第一味係侍應推薦嘅酥香牛肉粒,雖然唔明同順徳菜有乜關係,不過當佢前菜咁食啦。食落帶微辣,肉質不算上等,應該係好普通級別既牛肉爆香。我覺得只適合用來送酒。

總結肚腩男和各人都對此店食物係失望既,價錢係上等,可惜食物未能達到應有標準。

慕名而來 果然沒有失望
餐廳設計新穎 不像一般傳統的中菜廳

這酒店現在已變成全城最熱的酒店, 亦成為香港上流社會的話題了。先說中餐廳吧,晚餐的服務非常之好, 地方環境 精緻 優雅, 在小包廂內 望著海景感覺非常之舒服。服務員非常之殷勤、有禮、主動, 讚!吃到了不同凡響的客家菜,感覺挺好。 雖然大部分也不是名貴食材,但也算是功夫菜,而且很有特色,味道亦佳, 算是低調地奢華。Michelin Star 感覺應該有一星,能不能再上也許要看其他配套。 另外個別菜的味道可以改良,例如大良炒鮮奶方面,那個炒鮮奶的味道有改進空間。但仍要讚賞用魚肉做的麵條非常好吃, 整體感覺不錯。

因知道這裏是新開,所以來試試。一入到門口環境尚算不錯,侍應禮貌地帶我地去座位,一坐低就望到我後面塊玻璃好多水漬首先叫了蟹盒,味道不錯。氣鍋花甲,沒有花甲改了刀貝,很鮮甜,有濃烈的酒香味。順德拆魚羹,味道有點偏微辣,濃的魚湯配上蔬菜切絲。跟着再吃了蝦餃,蝦餃的皮有少少厚實,但蝦很彈牙新鮮。然後食松茸素粉果,這個味道不錯。跟住再吃甜品雙皮奶,發現沒有雙皮奶那塊皮,而且比較甜,就問女侍應點解?佢話順德人係唔會有塊皮響雙皮奶上面這個我都是第一次聽.......蛋撻一般,沒有什麼特別。還有食到中段隔離枱要掉位,因冷氣機滴水餐廳座位比較近,隔離枱講咩都一定會聽到。

MUST IMPROVE in staff training 🙄🙄🙄🙄, different waiters / waitresses gives you different information. Remember to check their valet parking service charges, my mum and I was told different information (as the hotel is NEW). A brand new luxury hotel with dirty toilets 🚽🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Service - under average (2/5 score)
Taste of food - Great, I would recommend the Pork Knuckle dish and the Shunde Fish soup.
Price (5 star)- definitely not as advertised $200-$400, i would say $400-$800 per person, without alcohol beverage
Environment / View - Great

SO, think twice before you go, don’t be fooled by their price range!

Highly recommended, very impressed with the whole dinning experience. The service of the staff from the moment you step in the restaurant till the moment you leave was impressive to say the least. A big range found in the menu, this restaurant serves 順德菜 and other Cantonese dishes. Highly recommended, very impressed with the whole dinning experience.

The service of the staff from the moment you step in the restaurant till the moment you leave was impressive to say the least. A big range found in the menu, this restaurant serves 順德菜 and other Cantonese dishes.

The food was tasty, the chef uses local fresh ingredients and one of my favourite dishes was the pork knuckle with chestnut, the meat was very tender and well braised with a delicious sauce. Also recommend the 炸子雞 and the braised garoupa fish belly.

Although, the food was good, the one thing I would critique would be the temperature of the food, a few dishes were simply not hot enough, this was immediately reflected back to the staff and this should not be a major problem in the future.

The setting of the restaurant was very unique but not luxury as you would expect in many restaurant in a Hong Kong hotels but nonetheless the view was gorgeous, an outdoor seating area overlooking the Victoria harbour.

The pricing is quite reasonable when compared to other hotel Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong.

Having tried many Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong hotels, I would say the Legacy House is easily my top 5 Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong hotels and I believe this restaurant will soon receive a Michelin star if they are consistent and keep up their standards.
