春雞是原隻上的,而廚師細心的將雞身切開一半,食用時就更方便,說實,春雞的肉質嫩滑多汁,比起坊間吃到的份外細嫩鮮味,一點都不柴,配上雞脾菇醬汁,即時起了提鮮作用,令春雞的味道變得更香、更吸引。

三款甜品當中,我最愛香蕉拖肥蛋糕,蛋糕分了三層,厚厚的忌廉壓在香蕉餡上,最下層則是曲奇餅底,層次感重,味道香甜,忌廉滑溜,讚;檸檬撻上層加了甜忌廉,味道有點像綿花糖,能中和檸檬的酸味;白酒煮梨帶有淡淡酒香,雪梨口感不會過淋,相反,仍然能保持微爽甜。

第一次來食晚飯的時候,食品質素不錯,但是由於當晚紅蝦決貨,又見到海鮮併盤星期一和星期二是半價,所以決定再次幫襯。訂位時還確認和預先訂了紅蝦,免得失望而回。點餐的時候預備每人一個海鮮拼盤,但是被告知原來特價海鮮拼盤,只限每兩人訂一個,再落單就要以正價$199收費。接受現實便先來兩份拼盤,看看半價的品質如何。失望地當晚生蠔的品質與之前正價時細起碼一半。海膽紅𧎚也有點短,長度與Openrice照片所見有點分別,大概只有兩吋半長。另外牛骨髓牛的份量頗為少。一口Iberico豬也比預期冇咁諗。幸好海膽麵尚可
