麵豉湯:餡料豐富,有豆腐、海帶、香菇增添風味,口味正宗。仿如置身於日本🇯🇵。

好耐都無食過high yea 因為一般我都係中意食咸多過甜。上次黎完食早餐之後,好中意呢度樓底好高,好光猛,又唔駛等位~所以就黎食多次 high tea,好中意佢留左梳化位比我哋,同行有個2歲小朋友,一d都唔會迫,都唔會嘈,想休閒d,relax d 呢度係一個唔錯既選擇。有小朋友既關係,我哋都係prefer 可以訂位之餘,又唔駛等位,都唔駛一定要3:15 先有下午茶,比較彈性。黎睇睇個 high tea 先,呢度個scone 都幾好食,不過個果jam就一般,最近應該係水蜜桃當造,所以所有甜甜都係水蜜桃。咸點都係一般,沒有太特別或令人有記憶點。額外我哋加左個薯條,反而我哋和小朋友都覺得幾好味,值得一試,雖然價值$90。呢度食物正常,但地點傾下計,絕對一流,都可以再黎,唔會趕你走,有酒店的服務。

位於四季酒店大堂的 The Lounge,相信大部分人都是為了下午茶而來。但其實亞洲萬里通客戶可以用里數換購午市套餐 ,亦想不到午市套餐質素比預期要好。套餐共有三道菜, 餐前亦有麵包籃供應。 前菜最推薦一定是經典洋蔥湯, 質素絕對屬於數一數二, 絕對是這個套餐必點菜色。 至於另一道前菜拼盤就不過不失主菜, 烤牛肉質素中規中矩; 馬沙拉咖哩配香料飯可以一試 。至於甜品草莓奶凍份量意想不到地大, 還配上餐飲, 可以選擇各式各樣咖啡 。能夠在六星級酒店環境享用一頓午餐, 實在是一個美好的體驗。

好多食過四季酒店下午茶嘅朋友都覺得佢哋個scone好出色,表示非常同意😚夠晒鬆化又濕潤,野莓果醬同杏桃醬襯埋落去真心冇得輸✨草莓櫻花奶油卷係最重櫻花味嘅,自己都幾鍾意呢件💕朱古力撻嘅mousse都打得好滑,而且朱古力有唔同濃度,食落幾有驚喜🍫另外三樣唔會死甜,但味道偏淡,所以冇乜特別評價😂

茶就嗌咗imperial oolong 同有機雜莓茶,呢兩個都係signature tea blend,感覺上解滯嘅飲oolong比較合適☕️雜莓茶味道係幾特別,酸酸甜甜咁🍓其實佢哋仲有好多茶,可以搵侍應介紹💁🏻‍♀️

成日聽人講港女下午茶係好睇唔好食,四季畀我嘅感覺係平實穩陣😋首先全部餐點都係有一定水準,冇因為配合主題而隔硬整啲化學甜品,對於櫻花主題拿捏得好好😚整體嚟講甜點比鹹點更有驚喜🤩仲有個鬆餅真心正🤪特別日子過嚟呢度慶祝仲可以同餐廳溝通安排可以送一個mini cake㗎💕☺️不過其實食完成個tea set都飽到上心口🤣應該食唔落個cake了~

生日月但係始終疫情嚴峻二人限聚令下好朋友仍然要幫我慶生我揀咗去四季酒店因為我想食靚牛扒而朋友就相當細食佢鍾意飲酒嘅所以坐低先點香檳和紅酒而我係無包不歡嘅The Lounge 嘅餐前麵包出名冇得輸薄脆好味到停唔到口芝士條配經典黃油🧈我覺得香檳配麵包真係好豪華嘅享受朋友點左大蝦沙律同洋蔥湯佢話菜好新鮮大蝦新鮮彈牙越簡單的食材越考工夫洋蔥湯就香濃入味自然的甜香 有水準然後我嘅主菜上場澳洲和牛西冷一直喜歡西冷因為比較有嚼口chef今日grill得老咗少少不過塊肉本身好靚所以仍然好Juicy我都忍唔住叫杯紅酒成件事即刻Perfect晒side dish我揀咗番薯條同薯條薯茸絲絨般滑我好中意 清碟多謝好朋友請我飲酒食飯疫情下仍然有好朋友記得我生日仲食得咁豪華而且好味非常滿足享受
