乜鑊氣,佢地只着重食物的刀工和外觀,但煮唔到一些可令人回味的食物。或者是世界變了我先咁食古不化希望食回三四十年前那種舊式粗中帶鑊氣的廣東菜或順德菜

臨走前得知間餐廳有一個位置專門茗茶,由於現在茗茶的人比以前講究,而店員又詳細解釋茶葉的品種和茗茶過程,我認為佢地的茶應該會幾好,可惜本坐唔識品茶,啲茶好飲就得

Other Info. : 傳統中菜那一種鑊氣,在現代中餐幾乎係絕蹟。就算一間出色的中餐館或大排檔都無小左那一種叫鑊氣的味道。呢種味係好抽象但三十歲以上的人都應該感受過。唔知係咪創新蓋過一切,還是現在的煮法應為鑊氣太老套

朋友難得回來香港,便搵間高級餐廳相約一起食飯兼補祝生日。餐廳很暗很黑,但服務很貼心,來到便即時幫我掛起外套,其他要求亦能配合。餐牌選擇太多,我們要求推介菜式,不負所望。燒味拼盤(雙拼) - $330很精緻,但份量覺得偏少。叉燒肥瘦適中,豉油雞得嫩滑。油鹽水浸迷你象拔蚌(1.33份) - $292本身1份只有3件,餐廳按人數幫我們更改份量很貼心。湯底較淡,象拔蚌的味道相對很突出。花雕雞湯煮花甲 - $160花甲新鮮,湯底很重酒香,聞落很吸引,喝一小口覺得酒香鮮甜,但多喝則覺得有點鹹。竹笙魚腐泡津膽 - $280這個湯底是濃魚湯,感覺很健康很好喝。桂花香酥骨 - $240醬料用桂花做的,幾清香。香酥骨做得得酥脆,炸後看似有骨,大部份食落其實都沒有。鳳城五彩炒魚麵 - $270魚麵很爽口,整個菜式感覺不油膩。Cocktails - $130@原本我們點了芒果,正山及2杯桂花,但朋友接受不了正山的味道,餐廳讓她再選另一杯,這次她選了爆谷。大良炸鮮奶餐廳知朋友生日,特地送我們的。

整體來說索價非常進取,但可惜出品略嫌仍有進步空間未為達標、如果有興趣來品嚐食物與及環境服務,
自己覺得可以叫幾份輕食(點心)加一壺(共享茗茶)以足夠,留肚試一試外面西餐廳亦可以。

第一次試新開業瑰麗酒店彤福軒中餐,以6星酒店講,價格真係唔算好貴,一行8人食晚餐,埋單一萬唔駛,仲要有order 支餐酒同卑酒,一定要試隻Peking duck,三食真係好正,好食到冇朋友,香港搵唔到第二間,仲有個安格斯牛柳粒超好食,瑰麗自家啤酒一定要試,味道好香初次入口會覺得苦,但慢慢你會愛上,餐廳服務生貼心服務,水準一流,裝修豪華高貴,海景一流,所有當晚食材都好新鮮,據說瑰麗香港有自己農場,天天新鮮運往酒店餐廳。呢間餐廳一定要試。

彤福軒的彤就是用來紀念鄭裕彤, 福則取自周大福的褔. 彤叔本身是順德人, 所以這也是以順德菜為主打, 但定位當然不是順德漁港般的平民化路線, 與其他酒店的中菜廳一樣也是很Fine的, 特別是價錢上. 其景觀的最大的賣點是其180度海景, 可以從油塘望到中環. 在窗邊觀看灰濛濛的維多利亞港, 心情有點壓抑就是.食物質素方面, 其實還有改進的空間. 一看菜單的選擇就知其還未完全準備好去應市, 太少選擇, 無論是順德菜還是其他粵菜也是. 金錢蟹酥盒的油膉味蓋過了不少蟹肉的鮮味, 外皮酥香但油膉味真的印象深刻. 蝦餃和燒賣蝦肉充實而多汁, 可惜太少豬肉令其內裡的質感有點分離的感覺, 沒有完全融合在一起.均益鯪魚餅魚肉十分彈牙, 馬蹄在裏面的份量剛好, 就是爽軟交融的口感, 底面煎得剛好, 鯪魚肉是新鮮的, 自然有其魚香, 是一個代表到這裡的順德菜. 魚麵的薯/麵粉比重不太多, 以魚肉為主, 口感很有童年回憶, 就是小時吃的生菜鲮魚了, 哈哈! 270元的定位真的夠Luxurious的. 雙皮奶的奶味和嫩滑在香港應該是前列的位置, 吃完也不膩, 如果上面的奶皮更明顯就完美了!整體來說, 500多

食物質素方面, 其實還有改進的空間. 一看菜單的選擇就知其還未完全準備好去應市, 太少選擇, 無論是順德菜還是其他粵菜也是. 金錢蟹酥盒的油膉味蓋過了不少蟹肉的鮮味, 外皮酥香但油膉味真的印象深刻. 蝦餃和燒賣蝦肉充實而多汁, 可惜太少豬肉令其內裡的質感有點分離的感覺, 沒有完全融合在一起.

均益鯪魚餅魚肉十分彈牙, 馬蹄在裏面的份量剛好, 就是爽軟交融的口感, 底面煎得剛好, 鯪魚肉是新鮮的, 自然有其魚香, 是一個代表到這裡的順德菜. 魚麵的薯/麵粉比重不太多, 以魚肉為主, 口感很有童年回憶, 就是小時吃的生菜鲮魚了, 哈哈! 270元的定位真的夠Luxurious的. 雙皮奶的奶味和嫩滑在香港應該是前列的位置, 吃完也不膩, 如果上面的奶皮更明顯就完美了!

整體來說, 500多元的平均人均消費有點貴, 大概一半的價錢應該落到海景和很摩登的Pop Art裝修上面就是. 如果要我說最重要改善的, 多一點順德菜, 我真的很想吃到正宗, 原隻的均安蒸豬呢!

Such a price trap. There are so many restaurants nowadays that charge way above premium to attract the so call “spenders”. These are never the suckers for these places. Food is in general okay. Similar to a 4 star hotel food but the price is higher than Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant 龍景軒 (excellent btw). DimSum, Peking Duck, ... are all subpar w.r.t its price.
