看到社交媒體的推薦,抱著滿滿的期待冒著大雨前來,店家預訂服務很好,會電話WhatsApp確認預訂,下大雨遲到也會留桌。食物基本質素都不錯,蝦多士的蝦仁都很新鮮大顆,燒腩叉也非常可口。基本倒水催菜服務也比較到位。但我很想詢問,看到其他桌點了乳鴿我們也嘗試點了,皮一點不脆,我試圖詢問為什麼不脆,不是脆皮乳鴿來的嗎。服務生姊姊很冷漠的說這是bb鴿,我沒聽懂再次詢問,她說是bb鴿就走掉了,我想問是bb鴿和皮不脆關係很大嗎?解決客人有關菜品疑問是服務基本需求吧,不然加的服務費是只給你偶爾補一下的水的嗎?

滿小館想光顧這餐廳很久了。今次終於有機會,可能由於餐廳地理位置不算好,所以星期日也沒有很多顧客。環境闊落,給人一種舒服的感覺。食物方面,腸粉很高質,內裏很脆。馬拉千層糕也香和鬆軟。海鮮天鵝酥造型精緻,酥皮脆,餡料豐富。期待下次再次光顧。

呢個火焰古法燒腩叉好似好多人都有叫,所以我地都叫咗黎試吓。拎到埋黎仲會再用火槍燒多一次叉燒表面,燒到微微燶,等舊叉燒更加香。D叉燒件件厚切,咬落去特別爽。而且叉燒面仲有一層梅子醬,等食嘅時候無咁油膩,口味獨特得來有幾清新。個名叫做八味金磚,其實就係炸豆腐,不過真係炸得好好。一咬落去香脆非常,而且都幾惹味,入面D豆腐非常之嫩滑,唔會太厚炸粉,亦唔會一夾就散開晒。個雞有少少失望,煮得over咗,搞到D肉有D鞋。
