認識東涌的朋友都應該知道在這個屋苑附近有多所餐廳酒吧,惟個人至愛就是這間,除了可以約朋友睇波食飯,最重要是環境和食物包括價錢都是至正的。今晚趁爭八強,早些與愛人來食飯,再準備約波友睇波直落,晚餐廚師推介三文魚扒,除了烤得皮脆肉滑,連伴碟的沙律也很講究,有波菜苗襯連牛油果配芒果醬簡直Perfect match,另一個青醬烤雞胸蒜片欖油意粉也絕不失色,之後必試的甜品併盤,有macaroon、檸檬撻、金箔濃朱古力蛋糕及芒果mousse蛋糕。到睇波時大棚人叫了個TNC 什錦併盤,份量十足,有炸雞翼、大茄汁肉丸、兩條德國大肉腸及芝士梳打薄脆,絕對是送酒良物。雞美酒叫了一杯mercury in retrograde 在濃煙燻罩著上枱,睇得又飲得"正"。無酒精也可選Sunburst,超易入口女仕必選。就是這樣享受了一個愉快興奮的晚上。

今晚朋友約我到東涌食好西,餐廳坐落於海堤灣畔商場地下,酒吧形式及坐位寬敞有大電視,剛巧遇上踢世界盃,現場氣氛好好!入座後服務員推介生蠔,因餐廳做緊Special price $120半打法國生蠔,咁抵冇理由唔食,生蠔非常鮮甜及有海水味,食落齒頰留香。我再 Order 咗個Risotto,廚師用好多蘑菇去煮再加一隻大啡菇,提升飯的香味,食落creamy 和好好味。朋友就Order法國燒春雞,廚師用羽衣甘蘭菜同薯蓉伴碟,燒春雞肉質香滑,而雨衣甘蘭菜我一向唔鍾意食,因為我覺得好硬及有少少苦味,但係今次令我改觀,廚師炒得好嫩又惹味,薯蓉好香滑。我同朋友都唔飲酒,各order咗一杯冇酒精飲品,飲住睇波都幾正!最後緊係要埋女仕最愛的甜品,我哋叫咗Lemon tart,濃濃的檸檬味又唔太酸,飯後食一流。結賬七百多元非常合理,可以赴睇世界盃其間再約多d朋友一齊來!

這個油封鴨髀完全做到傳統的要求。鴨皮比油炸的還酥脆,鴨肉比燉煮的還軟嫩。一切下去骨肉分離,酥軟得用叉子輕輕一撥就扒開。味道是形容不了的美味,鴨肉香而不燥,口感軟糯而不黏牙。

醬汁在法國菜中是好重要的!鴨肉通常配酸性水果醬,這兒配香橙西梅汁。香橙西梅醬單獨吃偏甜酸,但和鴨腿同吃就非常搭配,令味道更富層次,吃起來也沒有這麼單調。

今晚的晚餐很滿意,所以寫一篇食評記錄一下🥰我地叫咗幾樣野share 😇:$298嘅澳洲羊架$298🐑 : 羊架雖然只有兩件,但每件個size 比其他餐廳都要大👍🏻。先說賣相,伴碟有烤磨菇和香菜,仲有底部的莓子醬很漂亮♥️。羊架生熟程度剛好,外皮煎得油香而內裡是吸引的粉紅色。羊肉柔軟有肉香,有濃濃羊脂香味。$148 嘅香蒜辣椒活蜆🐚意大利粉 。蜆肉用上了巨型鑽石蜆! 鑽石蜆肉飽滿而充滿肉汁,好似將海鮮湯灑在意粉上。意粉份量很多很飽肚。$198 嘅海鹽檸檬生燒原隻法國春雞🐓 : 法國春雞🐓一直都是皮薄肉質結實彈性,鮮嫩而雞味不強。但廚師👨🏻‍🍳把雞肉先醃好,再煎到雞皮脆一脆,原來法國春雞都可以咁好食。雞件預先處理好骨頭,吃得很方便。配菜的薯蓉和金菇都很有心思,賣相好靚。$89 Mellow Melon 以Gin 酒做基本嘅Mellow Melon, 配上鮮蜜瓜打成的果汁,雞尾酒的味道就如杯上配搭用的棉花糖,甜思思,很易入口。基本上以上全部食物都高質美味,呢餐真係有小驚喜!仲有,調酒師好型,侍應服務又好。

$198 嘅海鹽檸檬生燒原隻法國春雞🐓 : 法國春雞🐓一直都是皮薄肉質結實彈性,鮮嫩而雞味不強。但廚師👨🏻‍🍳把雞肉先醃好,再煎到雞皮脆一脆,原來法國春雞都可以咁好食。雞件預先處理好骨頭,吃得很方便。配菜的薯蓉和金菇都很有心思,賣相好靚。

以Gin 酒做基本嘅Mellow Melon, 配上鮮蜜瓜打成的果汁,雞尾酒的味道就如杯上配搭用的棉花糖,甜思思,很易入口。

基本上以上全部食物都高質美味,呢餐真係有小驚喜!仲有,調酒師好型,侍應服務又好。
